Iris looked around, trying to find the mysterious creature; she looked only, causing confusion for the other creature close to her.
He got closer, trying to see what was happening to her. He put his hand on top of Iris' shoulder, feeling how stiff and hot it was.
Iris turned around, their faces close, and she got a clear picture of the creature. She saw it had light blue eyes, their eye shape being more narrow; it had no visible facial hair, and its nose has a rough consistency, but it blended with its pale, almost ghostlike skin. His blue hair was positioned in many layers, creating a majestic shape that flew beautifully with the wind. Her nose caught the scent of a sugar mint.
"Are you feeling like a dance in the snow?"
Iris stared at the elf-like creature; she didn't understand what it meant. After sensing that he had a good intention, she awkwardly nodded.
"Excuse me, what is your name?" Iris asked, trying to appear as innocent as possible.
"Don't you remember me? My name is Lumi, descendant of lord Ullr." Lumi said with joy.
Iris suddenly felt her vision become dizzy; all of the particles around her appeared to be moving around her; the air felt heavy.
The same creature with its long horns appeared behind Lumi. Extending its hand and cutting off Lumi's head.
"WhO aRe YoU? YoU aREn'T sUppoSEd tO bE hErE. LoRd IsOldE dIdn'T aLlOw yOu enTrY" The monster said with a disturbing voice while its deep red eyes stared at the petrified Iris.
Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep.
Her witch's knot pendant beeped with a light blue light after the name of Isolde.
"Ixuld"
…
Iris then woke up, the words of "Ixuld" passing through her mind. She now has another clue about where the beings she has to kill are located, but she can't shake off the feeling of seeing another being dead. Shaking her to the core.
Iris took off her blanket, and seeing the day brighter, she realized that the rest of her journey would be more of a struggle and prayed that this is the hardest part of her journey.
Iris, feeling her body rejuvenated, was then hit with a violent snowstorm. She covered herself with her leaf blanket, shivering as the snow hit her shield and the temperatures lowered. She realizes that her fire is over and all of her wood has run out. Sighing, she waits and waits until the snowstorm ends.
After a growling hour the snowstorm ended, she tried to move her blanket but struggled to take the blanket off. She realizes that she has been buried. However, Iris begins to feel warm; her body shivers less. Confused, she balled up, seeing some snow enter.
Iris realizes that the lack of oxygen will hurt her, so she makes her shield to create an opening so she can breathe.
Iris closes her eyes; she doesn't know what to believe anymore.
…
Iris opens her eyes. She finds herself inside a room full of humans, all with cameras and microphones. She looks down and sees herself in a long lavender dress, her body more mature than it reminded her of her mother.
Ahh!!
Iris looks up, seeing a masked clown person perforate the heart of a person on top of the stage. The group of heavily armed men all began surrounding the clown-masked person, pointing their guns, and began reloading their magazines.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Everyone in the room ducked, covering themselves from the gunfire. Iris lowered herself, looking up and seeing how the clown had a protective barrier around it, which brought all the bullets to a complete stop and reflected some.
In the span of five seconds, all of the armed men died while the clown maniacally laughed.
Seeing this caused a small smile on Iris's face.
Iris then felt the clown stare at her, its eyes thirsty for more blood.
"Join me."
…
Iris woke up, her mind going spiraling; she couldn't process any information. Everything is happening too fast for her to understand.
She manages to create a singular thought. These are all my fates.
Iris needed some fresh air, so she made her way up from the snow, looking at the tree being the size of an average five-year-old with its white leaves covered with colorful dots reminding her of confetti.
Swoosh
Boom!!
Iris just barely avoided a sneak attack. If it weren't for her improved senses, she would have certainly died. She looks up, scanning her surroundings, trying to find the perpetrator.
Phwwwwwht
A thick black fog began engulfing the forest.
The smell of chocolate confused Iris; her body felt suddenly itchy after exposure. She now knows that it is someone going after her. She can't believe that it all is happening too fast.
She can't catch a break, and everything is piling up, appearing that all of the universe is plotting against her.
"I finally found you! I have been quite intrigued by your appearance. I want to keep you as my toy and only mine." One of the mysterious creatures appeared once again, this one looking taller than the rest, its voice more human-like compared to the others she has encountered.
"You disgusting, filthy animal!!" Iris screamed, her body shivering; the more the creature stared at her, the more disgusted she felt. She felt degraded more and more as it started; she could smell the arousal behind that deep black cloth.
The creature extended its blade, and on its other hand, it showed a dimly lit candle; the creature raised the candle and then dropped it.
Crack
Swoosh
The creature lunges at Iris; she positions her shield in front of her, which only causes a minor dent in the shield.
Iris feels extremely proud of her improvement; she also senses how this one is comparably weaker than the rest. Its dark aura is small compared to the others.
"I finally got the power I wanted and needed." The creature maniacally talked as it swung its blade at Iris as she was running and avoiding its attacks.
"What do you mean by that!" Iris screamed, feeling that she just unlocked part of a mystery she had always been pondering.
"Oh, nothing; it was hard, but I succeeded just like the others. This power is incredible; I can now make everyone my toy."
