"There are plenty of rooms upstairs—take whichever you like."
With that one simple remark from Venelana Gremory, Bokue Keikain and the rest of the group each found themselves with a guest room in the Gremory castle.

Scene shift: A bedroom on the second floor.
Lying still on a massive bed spanning at least forty square meters, Bokue stared at the lavish ceiling, lost in thought.
Truth be told, when he first spotted the relatively modest scale of the city outside, he'd assumed the Underworld's level of production was stuck a century or two behind the human world. Yet from what he'd seen so far, that was clearly mistaken.
The Underworld… probably only looked behind the times. If it were truly backward, referencing something like the "Bloody Baron" in The Witcher 3 would apply—where the common folk lived in thatched huts, and even a baron's own quarters were basically a large thatched hut. But here, the commoners might be in older-style houses, while the aristocrats themselves lived in a full-fledged modern (or even beyond-modern) fortress.
"Mew~"
A soft cat's cry suddenly rang out. Bokue remained motionless on the bed, but his collar bulged just slightly near the chest. Next second, a black cat's head poked out, wriggled a moment, and slipped free of his clothes—perching on his chest.
Then—poof!
Like a Naruto transformation jutsu, a small puff of smoke dissipated. Where the mini black cat had just been now stood a sensually curvy catgirl in a loose-fitting kimono, both hands braced against the youth's chest and her hips subtly swaying.
"Mmm~ Sister's been about to burst here, nyah…"
She mimicked a cat grooming its paw, arching her fingers and licking them suggestively. Only to be answered by a light swat on her bottom—through the thin fabric of her kimono.
"But if you switch forms right now, what happens if Rias or the others barge in?" Bokue asked, eyebrows raised.
"Huh? Then I just change back, right?"
Completely unbothered, Kuroka continued wriggling against him, acting like a cat in heat seeking relief.
"You saw at the waiting hall earlier—my senjutsu can hide my presence entirely, mew. Even if Shirone—stood right in front of me, she wouldn't notice. Of course, if Shirone used her senjutsu, she'd see through me at once… but that kid refuses to accept her nekomata powers. Anyway, enough talk. Shall we do the same fun stuff as yesterday? Nya~?"
Kuroka's sinuous waist twisted harder, the two cat tails behind her weaving in tandem with each shift of her body.
"Heh. The Gremory family's giving us such plush accommodations. Be a waste not to enjoy them, right?"
"Alright, let's not go there now," Bokue retorted, flicking a finger on her forehead. "It's nearly noon—lunchtime. If someone comes upstairs to call us, then what?"
"Then I'll just turn back into a cat, meow~"
She blinked wide golden eyes, like it was the most natural solution.
Bokue could only roll his eyes, giving her rear another mild slap. "But the problem is, I can't re-dress my pants in a split second, and you can't exactly instantly finish up. Picture what that would look like if Rias or Akeno walked in. They'd see me on the bed half-undressed, and you, a cat doing something down there. My life'd be over."
"Hmm… guess that's a problem, nya?"
Nodding, Kuroka mulled it over. Then a metaphoric lightbulb lit above her head:
"We can just make really loud noise to cover it up!"
Bokue rubbed his temples in exasperation. "Ugh. Just revert back for now—tonight is another matter—"
Screeeak—
He was cut short by the door opening from the hallway. It let out a slight creak, accompanied by a familiar redheaded girl's voice:
"Bokue, are you in here? I thought I heard you talking to… Eh?"
As if she'd witnessed something impossible, Rias froze in the doorway the moment the door swung fully open, eyes settling on Bokue lying flat on the bed—with a small black cat perched on his chest.
It felt like, at the instant she pushed the door open, she'd glimpsed a cat-eared kimono girl on top of him, looking quite intimate—was that an illusion? She wasn't sure.
Her thoughts churned. But the boy's calm voice broke her stupor:
"What's up, Rias? You coming in or not?"
"…O-oh."
Rias snapped out of it, stepping into the room and gently closing the door behind her. She moved over and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Where's your luggage?" Bokue asked quietly, a puzzled look.
"M-my luggage?"
Still discombobulated, Rias paused. Then she realized he meant the typical suitcase. Her cheeks tinged pink.
"Idiot. What am I, a visitor? This is my house, obviously my room is separate. I live here."
She stuttered a moment, tacking on: "A-and anyway, you just got here. If we spent the night together right away, think of what my mother would say, you jerk."
He guessed her mother wouldn't care. She'd already seen that post-coitus video feed with Rias in his arms. Next to that, a simple "sleepover" was no big deal.
"Meow~"
At that point, the black cat perched on Bokue's chest let out a soft cry. Rias instinctively glanced down. The cat was also looking up at her, its feline face all but winking with an expression as if to say, "You catch on quick."
"…It does look super expressive," Rias murmured.
"Indeed."
Bokue answered placidly. Expressive was an understatement. Insatiable might fit better, given how this catgirl's heat triggers every time he so much as holds her.
Recalling that, Rias's cheeks reddened again. Suddenly, she leaned in—bending so that the cat had a perfect vantage point—and angled her lips, pressing them over Bokue's with a swift, undisguised kiss.
"Anyway, I'm off to talk with Mother for a bit. Once everyone's asleep, I'll be over. Don't lock your door, okay?"
