Another 3 months passed by in an instant. Life was certainly booming and thriving in the land of Suzaku City. Still, the same routine and the people inside were living cheerfully with smiles on their faces. Also, The [Green Zone] harvest and 18-year-old adolescents went outside of their comfort zone, becoming whatever professions in the city with excitement in their eyes.
These 18-year-old teenagers were healthy and strong enough to make their name renowned in each assignment or job they put their work in. This was one of the plans of Yoichi and certainly an effective way to safely improve the population and workforce of their city and nearby towns.
Put innocents inside the zone, living happily, mating, exceptional kids with sufficient resources, and after 18 years, they could go outside of the zone. They have a choice to not go outside yet it's only minimal since the kids are curious about the wonderful scene outside of their comfort zones.
There are some scrupulous hidden alliances with nefarious intent here and there. Most notable were the Jashin Cult, Divine Tree Cult, and Phantom Sanctum. Yoichi deeply investigated the Phantom's sacred place and to his surprise, someone knew him as their savior in these 3 months. In revelry for Yoichi, he gave them Three Basic Techniques and Chakra Awakening Method as a symbol of their dedication. It doesn't matter since they have strong mental yet weak bodies and no bloodlines, what a pitiful people. Even so, Yoichi decided to relocate the sanctum to the city as a way to strengthen the religion to balance the scales of power inside the city.
On the other hand, Yoru gave birth to a beautiful pale daughter with a smile on her face. Yoichi named her "Miyako Murakami". A child of the night. Yoru's Nightstalker plus Miyako's name? Get it?
Yuki and Nobara were pregnant with his children, stopping the trial for a little bit of time but they partially unlocked their memories and powers inside the trial, an adequate result for countless trials they face inside the treacherous virtual reality.
Ryoma, Sumiko, and Natsumi also celebrated their birthdays since they were born in January. Their wish was to be an adult faster so they could get their powers immediately which to Yoichi and the rest only replied with laughter and giggles.
Harumi, Midori, and Kenshin were also 6 months old now. Their babbling and adorable expressions were too cute and lovely. All of their appearance traits came mostly from their mothers except for their radiant and captivating golden eyes, thanks to the awesome genetics of their father. Even Miyako has golden eyes, the rest were dumbfounded at the fact that Yoichi's golden eyes have an amplifying effect to boost their talents to the maximum degree.
Of course, there's got to be a bloodline degradation of his beautiful eyes but it is the first generation of his bloodline and had yet to bloom in this era.
Lastly, Yoichi cultivated his martial arts in the domain for over 4 years worth of time. Also, he is now a 19-year-old man and 1 year here in the world yet he didn't celebrate the occasion. Instead, he was just formulating a difficult release in his mind.
"Yes! Yes! Yes! For fuck sake! I finished it! Gravity Release! Fucking hell yeah! OMG! These 6 months of hellish modifying made my scalp so itchy! Fucking shit! Holy guacamole!"
In his joyful state, Yoichi was so happy in his attempt to develop a new release in 4 years inside the domain. At first, his thoughts were to develop a Space-Time Release yet in his mind, why not formulate a gravity-based technique first? So, he decided to launch all of his time into the Gravity Release, one of the fundamental forces of the cosmos.
Any matter with energy and mass was inside of the gravitational force. This means as long as a person has enough energy to sustain the release, they would easily be able to control the gravity in their hands. Compressing the chakra inside of the cells and developing both energy and mass at the same time, would result in a Gravity Release.
As for why it took 6 months to develop? It's like having a tattoo inside of your cells, the reason for someone's existence. Through painful and extreme conditions, Yoichi completed his newly formed Gravity Release with sufficient energy and mass at the same time, controlling the force with ease.
"From now on, I could potentially adapt myself once I go into the deep waters of the oceans..."
"In the early stages of Martial Arts, it is impossible to withstand such intense pressure from the deep sea. I could safely say, that my [Absolute Control] with my extensive experiences in the deep ocean would be able to counteract the pressure"
"It is a precaution if ever I become stupid at such times. My silly and foolish trait must be kept once I explore the ocean or else... Death would take my life."
Yoichi rubbed his chin and strolled around from left to right repeatedly. Of course, there are still limitations to the ability such as the limited range of the release, compressed chakra with proper training, and an immense amount of chakra.
"Alright, let's start with the testing! I will let my body adapt to the sea pressure gradually. After some time, I will make a tool and apply my Gravity Release to the object, similar to a training weight!"
"Gravity Release: 33 Atmospheres!"
In an instant, the gravity force embedded in his body began to pressure Yoichi at a much slower rate. His breathing became ragged and his movements felt sluggish but after a couple of minutes, his body adapted to the drastic change.
His cells including the bloodstream felt like a deep sea terror inside of its natural habitat. However, his form as a human being still didn't alter his appearance. It's a one-time activation but the quality and quantity of both chakra and physical body must be fully developed by a large margin compared to other average human beings.
A professional diver could potentially be able to dive in a 300-meter zone. Any below that would result in major consequences like Nitrogen Narcosis and Decompression Sickness. Two of the most lethal and potent causes of death when deep diving into the ocean.
"After adapting to this pressure, I will increase it even further by 1 atmosphere every week so my body can dive deeper into the sea of abyss! For now, the hellish development was done! Another step to progressive research!"
Stopping his research, Yoichi went outside as his time in the domain eventually ran out. Therefore, he strolled the house and was curious about the peculiar situation in the ancestral home. The lights were out even though it was night, there were no people in the vicinity, and no noise or voices...
"Happy Birthday, Yoichi!"
A synchronized voice rang inside, Yoichi was startled as he looked at all of them with a smile on his face. His wives and the rest gave him a huge celebration for his 1 year here, signifying his birthday.
"What is this? A birthday party? As I said—" Yoichi wanted to explain but his lips were interrupted by a finger.
"I had enough of your talking, we are celebrating your joyful occasion, okay? Be nice for a while!" Maki rebutted with her finger on his lips.
"That's right, all you did was sleep and formulate weird techniques! Are you crazy?" Satomi chimed in, pulling him to the cake along with Maki.
'A birthday party for a cosmic being, how pitiful...'
"Fufufufu~ Happy Birthday, husband! Any wishes for your birthday?" Makima greeted him with a smile on her lips.
"Happy Birthday, Sensei! Feel free to take my gift for you! It will be so awesome!" Ryoma gave his gift, a clumsy wrapping with a katana-shaped...
"Thank you, Ryoma..." Yoichi patted Ryoma's head, seeing the progress of his student feel like an accomplished sage teaching an exceptional talent.
"Dad, I also have a gift for you! Happy Birthday!" Sumiko snuggled closer into his embrace and gave him a gift, a delicately packed square shape.
"Daddy, here's my gift for you! Happy Birthday!" Natsumi shyly as she delivered her gift, an intricate packing with a cylindrical shape.
"Hahahaha, thank you, my children!" Yoichi scooped the three kids once more, just like the first collision of their fate.
"Now, blow the candle and make a wish!" Yuki gave him the cake with a candle on top, smiling at his delightful event.
"Hoooh..."
Yoichi blew the flame and all of them clapped in a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. After that, they ate the feast cooked by Makima and Yoru, certified dishes gathered through the memories of their trials.
"Say Yoichi, what did you wish for?" Satomi perked her ears as the others also were curious about his wish.
"That should be a secret, no?" Yoichi gently smiled. The others glared at him and booed with thumbs-down gestures. The downcast expressions were surely pretty odd for a celebration like this.
"It's boring here without anything to do. How about we explore the world? I am pretty sure you'll gonna like the adventure around the world!" Yoichi added as the gloomy mood suddenly lightened up, the thought of the quest for the unknown lands was something even deeper and exciting for them rather than being here all along.
"What about the children?" Makima asked. However, their excitement vanished gradually.
'Yeah, that's right. Who would be the one to take care of the little troublemakers?'
"It's fine, we could go into the land of misty waters for now with our house. Remember how I can store this big house? I could do that." Yoichi answered her question, lightening up the mood once more.
"Hahahaha, then let's go! Yoichi could completely solve our concerns here! We will go tomorrow so pack up your things!" Satomi proclaimed as the others nodded incessantly.
All of them didn't know any prior knowledge of the unknown worlds of misty islands, barren wastelands, mountainous ranges, and thunderous mountains so they were so excited about the field trip, a vacation of some sort.
"Okay, alright. Don't pack your belongings since I will bring the house. The shadows will take care of the job here. Also, it's our time to have a delightful vacation." Yoichi shook his head and advised some information about the situation.
After eating, all of them went inside their rooms yet the exciting news of leaving didn't spare their minds to even let them sleep deeply.
Eventually, they slept well.
