Inside the [Training Domain], Yoichi began experimenting with Shin's unusual physique and cells inside his body due to a tendril captured by Yoichi, 3 months ago.
He made his way to begin the research because of his duty as a husband and a father to his children. Due to his caring personality, the research time was cut through the development of Yin-Yang Release techniques and taking care of his children.
"Shin's cell proliferation was astonishing! Even the Chakra Fruit Null Body couldn't get ahead of his immortal body due to the amazing proliferation and devouring properties of his cells."
"However, I can't say this body was enough against the Otsutsuki Clan's body since I don't have enough data."
"The working of a God Tree came from the fact that the Otsutsuki Clan and the Tree itself were symbiotic since the creation of the tree was all because of the Otsutsuki Body sacrifice."
"But Shin's spiritual aspect was not that great... If I remember correctly, Hidan's immortal body came from the Jashin Cult and I could safely say that the immortal body and spiritual energy were tightly intertwined with each other..."

Then, Yoichi took a fully cloned genetic sample and extracted the cells into the sample. After that, he injected the cells into the Null Body and proceeded to wait for the comprehensive results.

"As for cell degradation, the immune system of a normal person could withstand the cell invasion for a little bit since the devouring cell became like a virus in the body and was deleted by the immune system. Typically, the person would be weaker than the average human due to the invading cell eating his genetic information."
"For the weak genetic fusion, the devouring cell would be weaker than the original owner, Shin. However, the absorption of energy by eating, sleeping, and drinking will be much more easier and efficient than an average human being. No immortal body, simple integration of energy was enough! Well, the devouring of another energy from another person was not potent and overwhelming like Shin but it's the thought that counts."
"Aha! I have finally decided that I will start by increasing the possibility of weak genetic fusion and decreasing all of the other negative results of combination."
Yoichi saved the data report and started with a newly constructed Null Body to achieve his research plan to successfully implant the weak devouring cells into a normal person.
Plan A, combines both devouring cells inside.

"The weak genetic fusion increased by 7%... Both of the combined devouring cells ate the remaining normal cells inside the body, degrading the cells by 30%... Another research!"
Plan B, diluting the devouring cells inside the body for 7 days or more and injecting another cell.

Since the body was recovered in the assimilation by gradual automatic adaptation of the system, the other injected potent devouring cells were slowly integrated into the system much more effortlessly and effectively with the genetic composition of the person completely changed. I must supervise the overall project whenever a person undergoes modifications to increase the possibility though."
Long story short, the withered devouring cells inside of the person overcome the assimilation deficit, and then after 7 days or more, they are injected with another one to weaken the invading cells once more and integrate into the system.
The intricate process must be overseen by Yoichi for further analysis and development since science is all about trial and error. There are still possibilities for negative effects and Yoichi wouldn't let anyone else be killed in the process of overall genetic transformation inside the body.
Afterward, Yoichi saved the data report and took the cell samples of the Ver.3 Null Body before he reset the whole body in a normal person once more.
"Yoichi, we wanted to join the upcoming fight! Is there anything else that can heal us in a brief time?" Satomi went on her way, straightforward.
"Ummm... Do you honestly want to fight in this weak state of yours?" Yoichi inquired as Maki and Makima went with Satomi.
They are bored as hell and fighting side by side with the troops should be a great achievement for them. Taking care of the children took a toll on their mental and physical state, and finding enough power to force their anger out on something was always in their minds.
"Of course, we wanted to go and fight with those bastards! We are the protector of the town! Are you gonna stay here and just be a coward with all the powers and training we do all the time?"
Maki delivered a speech while Satomi and Makima nodded vigorously.
They are independent women, and staying inside the house was not in their jurisdiction just like the traditional wife who has a dutiful role of taking care of kids, household chores, and washing clothes.
"Hmmm... Let me think for a bit..." Yoichi shook his head and rubbed his chin, thinking deeply as his wives were expecting a good outcome.
As for why Yoichi didn't heal them? His wives specifically delivered their children and it's a natural state for ladies to have postportum recovery. Also, he wanted his wives to have a full recovery, from physical to mental strength.
"Just fight here, in the domain." Yoichi got an idea and a loophole of the domain slowly revealed in his mind while the 3 pale women looked at him for an explanation.
"Explanation? Once all of you started fighting with each other, the domain would fully heal you all slowly!" Yoichi shrugged his shoulders while the three of their mouths went into an 'O' shape.
Then, they began fighting with each other. Although they are weaker than expected, the fight in the middle is not the place a normal person would want to be in. Space deformations, space cracks, and psionic energies swirled through the fighting scene. Winning the fight was also a very contested spot since all 3 of them fought with all they had.
"Hmph, I am still the winner after all of that! Satomi, do you have anything to say now? Better luck next time! Hah!"
In the end, Maki won the fight as Satomi and Makima were exhausted, planted on the ground, and heaving mouthfuls of air from the fight.
"Gorilla woman, be careful next time! I didn't bring out my trump card for this fight." Satomi grumbled in frustration, her trump card was a gigantic black hole but in the end, she didn't release it with consideration in mind.
"I feel fine losing the fight... At least, I lost to my sister." Makima was glad about the outcome, she couldn't withstand both of the fierce women with his untrained body.
After saying their words, all three of them felt a rejuvenating glow in their bodies as if bathing inside a hot spring in a cold winter. Incisions and bruises gradually healed as the three stood up and exchanged smiles with each other.
'I developed two Yin Releases called God's Perspective and World's Perspective. However, on the Yang Release side, there is still nothing... What if I incorporate Yang Release into my Phantom Dispersion Technique? That could be viable! Also, I could try and combine Yin-Yang Release and Space-Time techniques into something like Ekko's Chronobreak. It would be badass and cool! And what about creating a Space-Time Release? Holy Shit that could be difficult to master!'
On the side, Yoichi's mind wandered somewhere else, thinking about formulating Yin-Yang Release and other odd combinations he could internalize in his mind.
"Oi, Yoichi!... Hello, Yoichi! What the hell is wrong with him?" a voice resounded in his side but he ignored it as his mind continued to wander around.
'Yeah, if someone could think about it, why not? I mean, Naruto saved Might Guy from his impending death due to the usage of Eight Inner Gates and Hagoromo splitting the Ten-Tails into the Chakra beasts of the main show... I should try to formulate the Space-Time Release at a later date.'
"Maybe you should slap him or something... Hehehe..." a cheeky voice rang as another person at his side and in action to slap him until...
"Oh? Are you done now? That was fast!" Yoichi instinctively blocked a slap from his side and looked at the attacker.
"Hehehe, I'm sorry, I couldn't help but slap you from your senses..." Makima smiled at him, withdrawing her hand but Yoichi intertwined with her hand.
"What are you thinking so deeply about, huh? Let me guess, creating weird techniques and experimenting?" Satomi chimed in, annoyed at his smile.
Yoichi merely nodded.
"Why the hell are you always creating this bunch of techniques called ninjutsu—something like that? Can't you just use your full physical abilities without using that ability?" Maki was curious and glared at him.
"Because it was exciting! Using my martial arts techniques was a completely overpowered beast compared to the ninjutsu I developed..."
"However, it's fun to invent some things, especially if I am an outsider here since it was my first time here. This unique chakra energy had its potential..."
"For the various resources of the other worlds, I am afraid I can't do that... I need to look for resources viable to increase my strength and knowledge of the different types of herbs here found in this world!"
"Also, what's beyond the lands outside of these greenery and verdant lands? Aren't you all curious? The world would be fun if you were ignorant!"
Yoichi's excitement shone in his eyes as his wives rolled their eyes and shook their heads in exasperation and disbelief.
Although their husband was crazy and extremely interested in all things, they couldn't deny the merits and his mysterious powers that made them tied together.
"Okay, okay. Let's go home now, curious guy! Our children were waiting for their mommies and daddy to get back!"
All three of them went outside while Yoichi shrugged his shoulders and followed suit.
