Camera feed flickers. A bloodied A.C.P. Sulaiman Qazi is chained in a suspended cage. His breathing is ragged. Bruised eyes barely open.
A masked man, wearing an MOD insignia, speaks coldly:
> "Your son is listening. Would you like to say something before your legacy dies?"
Qazi spits blood. Weak smile.
> "Tell him…
I never…
broke."
Signal cuts.
Back at HQ, Zain Qazi watches in silence. His hands tremble.
Imran (low):
"He's alive. We bring him back. No matter what."

ACT 1: Decoding the Monster
Reet and Imran begin digging through the "Project ROGUE" files recovered from the Lucknow drive.
Reet's eyes widen.
18 subjects.
Conducted under a defunct MOD biotech wing called "Astra Division."
Focus: Neurochem reconditioning, physical augmentation, memory wipes.
All subjects are presumed terminated.
Except one:
Subject-13: RAAKA
Real Name: Bhanu Verma
Status: ACTIVE
Enhancements: Muscular regeneration, high pain tolerance, aggression modulation, memory decay.
Zoya:
"This wasn't torture. They made him. Then let him loose."
Imran:
"Or… they wanted to test if the leash would hold."
The files mention an unconfirmed secondary base in Arunachal Pradesh — codenamed: "Site-Delta" — near an extinct volcano crater.

ACT 2: Splitting the Squad
To move without detection, Qazi breaks the team into two:
Team A (Qazi, Imran, Reet) — to infiltrate Astra's surviving records at a MOD biotech vault in Manesar.
Team B (Zoya, Arjun, Zahra) — to travel to Tawang, posing as seismology researchers to locate the hidden Site-Delta base.
Before they depart:
Zoya to Qazi:
"If your father's there… we're not leaving him behind."
Qazi:
"If he's not… we burn the place anyway."

ACT 3A – Manesar Vault Heist
Qazi's team heads to the MOD Biotech Reserve disguised as government auditors.
Imran disables internal CCTV loops in under 90 seconds while Reet unlocks the retinal vault.
Inside, they find Project ROGUE's blueprints.
One chilling discovery:
Raaka wasn't the first successful subject.
There's another: Subject-06 — status: UNKNOWN.
Suddenly — gas begins to fill the room.
The vault was booby-trapped.
Imran injects neutralizer shots into everyone just in time, but MOD Response Units breach the outer doors.
Qazi holds them off while Reet uploads the encrypted data to a hidden cloud server.
The team escapes through an old maintenance tunnel, emerging near an abandoned helipad where they extract in a camouflaged evac chopper.

ACT 3B – Zoya in Tawang
Meanwhile, Zoya's team arrives at a local geological research base.
Zahra makes contact with an old contact — a tribal elder whose son vanished 4 years ago, last seen being taken by "uniformed men into the mountain."
They hike toward the coordinates.
What they find shocks them.
Camouflaged domes built into the crater wall. No military markings. But scanning reveals thermal signatures — over 30 bodies inside.
Drones, turrets, biohazard symbols.
Zoya (to Arjun):
"This isn't a base. It's a factory."

ACT 4: Inside Site-Delta
They sneak into the facility at night. Using old MOD override protocols Zahra had from Astra days, they breach through a cargo lift.
What they find:
Living quarters with surveillance in every bed.
Cryo-pods labeled with former soldiers' names. Most are empty. Some… not.
Massive testing chambers with memory fragmentation experiments displayed on holograms.
Zoya finds a horrifying video:
Subject-06 being trained to kill and forget. His vitals spike, then flatline. Then reset.
On the final screen:
Subject-06: ACTIVE. Name: UNKNOWN. Transfer Date: 5 Days Ago – Location Redacted.
Suddenly — red lights flash.
Facility is compromised.
MOD elite forces storm in. Zahra is shot in the shoulder, bleeding.
Arjun fires cover shots. Zoya activates a self-destruct mechanism on the cryo-pod system.
They barely escape through the crater ridge.
As they look back — the mountain erupts with a silent explosion, wiping the lab clean.
But they couldn't save anyone. Not yet.

ACT 5: Virk's Countermove
General Virk appears on a private communication line to every MOD intelligence unit.
> "Initiate Protocol Black Rain.
No mercy.
No shadows.
End the traitors."
Simultaneously:
Bounties are leaked on all known Black Squad members.
Zain Qazi is declared a "national fugitive."
Raaka is seen near Bhopal — he's going to silence another Falcon survivor.
But the episode ends on one last shocker:
In a hidden MOD cryo-chamber…
A man with Qazi's face opens his eyes.
> SUBJECT-06.

FINAL SCENE – HQ SAFEHOUSE | DAWN
Reet:
"We thought Raaka was the weapon."
Imran:
"He was the test."
Zoya (bloodied, furious):
"Then what the hell is Subject-06?"
Qazi:
"My reflection.
But it isn't me."
