After Rohan left her chamber, Belle was left alone in the silent room with only the cracking fireplace as background noise. Later on, Farrah was sent to her, who helped her bathe and dress. It was morning, she realized after her bath, when the girl pulled open all the thick curtains that had been drawn over the window and balcony door to make the chamber look dark.
Though she felt much better, her limbs still felt a bit off and quivery when she stood up. She couldn't even do her own hair and dress herself but had to allow Farrah to do it for her. While the girl was brushing her hair in front of the mirror, Belle's mind was lost in countless thoughts that refused, no matter what she did, to leave her mind.
