Gunasekhar : She must have killed my son like she killed my grandchild.
Both Arjun and Atharva was shocked hearing this new information .
Atharva : What ? . What do you mean ?
Gunasekhar : Yes, 6-7 months back , she was pregnant with my grandchild . We thought to give her a chance because of that . She was 5 months pregnant that time and due to her carelessness , she fell from stairs and got miscarriage . And since that day she started to behave like mad . She also tried to attack my son once . But my son who loves her , took her to some psychiatrist to get her treated . But what she did ? , she killed my only son .
Arjun : Do you have the reports or the details of the psychiatrist.
Gunasekhar : No we don't. Only she and Naveen knows , And I don't care anything about that girl . She is a murderer of my son and grandchild.
Arjun and Atharva left from there hearing this new information . They were confused why Nithya didn't tell them about all this .
Next day morning
Arjun and Atharva came to meet Nithya in the hospital .
Atharva : why did you hide it from us ?
Nithya : w..w.hwhat d..do y...you m.mean ?
Atharva : why did you hide about the miscarriage , ur medical condition and how you tried to kill Naveen once because of it .
Nithya : I...I was scared . Scared that you will think that i killed him because of my medical condition . After the miscarriage, I...was not stable . I tried to kill myself, blaming for loss of my child . But he saves me to torment more . I attacked him once, i swear it was an accident . But to show his parents that he is a loving partner, he took me to a psychiatrist to get treatment . But please believe me, I didn't kill him . I don't even remember what happened that night . Please ( cries )
Arjun and Atharva stood there silently hearing her as they didn't know how to react her words .
Arjun : what's that psychiatrist name ? where they work ?
Nithya : (looked at arjun ) His name is Gautham , he works in XXX hospital s..si..sir y..you said you believe me right . you said that you believe i didn't kill Naveen right . You still believe me right
Her voice cracked little tearfully hoping that he still believe her . But her hope shattered into pieces when he left with Atharva without saying anything. Her heart felt heavy and broken as the person who gave her hope now left her alone making her self-doubt
Arjun who came out of the room was lost in thought unable to digest the facts he came to know from past 2 days . He believe her, he still believe her. So only he left to investigate telling himself that she will be alright. Little did he know, he's going to regret leaving her alone .
After sometime
Arjun and Atharva reached the hospital . They asked about Dr. Gautham and introduced themselves to receptionist as officer who want to investigate about a case . The receptionist asked them to wait in cabin and told that she will inform him.
They both reached Dr. Gautham's cabin . The cabin was very simple and well-maintained filled with books. They sat on chair, waiting for Gautham arrival.
After sometime, they looked back hearing door open and a man of 30's with clean shave and specs .
Gautham : Hello, I'm Gautham.
Arjun: I'm Arjun, CBI officer and this is Atharva , SI
Gautham : Yeah, Mary sis informed me . Please take a seat . Tell me how can i help you both ?
Atharva : We are here to get information about Meera.
Gautham : Meera? You mean the one was accused for the murder .
Arjun : yes , we wanted to know about her medical condition and how long you know her
Gautham : I knew her like 6-7 months , she came as my patient as she was suffering from her miscarriage also PTSD . Her case is different from others as she lost her parents when she was 10 and has no one to care about . Now this miscarriage . She started to blame herself for everything and self harm . Not only that sometimes bioplar, can't remember things and so on.
Before Arjun could ask more, Atharva phone rang.
Atharva : Hello.....What ! , okay we are coming immediately
Arjun : what's wrong Mr. Atharva . who's on call ?
Atharva : N...Ni..Nithya, She attempted suicide.
