Title: "The Forensic Revival"
Genre: Crime, Thriller, Emotional, Procedural
---
SCENE 1: BLACK SQUAD HQ – EARLY MORNING
A new day dawns over Mumbai. The Black Squad headquarters buzzes with quiet activity. Officers move between desks. The forensic lab, however, is shut – dark and still, sealed off since Dr. Meher Ahuja's mysterious resignation after Episode 95.
[INT. CONFERENCE ROOM – BLACK SQUAD HQ]
ACP Sulaiman Qazi enters, the room already occupied by Imran, Arjun, Zoya, and a few other officers. Everyone stands in attention out of respect, not just for his position, but the legacy he now represents after Episode 100.
Qazi (calmly):
"We've solved cases with broken bullets, blood-stained shirts, and half-burnt diaries... but without a functioning forensic team, we've been walking blind."
Arjun:
"Who's going to replace Dr. Meher? The lab's been inactive since she left."
Qazi (smiles faintly):
"He's already on his way."
Cut to…

SCENE 2: ENTRY OF DR. R.P. GUPTA – BLACK SQUAD HQ
A black government SUV arrives outside. An elderly man steps out, dressed in an immaculate grey coat, sharp eyes behind his glasses — Dr. R.P. Gupta, forensic genius, sharp-tongued, and a man of intense observation.
Zoya (softly, to Imran):
"He looks like a professor."
Qazi steps forward, warmly embracing him.
Qazi:
"Welcome back, Professor. It's been too long."
Dr. Gupta:
"20 years, Qazi. And now I return to clean up corpses and cracked skulls. How poetic."
Everyone is surprised by the sarcasm, but Qazi chuckles, remembering their bond.
Qazi (to the team):
"Meet Dr. R.P. Gupta — my mentor and the man who once cracked the famous Nasik Cannibal Case. He's not just joining us; he's taking charge of our forensic department."
Imran:
"With all due respect, sir... welcome to the madness."
Dr. Gupta (raising an eyebrow):
"Madness is a symptom. I deal in pathology."
Everyone exchanges a glance. A new era begins.

SCENE 3: CASE FILE – "THE SKIN TAKER"
Just then, an urgent call arrives from Mumbai Central Jail. A prisoner has been murdered, his face peeled off — the fourth such case in two months.
Cut to crime scene:
Blood on the jail bed.
Face removed surgically.
No signs of struggle.
Arjun:
"This is no revenge killing. This is... surgical."
Dr. Gupta steps in, examines the wound with a scalpel.
Dr. Gupta:
"Perfect removal of facial dermis. Clean extraction, no hesitation marks. Your killer isn't just skilled... they're educated."
Zoya (checking files):
"All four victims were part of a gang that smuggled women into psychiatric asylums..."
Imran:
"This might connect to the Asylum Case..."
Qazi nods. The team gears up. They're looking at a forensic-level killer — possibly a doctor.
---
SCENE 4: FORENSIC REVELATIONS
Back at the lab, Dr. Gupta unveils a new setup — high-end microscopes, facial reconstructive software, and even a chemical spectrometer.
Dr. Gupta (while scanning tissue):
"This chemical residue... chlorhexidine mixed with methanol. Used in one hospital in South Mumbai. I know that signature. We're looking at someone from my past."
The trail leads them to an abandoned medical hostel.
---
SCENE 5: THE CONFRONTATION – MEDICAL HOSTEL
Inside the dark corridors, the squad moves in. Shadows flicker. They find a hidden room with preserved faces stored like trophies.
Suddenly, a masked figure attacks. An intense hand-to-hand combat breaks out between Arjun and the masked killer, ending with the squad overpowering the suspect — Dr. Manish Kharbanda, a failed plastic surgeon turned maniac.
Dr. Gupta confronts him:
Gupta:
"You were my student. I taught you how to heal, and you chose to harvest pain."
Kharbanda (sneering):
"You said 'preserve the face of humanity'. I did... just not how you meant it."
Arjun punches him. Imran cuffs him. Another twisted chapter closes.
---
SCENE 6: HQ – NIGHTFALL
Qazi:
"Today, we didn't just solve a case. We restarted our vision."
He looks toward Dr. Gupta, now quietly organizing a tissue sample.
Imran (to Qazi):
"Sir, where did you two meet?"
Qazi (with a smile):
"He was the one who told me I wasn't meant for paperwork. I was born for the field."
Dr. Gupta (without turning):
"And now, we both find ourselves at the end of our careers… starting again."
---
ENDING MONTAGE:
Zoya watching old lab reports, now able to breathe again.
Imran and Arjun walking out in the rain, discussing the madness that never ends.
Qazi in his cabin, staring at an old photo of the original team — remembering the past, preparing for the future.
Dr. Gupta locking up the forensic lab with a sign:
"No body is silent. You just have to listen."
