The Konoha Military Police Force was not a good place to be.
Although the Military Police Force was nominally one of Konoha's three major forces, primarily responsible for strengthening and maintaining order and security in the village, with the authority to arrest individuals and ninja with criminal tendencies, in reality, it was a cage created by the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama, for the Uchiha clan.
