Chapter 80 - Chapter 78 A Toast to the Future

In the heart of Konoha, a newly opened luxury restaurant stood out among the bustling streets. The establishment, grand and elegant, had quickly gained attention—not just for its exquisite design but for the identity of its owner.

Inside, a gathering of kunoichi had assembled: Kurenai Yuhi, Hinata Hyuga, Ino Yamanaka, Sakura Haruno, Anko Mitarashi, Yugao Uzuki, Tenten, and others. The reason for their presence? A special invitation from none other than Sasuke Uchiha.

Seated at the head of the table, Sasuke glanced at the group and smiled.

"Thank you all for coming. This restaurant is my latest venture, and I'd like you to be among the first to taste the food."

Excitement flickered in the eyes of the kunoichi. They had all heard the rumors—Sasuke possessed god-tier culinary skills, seamlessly merging flavors from different regions to create dishes unlike anything in the ninja world.

For Sasuke, running a restaurant wasn't just about food—it was a strategic move. Since fully mastering Orochimaru's powers, his wealth had grown exponentially. Now, as Konoha's richest man, he sought to revive the Uchiha clan, and what better way to expand his influence than by dominating the food industry? His goal was clear: create a restaurant empire that would span the entire ninja world.

As dishes were served, the women marveled at the flavors.

"This wine... it's amazing!" Kurenai exclaimed, swirling the liquid in her glass before taking another sip.

Sasuke smirked. "Naturally. I brewed it myself."

"Your cooking is incredible too!" Ino said enthusiastically, savoring her meal.

"Right? I wish I could eat like this every day," Anko added, stuffing a piece of grilled meat into her mouth with a satisfied grin.

"But with such quality, the prices must be steep," Yugao speculated, glancing at Sasuke.

Sasuke chuckled. "For you all? There'll be a special discount—cheaper than any other restaurant in Konoha."

"Seriously? That's amazing!" Ino cheered before abruptly leaning in, wrapping her arms around Sasuke, and planting a kiss on his cheek.

"Ino!" Sakura's fists clenched. "You're too shameless!"

The rest of the women blushed at Ino's boldness. Kurenai, in particular, shot Sasuke a knowing look—this man was strong, rich, and talented. It was no wonder he attracted so much attention.

Just then, the restaurant doors swung open.

"Well, well, everyone's here," came a familiar voice.

The room turned silent as Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, strode inside.

"Lady Hokage!" The kunoichi immediately stood to greet her.

Tsunade waved them off with a lazy smile. "Relax, I'm here as a guest." She casually took a seat beside Sasuke, glancing at the bottle of wine. "Since you're serving such fine drinks, pour me a glass too."

Sasuke complied, watching as Tsunade took a sip. Her golden eyes twinkled with amusement. Leaning in close, she whispered near his ear, "You're really enjoying yourself, aren't you?"

She pinched his thigh subtly, making him stiffen.

Sasuke exhaled. "I thought you'd be jealous."

Tsunade smirked. "Please. I'm the Hokage. Why would I worry about something so trivial?"

Then, lowering her voice further, she added, "I know exactly what you're up to—reviving your clan. So go ahead, marry as many wives as you want. Just be sure to choose well."

Sasuke was taken aback. Tsunade was sharp, as expected.

Before he could reply, she lifted her glass. "Enough talk—let's drink!"

The night carried on, filled with laughter and flowing wine. Eventually, one by one, the women succumbed to intoxication. Even Sasuke, despite his strong physique, felt the effects of the alcohol.

At that moment, Shizune entered, carrying Tonton.

"Lady Tsunade, you've had enough! We should return home."

Tsunade, clearly drunk, waved her off. "I'm not done yet. You go on ahead—just take the others."

With little choice, Shizune helped the other kunoichi out, leaving only Tsunade, Kurenai, and Sasuke behind.

Tsunade turned to Kurenai, who continued pouring herself drinks despite her already flushed face.

"Hong, you've had enough too," Tsunade said, sighing.

Kurenai hesitated, her expression shadowed.

"...I just want to drink."

Understanding dawned in Tsunade's eyes. She softened her tone. "You're still thinking about Asuma, aren't you?"

Kurenai bit her lip but said nothing.

Tsunade reached over, pulling her into a hug. "Listen, I know what it's like to lose someone you love. But you can't stay trapped in the past forever."

Kurenai's eyes welled with tears as she leaned against Tsunade, eventually drifting into sleep.

Tsunade exhaled and turned to Sasuke. "Alright, keep drinking!"

Sasuke smirked. "You sure about that? You may be stronger in battle, but I can outdrink you."

Tsunade scoffed. "Is that a challenge?"

With competitive grins, they continued drinking, matching each other cup for cup.

Eventually, Tsunade's face turned rosy, her amber eyes hazy. Even Sasuke, with all his endurance, felt the dizziness creeping in.

She leaned toward him, murmuring drunkenly, "Hey… if you're serious about rebuilding your clan… how about I be your first wife?"

Sasuke nearly choked on his drink.

Before he could respond, Tsunade turned to the sleeping Kurenai. "And Hong can be your second wife!"

Kurenai stirred slightly, but in her inebriated state, she only nodded mindlessly.

Sasuke pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is getting out of hand…"

With no other choice, he carried both women upstairs to one of the private rooms and laid them on the bed. Just as he was about to leave, Tsunade suddenly grabbed his wrist.

"Don't forget what we talked about…" she murmured before pulling him down beside her.

---

As dawn broke, Tsunade slowly awoke.

Then she turned her head—and saw Sasuke lying beside her.

Her eyes widened.

"Sasuke… You—!"

Sasuke groggily sat up, rubbing his temple. "Relax. Nothing happened."

Tsunade blinked, recalling the events of the night before. As realization set in, her face flushed with embarrassment.

At that moment, Kurenai stirred, sitting up with a dazed look.

Tsunade stared at her, then looked back at Sasuke.

"This… This is bad."

Sasuke sighed. "You were the one making wild declarations, remember?"

Tsunade held her forehead. "Dammit, I actually dragged Hong into this too…"

Kurenai, now more awake, rubbed her eyes. "Ugh… last night was… wait…"

Her cheeks turned crimson.

Tsunade cleared her throat. "Well… since you didn't freak out, I guess that means you're okay with it?"

Kurenai hesitated before slowly nodding.

Sasuke smirked. "So… does that mean I should take responsibility?"

Tsunade flicked his forehead. "You brat! Looks like you made out like a bandit."

Sasuke merely chuckled.

One thing was clear—his life was about to get a lot more interesting.
