Chapter 103 - Chapter 103: Tang Hao, Show Yourself!!

Bibi Dong glanced at Li Si, her expression remaining calm and "indifferent" as she spoke.

"The Golden Holy Dragon bloodline is wasted on trash like Yu Xiaogang."

"Letting you carry its power to the peak will allow me to collect you when the time is right."

Li Si froze, the corners of his mouth twitching.

As expected! Bibi Dong doesn't have good intentions at all!

What could he do?

He couldn't fight her, and if he dared insult her, she might just end his life.

Seeing Li Si's expression shift between disbelief and resignation, even Bibi Dong, with all her strength and composure, nearly laughed out loud.

Turning around so he couldn't see, she allowed a faint, mischievous smile to cross her face.

"Little one, grow stronger quickly."

With that, her figure disappeared.

Li Si: "…"

"I…"

Just as Li Si was about to say something, Bibi Dong's figure reappeared before him.

Their eyes met in silence.

"Hmph…"

With a cold snort, Bibi Dong struck Yu Xiaogang—specifically targeting his most sensitive area—with a burst of black-gray soul power.

"Ahhhhh!"

Yu Xiaogang, who had been unconscious, let out a painful scream as he briefly woke up, only to pass out again from the sheer agony.

"Leaving that on him would only cause more trouble. I've 'trimmed' him a little," Bibi Dong murmured nonchalantly.

Li Si involuntarily squeezed his legs together, shivering.

Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying!

This woman is ruthless beyond words!

"Don't worry. He won't remember ever coming to see you."

With that parting statement, Bibi Dong shot Li Si a final glare before vanishing for good.

It wasn't until much later, when he was sure she was gone, that Li Si finally exhaled deeply.

"Bibi Dong… What a tragic woman."

"From the moment you awakened twin Martial Souls with innate full soul power…"

"Smack!"

Li Si slapped himself. What was he doing feeling pity for Bibi Dong at a time like this?

But still… there was something odd about the way she had treated him.

Her attitude had been strangely inconsistent, as if she had other intentions.

Scratching his smooth chin, Li Si couldn't figure it out. Shaking his head, he didn't even glance at the still-unconscious Yu Xiaogang and headed for the door.

He didn't return to his dormitory. If Bibi Dong found Xiao Wu, things would get messy.

What he didn't know was that Bibi Dong had already left. She was far too busy to linger in Nuoding City for long.

"Interesting little brat… In the future, perhaps the only ones who can stop me will be you… and Xue'er."

Time passed quickly. Li Si spent a few days "wandering" around Nuoding City before returning to the academy.

As soon as he arrived, he heard rumors that Yu Xiaogang had been attacked in his dormitory and was severely injured.

Li Si snorted.

As if he didn't know exactly what had happened.

After all, it wasn't like Yu Xiaogang's "loss" was anything substantial—just a matter of a couple of inches. Nothing life-threatening.

The moment he stepped into his dormitory, a familiar figure lunged at him, wrapping him in a tight hug.

"Where did you go these past few days, you ghost?! Wuuu…"

Li Si's face darkened.

Ghost? What kind of nickname was that?

His head throbbed as he looked at Xiao Wu, who was sobbing pitifully.

He gently rubbed her head, choosing not to tell her about his encounter with Bibi Dong.

"Xiao Wu, I had something urgent to deal with and forgot to tell you."

"Hmph! Why didn't you tell me?! I won't talk to you for three days!"

Xiao Wu pouted and turned her head away in a huff.

"Uh… how about just one day?"

And so, Xiao Wu really didn't speak to Li Si for an entire day.

The next day, as Xiao Wu nibbled on food Li Si had prepared for her using his first soul skill, she finally broke the silence.

"We're about to graduate. Where are we going to study next?"

Over their six years together, their relationship had grown immensely.

There were no brother-sister dramatics—just two childhood sweethearts who trusted each other deeply.

Hearing this, Li Si frowned.

Yes, graduation was just around the corner. What should they do next?

Shaking his head quickly, he knew he couldn't dwell on such decisions too long. Overthinking might just give that Lin Fan guy another opportunity to mess with him.

Knowing Lin Fan, he'd be cozying up to the gods right now, plotting some new way to sabotage Li Si's plans.

After a moment of thought, Li Si's eyes lit up.

"Xiao Wu, I need to leave Nuoding City for about half a year. During that time, can you stay here and wait for me?"

If his plan worked, no one would ever discover that Xiao Wu was a transformed soul beast.

Seeing Li Si's determined gaze, Xiao Wu paused, confused but trusting him.

"Alright, I'll wait for you in Nuoding City for six months."

"But… that's such a long time."

"What are you going to do? Can you tell me?"

Li Si shook his head. "It's a secret, but I promise I'll come back."

"Fine."

Though disappointed, Xiao Wu nodded.

"Xiao Wu, remember—don't cause trouble, but don't let anyone bully you either. Respect others, and they'll respect you back. If someone crosses the line, we'll deal with them with overwhelming force. If you can't win, I'll be here for you."

"But we don't have a lightning attribute…"

Xiao Wu muttered, blinking innocently.

Li Si froze, his mouth opening as if to explain, only to close again in defeat.

Was this girl interpreting "overwhelming force" as literal thunder and lightning?

"Forget it. I'll explain later."

Seeing Li Si's helpless expression, Xiao Wu's eyes sparkled with amusement.

She'd spent enough time in the human world to understand what he meant, but she liked seeing him explain things so earnestly. If she admitted she understood, he wouldn't say such things anymore.

Li Si graduated early as Nuoding Academy's most outstanding student. Naturally, the academy accepted his request.

Unfortunately, Li Si missed the graduation ceremony entirely.

Late at night, under a clear sky, Li Si found a secluded spot.

"Tang Hao, show yourself! I know you're here!"

Li Si's voice was calm, cold, and emotionless.

He was a transmigrator.

Tang Hao had never fulfilled his role as a father. What kind of parent forced a four- or five-year-old child to cook for himself?

And the food?

There hadn't even been a grain of rice in it—just thin rice water!

Just as Li Si expected, a ragged, unkempt man stepped out of the shadows.

Tang Hao looked at Li Si, his deadened eyes filled with confusion.
