We set off on our e-bikes, headed for the mall, but Annaleigh soon decided to ride with Myrtle instead, fearing she'd struggle to keep up because of her regular bike.
"Hey, we're almost there!" Myrtle yelled while pointing at the mall, she was leading us from front incase we get lost.
I checked my siblings from behind. 'Seems like they are just fine.'
Before I knew it, we arrived at the Mall, it was silent and abandoned.
"I can't believe that this Mall used to be so crowded…" Annaleigh uttered.
Roan, Myrtle, Annaleigh and I headed inside. As we stepped into the mall, the eerie silence enveloped us.
"Let's take anything that we can use and bring."
"Yep! let's take some clothes and foo-"
"Drinks too!" Roan interrupted.
The others were just talking like before when the world wasn't ruined. I silently chuckled, it makes me remember how much I wanted this, how I was so stupid to wish for it.
"Let's split up into two." I suggested.
"Yeah! I'll go with Myrtle, you with your sisters and Roan!" Annaleigh spoke and I nodded my head, my smile widening.
Minutes passed by, Roan and I took clothes that fit us comfortably. We searched the food section for snacks and drinks
"Uwah… I really want to eat homemade food, but I don't know how to cook…" I mumbled.
I found snacks and let my younger siblings pick their food, they picked chips and some candy, also bread to keep it healthy.
Roan found a lot of snacks, when I say a lot, I mean it…
"Eh?!! why are you filling up 5 baskets?!"
"To… to bring home?"
"We can always come here so there's no need for rush! but on second thought… I'll do that too!"
I only filled up 3 baskets because it can't possibly fit in the e-bike. "This is enough to last a week, probably."
We met up at the picture taking section, me and younger sisters decided to take a picture. "Do a heart pose!"

"Woah! it turned out so pretty!" I said, admiring the photo and put it away in my pocket.
I turned around my sisters and patted their heads.
Me and my friends decided to meet up on the first floor of the mall and said our goodbyes there.
"Let's go hunting tomorrow!" I said with a smile.
We adapted to the situation far more than I expected, but how long will this last? how long will this electricity and food last? we never know the outcome.
I passed by a house that I didn't know but it was strangely familiar, I felt deja vu."That must be where rich people live."
'That must be nothing.'
[Hey!!! you started ignoring me since earlier!]
"Ugh, you again? just shut up, system. I'm busy driving."
[Hmph! so mean…]
"Sorry." I gave a simple sorry for the system.
[Forgiveness accepted, now hunt five monste-]
"Stop, stop! just stop saying that I need to hunt."
The reason I was being rude to the status window was because it was pressuring me to hunt 5 monsters.
