Starting bid is 800 Silvers and each increment should no lower than 50 silvers! The bidding starts now!" The server fetch the Tempering potion and deliver to the person at room 303. "Here's the potion that you have purchase my lord." The server put the potions on the table and the man in cloak nodded and gave the server a bag of silvers and the server went out. The man in cloak look at the potion and with no hesitation, he drank one of the potion. The man felt a hot sensation in his stomach then it circulates all around his body. After a few minutes, he can feel that his strength increases "Not bad!" The man commented and kept the other 2 potion.
At the stage "Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen for your patronage for the Tempering Potion. Now let's proceed with the second item." Selene gesture at the backstage and a server. The server brought 6 blue potion and put it on the pedestal. The crowd begin to be curious about the potion but that curiosity broke by Selene and introduce the item "The item next to me is called Acolyte Potion and this potion is for mages exclusively! When this potion is used, it can strengthen your mana and mana capacity as well! It is a great item for those mages trying to breakthrough to their tier 3 class as a Magician or if you want to start as a mage, this is a must item for you!" After saying that, the crowd was in an uproar as well as the nobles at the 2nd and 3rd floor as most of mages are either scholar from the capital or nobles that was enrolled at the Magi's Observatory Schools. "Starting price of the Acolyte Potion is 800 Silvers and every increment is no less than 50 Silvers! Let the bidding for the first batch begin!" Immediately after, bids are pouring in.

Ones at the room 302 and 301 are silent while the person at 304 was happy "with this, I can challenge my tier 3 class and be an official Magistrate." The girl smiles and kept the potions and immediately left the auction house. "Interesting." Said by the handsome youngman at room 301.
The secobd batch of the Acolyte Potion bidding was also intense and the potion reached the peak of 2,800 silvers and was bought by a noble at the second floor. "Let's move on with the third item. This is more rarer than the Acolyte Potion hence we only have 3 bottles of it." Selene gesture at the server back stage and it brought 3 jade vases "This item is called Concentration Pill, each bottle has a pill in it and this for you cultivators out there.
