Chapter 15 - The Cry of Shadow on the Throne of Light

The Universe Bleeds from Its Wounds

-

After the collapse of the Living Library and the birth of the unified twin god, the world became a severed body bleeding miniature universes from its cracks. A dark blue sky stitched with black holes swallowing stars, rivers of molten glass flowing into the void, and colossal trees of tainted light growing their roots in the corpses of fallen gods. In the heart of this chaos stood Jin, facing the throne of the unified god—his body now half golden flower, half rapidly aging human.

The flower in his chest was wilting, and the black heart pulsed with a mad rhythm, as if trying to devour the last of his light. Beside him, the statue of the white version melted slowly in golden ice, its black tears forming puddles that birthed hybrid creatures—part insect, part angel.

-

First Encounter: The God Who Weeps

On the throne sat the unified god, a statue of contradictions: his left half blinding light, his right half silence-swallowing darkness. But the surprise was his eyes—both golden, with a single black tear sliding from one of them.

The Unified God (in a voice shattered into thousands of echoes):

"Who... will heal... the wounds... of whom?"

Jin stepped closer. With every step, years peeled off his life. He felt his memories erode, yet the flower in his chest vibrated, releasing a hum that made the god shudder.

The Terrifying Revelation: The Wound That Birthed Universes

When Jin touched the god's forehead, a deep wound in time split open, dragging him into the moment the sacred twins were born. He saw:

The mysterious mother stabbing the original god with a dagger of black light, stealing the twins' power.

The First Universe collapsing into bubble-like fragment worlds.

The luminous wolves born from the original god's final tears.

Jin (screaming into the void):

"Everything... was a lie!"

The unified god absorbed his scream and began to shatter—each shard forming a new universe.

-

The First Rebellion: The Children of Shadow Rise

From the shards emerged a group of rebels, led by a woman who resembled Lian Hua, but with one golden eye and the other mechanical. They wielded weapons forged from the memories of dead universes:

A sword of divine tears.

A shield of charred book pages.

A bow that fires arrows of frozen time.

The Woman / Lian Hua (shouting, her voice shaking the cracks):

"Freedom isn't given... it's torn from the guts of tyrants!"

The rebels stormed the throne, but the god devoured them one by one, turning them into fuel for his existence.

The Final Sacrifice: The Flower That Opens the Door

Jin, now gray and frail from the curse of accelerated time, realized the only solution. He tore the flower from his chest and pierced it into the god's black heart. Golden light exploded like a dying sun, and the darkness receded like waves of ink.

The Unified God (staring at him with childlike confusion):

"Why... didn't you kill me... when you could?"

Jin (with his final breath before turning to dust):

"Because... I wanted you to see... what it means to be human."

-

A New Birth: The Universe That Laughs

With Jin gone, the throne crumbled. The unified god transformed into a small child with golden eyes. The child played with the shards of universes, forming new worlds filled with beautiful contradictions:

Rivers that flow upward.

Animals that speak in music.

Humans born with memories of dead universes.

The golden statue of the white version had fully melted, leaving behind a message etched in the air:

"The game is over... because the player learned to laugh."

-

The Final Twist: The Woman Who Doesn't Die

In a newly forming village built from the ashes of the old, a woman who looked exactly like Lian Hua appeared, holding a baby with one golden eye and one black. This time, she was smiling... and the baby laughed.

The Woman (gazing toward the horizon where golden butterflies played):

"Maybe... in this universe... we'll be okay."

-

And somewhere beyond time, where aborted divinities are stored, echoes from Jin's last dust sang an old song:

"My blood is gold... my shadow broken... but my heart... is finally... free."
