Aria's pov
"What do you mean they could have killed me?" I asked as I followed him.
The audacity to drop such a bomb on me and walk away, Geoffrey shrugged,
"Sorry, the council of shadows are dangerous and that's why we don't tell people why they are going in there."
"What if I had been killed?" I asked.
"You are smart, I don't think so," he said.
"Where are we going?"
"Your last test," he said and opened the door to the green house.
The flowers in there made the room so lovely that I swooned immediately.
"This is so beautiful,"
"I am glad you think so. It's one of my favorite places in the garden. I feel like the air here is cleaner."
I inhaled and the scent of flowers filled my nose instantly,
"You are right,"
"Close your eyes and inhale again," Geoffrey ordered.
I did as he said and this time, I felt the clean air in my nostrils. A huge smile appeared on my face. I wrapped my arms around myself. I think this will be my favorite place from now on.
