An epidemiologist, present on the set, speaks up and addresses the general as well as the Minister of Health, sitting next to him.

The Minister of Health, clearly annoyed, forces a tight smile before responding.
—"The government is doing and will do whatever is necessary to guarantee the health and safety of our fellow citizens. Doctor, your alarmist statements only fuel unnecessary fear. The military operations you're referring to are simply logistical support measures, provided as reinforcements to our firefighters, doctors, and nurses already on the ground."
