The visitor was none other than Yu Yuanzhen.

After a quick glance at the three people in the room, Yu Yuanzhen's gaze finally settled on Ning Fengzhi.

Though the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda had an inherent flaw that capped its cultivation at level 79, even with such an auxiliary martial soul, the sect remained among the upper three sects. Yu Yuanzhen dared not underestimate Ning Fengzhi, the leader of the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect.

With a slight bow, he said, "Greetings, Lord Ning."

At this, Ning Fengzhi also stood up and returned the courtesy.

"May I ask what brings you here, Lord Yu?"

Yu Yuanzhen fell silent for a moment before recounting Yu Xiaogang's situation. Finally, he said,

"I wish to form an alliance with the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect to avoid further oppression from that wretch Tang Hao."

Ning Fengzhi sat across from Yu Yuanzhen, inwardly sneering.

Was Yu Yuanzhen really so naive as to think dragging the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect into this mess was a good idea? What gave this old dragon the audacity to suggest such a thing?

Could it be the oft-repeated notion of solidarity among the upper three sects? At his age, did he still believe in such nonsense? Or was he pretending to be oblivious?

None of this mattered. What truly caught Ning Fengzhi's attention was the fact that Tang Hao had come to Tian Dou. And Tang San—the boy Ning Rongrong once tried to recruit—was a twin martial soul prodigy and Tang Hao's son. Was this Tang Hao's confidence?

But so what? Instead of staying put and waiting to die of old age, he dared to make trouble. Did he think the Spirit Hall was vegetarian? A mere twin martial soul wasn't enough to intimidate anyone.

Ning Fengzhi's mind raced as his right hand tapped incessantly on the armrest of his chair, his expression deep in thought.

Yu Yuanzhen remained silent, and the room grew eerily quiet.

"Hehe." Suddenly, a soft chuckle echoed through the room, causing the four people engaged in their secret discussion to tense up and summon their martial souls in preparation.

But Ning Fengzhi, ever quick-witted, quickly raised his hand and said, "Stop, Sword Uncle, Bone Uncle—it's Master Ye Wen who has arrived."

Instantly, Ning Fengzhi knelt halfway, bowing deeply. Sword Douluo and Bone Douluo also retracted their martial souls and respectfully clasped their hands in greeting.

This scene left Yu Yuanzhen utterly stunned. These three individuals—of such high status—were performing such a grand gesture of respect.

At this moment, a figure appeared in the room.

Simultaneously, all the doors and windows around them were sealed shut, turning the room into a private chamber.

"Rise, Fengzhi. There's no need for such formalities. From now on, simply bow to me like Sword Douluo does," the figure said calmly.

Ning Fengzhi involuntarily stood up, but his gaze remained filled with reverence as he looked at Ye Wen.

In truth, Ye Wen had been curious about Tang Hao's next move and had followed him here.

Seeing the sudden arrival of this figure, Yu Yuanzhen felt a strange sense of familiarity. Memories from the past flooded back, and he realized who this person was.

That reserved figure—it was as if time had turned back a day.

"Master Ye Wen?!"

"It's been a long time, Lord Yu."

Ye Wen's gaze rested lightly on Yu Yuanzhen, yet an invisible pressure made Yu Yuanzhen's breathing grow labored.

How could this be?! In just a few decades, to what extent had this youth grown?

And how had he suddenly appeared here? Could it be that he had been following him all along?

What was happening to the continent these days? The younger generation was full of monsters.

The calmer Ye Wen appeared, the more anxious Yu Yuanzhen became. This surreal, fantastical situation left him utterly disoriented.

Ye Wen casually took a seat and poured himself a cup of fragrant tea.

"Sit down, everyone—including you, Lord Yu. Let's discuss this matter properly."

Everyone obediently returned to their seats.

Sword Douluo and Ning Fengzhi were already familiar with Ye Wen's presence, but Bone Douluo's eyes were filled with curiosity—a god-level powerhouse was an exceedingly rare sight.

Yu Yuanzhen's gaze was fixed intently on Ye Wen. He wanted to probe Ye Wen's cultivation with his spiritual power but didn't dare to do so, leaving him in a state of inner turmoil.

After a while, Ye Wen spoke. "Lord Yu, leave Tang San's enrollment matters to you. Don't worry too much about it. Tang San carries great troubles that are beyond your ability to handle. Moreover, he will leave after breaking through to level 40, so he won't have much impact on you.

As for your concerns about retaliation from the Spirit Hall, there's no need to worry. Bibi Dong is also under my command.

Oh, and one more thing—please don't mention this. Otherwise, I can't guarantee the continued existence of your Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan."

It was absurd, utterly absurd. Though Ye Wen spoke casually, the hidden implications were chilling.

When had one of the upper three sects, the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect, and the current Pope of the Spirit Hall become subordinates of this neutral man?

Yet such top-secret information was casually revealed. Though Yu Yuanzhen wasn't exceptionally intelligent, he was well-versed in worldly affairs. Only one possibility could explain this situation. Swallowing hard, he nervously asked,

"Master Ye Wen, may I inquire about your cultivation level?"

A faint smile played on Ye Wen's lips. Communicating with smart people was so effortless.

"Level 113, God of the Sea, Ye Wen."

!!!

"Level 113, God of the Sea?!!!"

Yu Yuanzhen was left speechless, his pupils contracting violently. He stared at Ye Wen in disbelief. He had originally thought that reaching level 98 like the former Tianxing Douluo would already be outrageous—but to ascend to godhood at level 100?!

The three members of the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect gazed at Ye Wen with even greater reverence. In just under a year, the god they followed had advanced another level. It was truly cause for celebration.

"Congratulations, God of the Sea," Ning Fengzhi praised.

Sword Douluo and Bone Douluo quickly followed suit.

Seeing that Yu Yuanzhen still seemed skeptical, Ye Wen summoned his soul rings directly.

No longer the original eleven soul rings, Ye Wen had fused them into a single entity using the True Body method, refining his spatial abilities further and making them even more precise.

A dazzling golden halo rose behind Ye Wen's head, densely covered with blue wave-like patterns.

The aura emanating from him was unmistakably something beyond soul power. Yu Yuanzhen was completely convinced that this young man was the new God of the Sea.

At this moment, Yu Yuanzhen's thoughts surged, and his eyes gleamed with joy as he knelt halfway.

"Mighty God of the Sea, Yu Yuanzhen submits to you. May I humbly request that my Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan become your subordinate, ready to serve and fight for you?"

Ye Wen glanced indifferently at Yu Yuanzhen. Though the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan had performed somewhat poorly in the original storyline, it was undeniable that they were still one of the few top-tier families on the Douluo Continent.

"Agreed."

Yu Yuanzhen's heart swelled with joy. This visit to the Seven Treasures Glazed Pagoda Sect had paid off immensely.

Tang Hao? The Hao Tian Sect? What were they? Before his god, they were nothing but insignificant ants.
