I nodded. "That's why I called you here. Our original plan has failed. We need something more... final."
Viktor leaned forward. "My hunters lost them at the waterfall. Celeste has powerful cloaking spells."
"I can find them," Lilith offered, holding up a jar of blood. "I took this from Celeste during the fight."
I smiled for the first time that day. "Perfect. But there's something else you should know." I pulled out an old scroll from my jacket. "I found this in Charles's secret vault after his death."
Unrolling it on the table, I showed a detailed family tree of the Blood Moon Pack's Alpha lineage. But with one shocking change from the official records.
"Look at the last entry," I said, pointing to the bottom of the page.
The others leaned in, their eyes widening.
"This can't be right," Ingrid whispered.
"Charles wasn't Amara's father," I confirmed. "Her mother, Seraphina, had an affair with someone else before she died in childbirth."
