Two weeks quickly passed as Luan and his entourage were rushing back home. He had to stop himself from hunting too much to make sure they wouldn't delay the travels too much.
But today he had decided to take a break also because Bart was going crazy staying inside the carriage all day and night.
So the servants had set up a whole camp outside, and Luan was lazily lounging in a chair, half dozing off.
Ava was helping the horses relax. Kian, Kafele, Luciano, and the spirit guardians each stood positioned so nothing could sneak through them and attack Luan or any of the girls.
"I wish we could take it slow, but if we arrive too late, I don't know how Mother will react," Luan mumbled, his displeasure evident.
Bart was running around like a madman, hunting and devouring anything he could. Luan just smiled when he saw the rather large wolf return with a fully red pelt.
