The wind gushed past me as I kicked off the rooftop, the reinforced surface of the ground beneath me caved in under the sheer force of my launch. 


I broke through the sound barrier, their wasn't anytime to waste, innocent civilian lives were instantly going to be whipped out the second those ballistic missiles hit the Whistling Derrick. 


Air resistance clawed at my body, but I blasted forward, blasting the energy from my gauntlets to give me further speed. 


The Sonic boom hit again and I almost instantly, I could hear the glass windows on the cars and buildings several meters ahead shatter. 


The Forever Core system flashed a bright red notification across my field of view.
