"I'll give you a hundred thousand, you," Nicholas Croft pinched Sophie Foster's nose, gritting his teeth, "are booked by me for the entire night."
How could he not understand her little schemes?
"How could that be right?" Having succeeded in her cunning plan, Sophie Foster still played innocent.
"Sing all night? My throat would go bad."
"No need to sing."
"Then what?" Sophie Foster feigned confusion, furrowing her brows.
"Warm the bed!" Nicholas Croft brazenly declared, his words completely at odds with his gentlemanly appearance, and he didn't care about the other brothers in the room.
"Well..." Sophie Foster stroked her chin, pretending to consider, "That might be worth considering."
"No need to think about it, let's go." Nicholas Croft slung his arm over her shoulder, ready to leave.
"Wait a minute!" Sophie Foster made a pausing gesture, spreading her palm out in front of Nicholas Croft.
"Hand it over!"
