As the students entered the classroom, the Boy Scouts—also known as the Elite Warriors—made an announcement.
"Section A will be having another simulator test today!" one of them declared.
The students of Class A erupted in excitement, their faces lighting up with smiles. Then Mr. Shawn stepped in and clapped his hands. "Alright, get ready, guys!"
Shane approached Zane nervously. "Uh… Zane, is it okay if we're paired together?"
Zane shifted his gaze toward Akuma, who was pretending not to hear, too busy cheering them on. Deep down, Akuma knew what was happening, and he started looking for another partner. As he walked away, he glanced back at Zane with eyes that seemed to say, "You got this."
Zane nodded to Shane, agreeing to pair up. Shane smiled, relieved.
Meanwhile, at PNHS Academy Headquarters…
The school head received an urgent message from the Mandaue City Police.
MANDUE POLICE HQ:"We need your help. Please send backup. We're struggling here."
Mandaue City – Battle Zone
Chaos. The pro warriors were battling a massive, unknown creature. Their weapons were barely making a dent.
"We need help," one of them shouted. "Can we contact PNHS Elite Warriors?!"
The others agreed. Just then, a gigantic object came crashing down, crushing one of the warriors. His helmet cracked, his body motionless.
"He's gone…" one whispered, horrified.
Back at PNHS Academy
The school head stood from her chair. "Call all Boy Scouts—the Elite Warriors!"
An alarm blared through the entire campus. Every Elite Warrior stopped what they were doing and rushed to the main gym. Mr. Shawn's heart pounded. He knew that sound too well.
The students in Class A looked around, confused.
"What was that?" someone asked.
Mr. Shawn looked toward the door. "Class dismissed!"
He ran straight to the gym. There, all the Elite Warriors stood in formation.
The school head stepped forward. "An attack has begun in Mandaue City. They've requested our help. I've agreed. I want all of you to head to the location—and come back alive."
The scouts saluted in unison, hands to their foreheads."Yes, ma'am!!"
As the warriors prepared to deploy, Mr. Shawn approached the school head.
"Ma'am, I have a request."
She turned. "What is it?"
"I want to send my Class A students into battle as well."
One of the Academy Division leaders stepped forward. "What?! Are you crazy?! They're just students!"
Mr. Shawn stood firm. "They may be students—but they're ready. I've trained them myself. If we wait until they're older, we risk losing everything now. This might be our only chance."
The school head narrowed her eyes, thinking.
The school head looked at Mr. Shawn, her expression torn between duty and fear. She turned her gaze toward the large screen behind her—live footage of Mandaue City played. Buildings were in ruins, the sky darkened with smoke, and the unknown creature loomed in the distance, tearing through defenses like paper.
She took a deep breath.
"…Fine. Class A will join the mission."
Gasps erupted from the staff. One officer shouted, "But ma'am—!"
She raised a hand. "Enough. Mr. Shawn believes in them, and that's enough for me. Prep the students. They leave in twenty minutes."
Back in Classroom A
An announcement rang through the intercom.
"Class A, report to the gym immediately. This is not a drill."
The students looked around, puzzled. Shane stood up slowly. "Did something happen?"
Zane's expression hardened. He already knew. Akuma returned to the room, no longer smiling.
"They're calling us," Akuma said. "This is real."
Zane clenched his fist. "Let's go."
The class sprinted through the hallways, heartbeats pounding in sync. When they entered the gym, they found gear crates lined up—custom weapons, armor, and advanced tech units just for them.
Mr. Shawn faced them, pride in his eyes. "Listen up, Class A. This isn't training. This is war. What's out there is stronger than anything you've ever faced. But I've seen each of you grow, and I believe you're ready."
Shane glanced at Zane. "You think we can really do this?"
Zane strapped on his gauntlets and smirked slightly. "We have to."
Akuma placed a hand on their shoulders. "We do this together."
Mandaue City – Warzone
Dropships tore through the sky. The first wave of Elite Warriors had landed, engaging the creature in a brutal battle. The ground trembled with every strike. Explosions flashed across rooftops.
Suddenly, a new dropship descended—sleek and black, the PNHS insignia glowing on the side. As the ramp lowered, Class A stepped out, armored and ready.
The Elite Warriors turned, surprised.
"Those are the students?"
"They look like soldiers…"
Zane stepped forward, his eyes locked on the monstrous figure in the distance. Shane activated his twin blades, and Akuma cracked his knuckles, his aura flaring.
Mr. Shawn's voice rang in their earpieces.
"Class A, remember your training. Work as a unit. Cover each other. And most importantly—stay alive."
"Let's go!" Zane shouted.
Class A charged forward into the chaos, splitting into pairs and unleashing everything they had. Shane and Zane moved in perfect sync—dodging, striking, covering each other's blind spots. Akuma launched into the air, fists blazing with energy, slamming into the creature's armored side.
One of the Elite Warriors watching from behind muttered, "They're not students anymore… they're warriors."
But then—the creature roared, its body pulsing with black energy. A second form began to emerge from behind it—bigger, faster, deadlier.
As the dust cleared and the roars echoed through the ruined city, Class A stood their ground, faces set with determination.
Zane stepped forward, silently surveying the battlefield. His eyes scanned the new creature—a monstrous beast, faster than the last and pulsing with black energy. He clenched his fists. There was a strange pull in his chest… something awakening.
Behind him, Akuma's fists ignited in blazing fire. "We've got this," he growled. "No holding back."
To Zane's right, Akashi raised both hands. Lightning crackled around his arms, dancing with energy. "I'll cover the skies. Akuma, go ground-level. Zane… do what you do."
Zane nodded. He still didn't fully understand his power, but instinct told him it was more than just strength.
Asher, calm and focused, opened a swirling blue portal beside them. "I'll handle mobility. I can warp us in and out of tight spots."
"Don't waste time," Mia said, her eyes glowing violet. "I've seen this thing move. It's fast—but it has a weak spot behind the left shoulder. That's where we strike."
A group of Elite Warriors nearby turned in surprise.
"They're coordinated…" one muttered.
"They're just students?" another whispered.
Mia turned her gaze to the sky, her vision scanning seconds ahead. "Akashi—lightning barrage, now!"
Akashi shot into the air, twin lightning spears forming in each hand. "Roger that!"He hurled them down, striking the beast's legs and forcing it to kneel.
As the team worked together, Asher opened portal after portal, giving Akuma a clear shot at the monster's weak side. Akuma leapt through, engulfed in fire, and slammed both fists into the target. It roared in pain.
Zane stood at the center of it all, still untouched, still unreadable. But his body trembled—like it was waiting. Reacting.
Mia noticed. "Zane… something's happening to you."
Zane's eyes glowed faintly for a moment, but the energy vanished just as quickly.
"I don't know what this is," he muttered. "But it's coming."
Suddenly, the monster let out a final roar—and from its back, several dark orbs shot out, flying toward the team.
"WATCH OUT!" Yumi screamed.
One of the orbs went straight for Rika—but before it could hit, Zane moved.
He didn't run. He vanished.
Then—BOOM—he reappeared in front of her, his hand out, catching the orb mid-air. It pulsed against his palm, but didn't explode.
Everyone froze.
Akashi's jaw dropped. "He… teleported?"
Zane looked down at his hand, stunned. "What… did I just do?"
The orb shattered harmlessly. Around him, the wind died, the smoke cleared, and for a moment—time seemed to stop.
Akuma stepped forward, eyes wide. "Zane… I think your power's waking up."
And then, in the solar system, on a planet called Saturn, there was a small orb that sparkled—like something inside it was trying to break free.
Back at PNHS HQ
The school head and Mr. Shawn watched the live feed, stunned.
"Did you see that?" one officer said.
"Zane… he just matched that thing's energy and shut it down."
Mr. Shawn smiled slightly. "He's more than ready."
The school head turned. "Then let's start phase two. Deploy the advanced support. Class A isn't done yet."
Back in Mandaue City
The monster shrieked and began to shift again—its body splitting into smaller, faster versions of itself. Dozens of mini-creatures dropped to the streets.
Mia's eyes flashed. "Incoming. New wave."
Zane stepped forward, eyes still glowing faintly. "Class A," he said, "form up."
Akashi grinned. "Let's show them what we're made of."
Akuma's fists burst into flame. "Let's burn it down."
Asher opened three more portals. "Time to move."
And then—Class A charged into the second wave.
The second wave hit harder than anyone expected.
Dozens of mini-creatures—faster, more agile, and armed with razor-sharp limbs—flooded the streets. They shrieked with distorted voices, leaping from wall to wall, moving in chaotic patterns no training simulation had ever prepared Class A for.
Zane led the charge, slicing through two creatures with precise strikes. Akashi struck from above, lightning tearing the skies, while Akuma torched wave after wave of attackers, flames roaring across the battlefield.
Asher kept the team alive with his portals—warping allies away from deathblows, repositioning them for flanks.
But even with all their skill, something was wrong.
Mia's eyes suddenly widened—her precognitive vision flashing like static.
"Wait—something's off—" she began.
But it was too late.
One of the creatures had blended into the shadows. It lunged at Mia from behind, a jagged spike aimed at her back.
"MIA!!" Akashi shouted.
She turned just in time for the spike to strike her side, sending her flying across the broken street. Her body skidded to a stop against a concrete wall, unmoving.
"No—no no no!" Rika cried out.
Zane's heart dropped. "MIA!"
Everything blurred for a moment.
The team hesitated. The rhythm they had? Gone.
And then the rest of the creatures attacked with unrelenting fury.
Seconds turned to chaos.
Noah summoned an ice shield, but it shattered under a barrage of claws. He tumbled to the ground, coughing and struggling to get up.
Akashi crashed after a lightning dive, his breath knocked out of him. His arm hung limp at his side.
Akuma, rage-fueled, screamed as he incinerated a group—but his energy was drained. He collapsed, fire flickering out.
Asher opened a portal—too slow. A creature slashed his leg, dragging him a few feet before he vanished through the portal to escape.
Rika tried to fight with slicing wind, but the monsters were everywhere. She screamed as one tackled her, pinning her down.
Yumi unleashed a sonic burst, but even her strongest scream barely slowed them.
The Elite Warriors—those who were meant to be the veterans, the best of the academy—were being overrun as well. Their armor was torn. Their numbers fell one by one.
The field was littered with broken weapons, torn banners, and scorched stone.
A moment of despair
Class A was on their knees, bleeding, panting, overwhelmed.
Zane stood in the center, Mia's unconscious body behind him. The glow in his eyes faded.
He looked around—his friends were hurt. His team was falling. The once-shining heroes were now barely holding on.
"This... can't be it…" Shane muttered, crawling next to Noah. "We were supposed to be ready…"
Akashi sat slumped, blood dripping from his mouth. "We're not strong enough..."
"I… can't move," Akuma whispered, fists trembling. "I burned everything I had..."
Rika, trembling, held onto Yumi. "We can't… we can't win this…"
The creatures circled them like predators. Their sharp claws scratched against the rubble, drawing closer, savoring the fear.
The second wave of the enemy had completely turned the tide.
The battlefield that once echoed with confidence and teamwork now echoed with screams, crashes, and the sickening sound of claws ripping into steel.
Mia lay unconscious against a crumbling wall, blood on her side. Rika crouched beside her, shielding her with trembling arms, trying to hold back tears.
Akashi sat in the rubble, one eye swollen shut, his lightning flickering weakly around his hands. "Tch… my power's drained…"
Akuma was down on one knee, coughing up smoke, fists burned from overuse. "Dammit… I can't even feel the fire anymore…"
Asher leaned against a cracked pillar, one hand gripping his injured leg. He had just enough strength left to open one final portal—a small one—barely enough to move an arm through.
Noah and Yumi were back-to-back, surrounded by enemies, both shaking from exhaustion. Noah's ice had melted into nothing but frost. Yumi's voice was hoarse—she couldn't even scream anymore.
Shane crawled toward Zane, his armor torn, his eyes wide with fear. "Zane… we're done… we're actually gonna die here…"
Zane stood silently, body aching, heart racing.
But nothing was happening.
No surge of power.
No burst of hope.
Nothing.
Just pain.
The creatures circled in closer now. Growling. Chittering. Ready to finish it.
The Elite Warriors who had arrived earlier—once the strongest force on the battlefield—were down as well.
Crushed.
Burned.
Slashed apart.
One tried to crawl to his fallen comrade, only to be dragged away into the smoke.
And for a terrible moment—there was silence.
Hopeless, suffocating silence.
Zane looked at his team—all of them broken, trying to shield each other despite their pain. The battlefield was lost. They couldn't fight anymore.
The monsters prepared to strike.
Commander Vale's eyes opened—barely.
Through the blur, he saw the students down, bleeding, screaming.
He tried to move, arm shaking, pain blinding him.
"No… no, not them too…"
Selene gritted her teeth, casting a weak healing spell on herself. "I can't… sit here…"
From the rubble, Blitz pulled himself up, blood dripping from his head. "They came to help us… and now they're dying."
The Pro Warriors looked at each other—bruised, broken, but burning with the same fire.
Vale stood, even as his knees buckled.
"We fight," he growled. "Even if we fall again. Even if it kills us."
Selene stood beside him. "Together."
One by one, the Pros rose to their feet. Weapons broken, armor cracked—but spirits burning bright.
The monsters turned, shrieking in rage, sensing the threat.
And then—for the second time—the battlefield lit up.
But this time, it was with fire born of desperation.
The Pro Warriors charged back in, shoulder to shoulder with the remaining scouts and students, pushing past everything they had left.
Zane watched them, heart pounding, hands still trembling.
He still couldn't awaken.
Still couldn't fight.
But he would rise.
Soon.
Far Beyond... in Orbit Near Saturn
The orb spun slowly… quietly.
But the cracks were deepening.
Inside, something ancient and watching stirred.
Its pulse beat in sync with the chaos below.
Smoke choked the sky.
Ash rained down like snow.
The battlefield was hell—cracked roads, fallen buildings, and the constant screeching of the enemy. The once-bustling city had become a warzone.
But in the heart of it...
They stood.
Pro Warriors. Elite Scouts. Class A.
All of them—wounded, burned, bleeding—but standing.
Commander Vale led the front, blood dripping from his mouth, sword sparking with broken energy. Beside him, Akuma's fists blazed hotter than ever, fire pouring off his body like a furnace.
"NO RETREAT!" Vale roared.
"WE END IT HERE!" Akuma echoed.
Akashi, his arms crackling with unstable lightning, soared into the sky with what power he had left. His voice was raw. "Cover me! I'm lighting the whole damn sky!"
Asher, limping, opened a wide portal above the battlefield. "Get ready for high ground!"
Rika shot through the air with wind-enhanced speed, slashing at incoming creatures and shielding Yumi, who was barely able to stand.
Noah slammed his hands into the ground, jagged ice spears bursting up, pinning dozens of creatures. "I've got the left flank—freeze 'em in place!"
Yumi, even with her voice weak, gave everything she had. A final sonic blast erupted from her mouth—short, but devastating—disorienting the creatures just long enough for everyone to strike.
Selene, her arm still mangled, ran from ally to ally, casting emergency heals. "Stay alive. Stay on your feet!"
Blitz, bruised and bleeding, moved like lightning through the crowd, carrying wounded scouts to safety, cutting through anything that got in his way.
Mia, leaning on Rika for support, shouted directions as her violet-glowing eyes locked onto enemy movements. "Zane—on your right! Shane—cover Akashi from below!"
"Got it!" Shane shouted, charging in with twin energy blades.
The team moved like one living organism. Even with their bodies failing, their hearts burned brighter than ever.
s the battle wore on, something began to shift.
The creatures—relentless and savage—started hesitating.
They backed away from Selene's healing field. Avoided the firestorm Akuma created. Flinched at the pressure of Akashi's lightning strikes.
One by one, the warriors were pushing beyond their limits.
A scout who had lost his arm earlier was now fighting with one hand and his teeth.
A Pro Warrior used the last of his energy to crush an enemy and collapse, smiling.
Students who had never killed before fought like they'd been born for this.
And all around them, screams of bravery echoed.
"LETS FIGHT TILL THE END BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ALONE!"
