An Yin's worries were interrupted by the sound of a key turning in the lock.
Shi Qing walked in, looking utterly exhausted. He went straight to the desk and drank a mouthful of water to ease his weariness.
"Shi Qing," An Yin's eyes lit up as she called out.
Shi Qing glanced in An Yin's direction. He hadn't intended to say anything, but remembering how she had given him ointment before, he added kindly, "I've already asked for leave for you."
Shi Qing was referring to An Yin's part-time job.
"Thank you," An Yin smiled warmly. Realizing she had another question, she hesitated, "I haven't been there these past few days. Will Sister Mei be angry?"
During her stay in the hospital this time, An Yin realized how much she really needed this job.

"She won't," Shi Qing shook his head.
