Lucius opened his eyes to find trees much taller than himself surrounding him on all sides. A small group of animals began forming a circle around him. They seemed mainly passive; however, Lucius still looked wary of them, not approaching too closely and keeping his distance.
They didn't look like any animals he recognized.
They were bigger and seemed much more threatening than those on Earth.
'Is this the elven forest?' Lucius thought to himself, as the forest had a magical feeling to it and resembled most of the elven forests he had seen in movies.
Movies weren't reality, but they seemed to have captured what those forests looked like; they were almost identical in this case.
Lucius wasn't sure if those animals were trying to attack him, but none of them seemed aggressive. They looked from afar, not making any strange movements.
