As Kai continued to compress the Frost energy within his bones, it became denser and more refined. The power coursing through him felt like a constant pressure, yet it didn't overwhelm him. Kai again started absorbing frost energy to fill the remaining gap and as he continued this process.
It took him 5 days to reach this step in real world time it's equivalent to half a day.
(Note: you may think how did he not starve to death, but training space has the function that maintains his nutrition, that keeps him full all the time does not need to consume food to replace his energy.)
As he continued another 5 days passed and he finally compressed the remaining part now his bones were filled with compressed frost energy.
The moment he finished the compression.
Kai felt "A surge of strength rippled through his limbs, his muscles tingling with energy as if even the air around him could bent to his will."

As i felt the power from my cultivation, I got an idea and I sat up and opened my eyes.

The boulder was shattered into fragments, the pieces flying in all directions and Dust settled slowly.
I looked at the remaining pieces of boulder and shocked greatly as i didn't expect to have this much power.

This power, control, reaction like my body update to another level, I can see more clearly and feel and hear sound more than before after this practice.
Even though i didn't enter the next realm it's like all my senses are sharpen to its limits.
Before, I could hear sounds from 10 meters away. Now, it feels like that range has doubled.
