Chapter 43 - Chapter 43: Chiba Characteristics

After finishing breakfast, they moved to the tea room, where Yukino brewed tea and entertained the whole family.

The air was filled with mist and fragrance. The bitter yet sweet taste of the high-quality tea chased away the richness of the meal. A lazy feeling of comfort settled in under the warm sunshine.

A soft glow reflected off the exquisite porcelain tea set. The tea itself was a clear, deep green, and the small cup surfaces mirrored the unique faces of the mother and her three daughters. Even the simple act of sipping tea was graceful and lovely, creating a sense of peace and the beauty of living in harmony with nature.

This peaceful moment, however, was bound to be broken. Yukino had initially planned to go out and spend the day with Ryo Asakura, but the young girl had clearly underestimated his stamina.

Though she had almost reached transcendence the night before, a dull ache still lingered in her lower body. If Ryo Asakura hadn't helped her in the morning, she might not have even been able to leave her room.

Yukino couldn't bear the thought of Ryo Asakura coming all the way home just to stay put, so after a moment's hesitation, she asked Haruno:

"Sister, could you please take Asakura-kun out to see the unique sights around here today? I'm feeling a little...under the weather."

Good heavens, Little Red Riding Hood only told the Big Bad Wolf where her grandmother lived, but you, Yukino, are practically handing Ryo Asakura over to Haruno on a silver platter.

Yukino, oh Yukino, you're so hard on yourself, and your sisterly love runs so deep!

Haruno couldn't help but feel a thrill of delight. Last night had only offered kisses and hugs, and she'd had to watch her sister have him all to herself. She'd regretted not having a chance to make her own move on Ryo Asakura. But who would have guessed her thoughtful sister would serve up such a perfect opportunity?

Don't worry, Yukino, I'll definitely take Asakura-kun to visit the most amazing spots in our hometown.

But since you need your sister's help, it wouldn't be too much to ask for a little reward for my trouble. I'm just borrowing a bit of ammunition from the depot. I think Yukino will understand.

On the surface, she kept her cool, not revealing a hint of her mischievous intentions, and spoke to her sister with a graceful tone.

"Well, if it's Yukino-chan's request, I'm not against it, but have you thought about how you're going to thank me?"

I'm not asking for much, just give me half of your man.

"I can agree to one of my sister's reasonable requests," Yukino promised reluctantly. In her mind, her sister always enjoyed teasing her like this.

At this point, Ryo Asakura chimed in weakly, "Actually, it's okay if we don't go out. I quite like staying...home."

Before he could finish his sentence, three meaningful gazes pierced him, and he dared not move.

Watching her daughters interact, Mrs. Yukinoshita couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy that she didn't have the chance to go out and have some alone time with Ryo Asakura, and she didn't feel comfortable suggesting she join them.

Haruno stared at Ryo Asakura with a knowing half-smile, the meaning in her eyes clear: if you dare try to avoid going out with me, you'll regret it.

Yukino felt a little resentful. She had humbly asked her sister for help, but Asakura-kun didn't seem interested. Was she not that important to him?

"But now that we're already in Chiba, it would be a shame not to go out and have some fun. I'll just go along with whatever you two decide."

Ryo Asakura couldn't stand the increasingly strange atmosphere and quickly waved the white flag of surrender. What kind of otaku was he? He, Ryo Asakura, loved going out!

Ryo Asakura's "thoughtfulness and understanding" brought smiles to the faces of the mother and her two daughters, and they couldn't help but imagine the pleasant time the two would have alone.

...

The rebellion ended with Ryo Asakura's quiet defeat, and Haruno's happiness began when she led him to the amusement park. Was the amusement park really a must-see in Chiba?

That's right, the plan for the day was the amusement park. Haruno intended to spend the day with Ryo Asakura like a couple. This beautiful girl was Chiba's most captivating attraction.

Haruno walked into the amusement park hand in hand with Ryo Asakura. Children's laughter filled the air, and colorful game booths were scattered everywhere, creating a fairytale-like atmosphere.

"Asakura, let's ride the roller coaster first!" Her joy was evident. Seeing Haruno looking more carefree than usual, Ryo Asakura didn't want to dampen her spirits, so he simply went along with it.

While fastening the seat belt on the roller coaster, Ryo Asakura noticed that Haruno seemed a little nervous and scared, and he said with concern:

"Haruno, if you're really afraid, we can choose something else."

Haruno forced a smile. "It's okay, Asakura-kun. I've always wanted to ride a roller coaster since I was little, but I've never been able to because of my fear of heights.

But with Asakura-kun here, I feel safe and not so scared anymore. So, can you hold me tight and never let go?"

Ryo Asakura had no choice but to reach out and intertwine his fingers with hers. "If you get scared and cry later, don't say I didn't warn you."

He was just holding my hand, but peace of mind and happiness could be so simple. With him beside me, no matter what difficulties I faced, I wouldn't hesitate anymore," Haruno smiled brightly and cheerfully.

The roller coaster began its slow ascent. When it reached the highest point, the scenery stretched out before them, and then it suddenly plunged downwards. The speed instantly soared, and the strong feeling of weightlessness was like flying. The only thing that remained connected were their intertwined hands.

The wind whistled in her ears, a mix of screams and cheers surrounding them. She had expected to feel nervous and uncomfortable, but instead, her heart kept pounding faster, not from the height or speed, but because Ryo Asakura was looking at her with concern in his eyes.

...

After getting off, Haruno's legs were still wobbly, and she had to lean on Ryo Asakura to stand steady. Her flushed face rubbed against him comfortably, and the warmth slowly chased away the weakness in her body. However, she didn't want to leave his arms just yet, so she said softly:

"Oh, I don't have any strength left for a while. Can Asakura-kun carry me on his back so we can do other things?"

Ryo Asakura rolled his eyes at her and said, "I told you not to push yourself, but Haruno, you just wouldn't listen." Then he squatted down helplessly, turned his head back, and gave her a look, silently telling her to climb on.

The enviable results of her development pressed unreservedly against his back, soft and yielding like a deflated balloon, radiating a youthful fragrance. Her plump thighs tightly gripped his waist, and when Ryo Asakura supported her from below, he could clearly feel the delicate and smooth skin beneath his hands.

"Sister also wants to make more beautiful memories with Asakura-kun. Next up is the haunted house. Let's go, my Asakura-kun."

Warm words and breaths tickled his ear. The cute head of a girl rested on his shoulder. Her pink and smooth cheek occasionally brushed against his collarbone. A few playful strands of black hair kept drifting across his eyes, carrying a strong scent of girlhood.

"Okay, hold on tight, my Miss Haruno."

Ryo Asakura gently lifted her perky bottom, and with a relaxed smile, he carried Haruno on his back as they headed towards the haunted house. Their close proximity painted a lovely picture in the sun, and to those around them, they looked like a model couple that others couldn't help but envy.
