The North City Golden Purple Garden, a private residential area on par with Rongsheng Haoting, is even more luxurious than Rongsheng Haoting, and is regarded as the most elite of the North City Noble District.
The buildings within the Golden Purple Garden are standalone mansions, which can't be simply described as villas; each resembles a private estate. Since their construction, they have been inflated to astronomical prices due to their grand opulence, and to this day, they have not all been sold out.
Within the Golden Purple Garden, there is the most luxurious estate, known as Residence No. 9. It is the home of the famously wealthy Shi Guanlin of North City. The estate alone covers an area of 1,500 square meters and boasts private amenities rare in the entire Binhai, such as a golf course, swimming pool, and a luxurious underground garage.
