Adam stood with the door open a small crack as he watched Anna. She thought she would be able to escape in time. But she couldn't have been more wrong. She belonged there. And he wouldn't allow her to leave him again. At least, not alive. I wish I knew what was going on in her mind at that moment. Perhaps he should turn her... He felt that no matter how much she denied it, she was still attracted to him, as a man, yes. He needed to break her need to remain faithful to the memory of her brother. Perhaps she had just given him an idea. He closed the living room door and turned around to find the two cooks staring at him with debauched looks. He ignored them.
"Do you still remember how to make Sarah's favorite cocktail?"
"I remember, but I won't be making anything for that snake." Judith, one of the cooks, said as she turned and went back to stirring the food in the pot on the stove.
"It's not for her. I think Anna has a childish desire to show Sarah what she's lost."
"Well, in that case, I'll happily prepare the drink." She put down the pot and grabbed some oranges from the fruit bowl on the table, and the other cook took her place at the edge of the stove.
"She'll come through the kitchen to the living room. I'll talk to Alexandre and if Caricatura shows up, tell him to watch her from the computer in Kate's room."
"Yes. I'm not hearing any more screams or moans, so I think they must be asleep. Should I interrupt them?"
"No. It'll be recorded anyway. Leave them alone."
"Boss, you... You shouldn't allow that, with a child in the house."
"Ian isn't just a child. He's the king of all the mafias, of all the countries under my command. He'll grow up knowing everything."
"Well... It's your son, then..."
"Judith... I need this cocktail to be as strong as if she had drunk two liters of cachaça without realizing it... Is that possible?"
Judite looked at him thoughtfully and suspiciously.
"What are you going to do with the girl?"
"I just want her to loosen up more. I don't want a Cinderella good night, where she forgets everything the next day. I want something that she can participate in, willingly."
"There's a narcotic..."
"Yes. Crush up two pills and put them in her drink."
"Wouldn't cocaine be better, so that she feels lighter and more active?"
"No." Adam said and took a small box from his pocket and took two pills out of it and held them out to Judith. "Put those right here." Adam said, and was already walking away, but stopped curious. "Do you have these drugs here? In the kitchen?"
"There's a jar of various kinds of narcotics and other werewolf medications that Caricature left here, to go... Well, to do you know what. He said he'd pick it up when he got back, but in fact, it's only natural that he'd leave some here, just in case."
Adam nodded, and went out through the door that led onto the kitchen balcony. There were a few of his men there, but they paid no attention to him, and he walked straight past and into the servants' wing.
He found Sarah rolling around on the penis of one of his men, who had fallen in love with her, and regretted not knocking on the door. He coughed slightly, and they both stared at him in surprise. Leon turned as red as a tomato, but Sarah got off him and, oblivious to his nakedness, began to pick up the pieces of his clothing scattered around the room. Adam realized that the smell in the room was strong. A very unpleasant smell, so he stood in the doorway, waiting for them to pull themselves together. Leon walked past him like the wind and Sarah sat down on the bed and lit a cigarette.
"What do you want, boss?" She asked, visibly bored.
"Anna wants to talk to you."
Sarah looked at him without surprise, but there was a glimmer of hope in her eyes.
"I knew she'd miss me. I'm the only mother she's ever known."
"You killed her mother..." Adam corrected her.
"She doesn't remember that, darling. What will be latent in her subconscious will be the woman who just took care of her and her father..."
"If you want to believe that..."
"Anna came to set me free. I can feel it." Sarah said, getting up, throwing her cigarette on the floor and stepping on it to put it out. "Where is she?"
"In the living room. But I'm warning you that you'll be watched, and anything that strikes me as abnormal from you, I'll let them tattoo a whore on your forehead. You already look like one, so no one will have any doubts."
Sarah smiled seductively at Adam, and walked past him, and Adam let her go alone, and stood there for a while, looking at the filth in which she lived. When she was no longer there, she would need to hire a company to renovate that room. He wouldn't even leave the floor or the paint on the walls as they were. Everything seemed to be contaminated with her evil.
Adam waited just long enough for Sarah to arrive and enter the dining room, where almost everyone was already gathered around the table, and only then did he go out onto the kitchen balcony and call one of his werewolves to talk away from the others. If he called him by mind, the other werewolves would notice his eyes turning yellow, and they would know that the Alpha was summoning him. He didn't want to hide anything from his werewolves, but Leon was among them, and he knew he wouldn't take the news very well.
"What's wrong, boss?" Mycon, a strong werewolf with long black hair, asked with concern in his voice.
"You've been working with me for a long time, and you know that my wife, Anna, is going to take Sarah's life, and I believe it will be very soon."
"And what will happen to us? We can't do without a witch..."
"I'm going to solve this problem, maybe even tonight. Trust me."
