POV Narrator
The Hestia Clan has left the Mew Mew Café, having several objectives to accomplish for today.
To achieve the goals set by Saver, the Captain of the Hestia Clan, they split into two groups.
The Alpha Squad consists of Saver, Shielder, Lancer, Vritra, and Bell Cranel.
The goal of this team is to reach level five of the Dungeon, observe Bell's skills and gain some profit from this short expedition.
Even though they are a group of five, including the talking exotic animal, Saver said, "The seven of us are going to the Dungeon."
The only one who raised an eyebrow at Saver's inaccurate count was Bell, while everyone else didn't mention anything as if they knew something he didn't.
Team Omega consists of Hestia and Tamamo-no-Mae, accompanied by two other special pets, Carmen The Crow and Fou.
The goal of this team is simple, but vitally important, sell a couple of magic items to the Hephaestus Familia for quick and clean money.
XXX
After an hour, the two women in love find themselves in a waiting room inside the city's Tower of Babel.
Precisely they return to the eighth floor of the Tower of Babel which is owned by the Hephaestus Familia.
The emblem of the Hephaestus Familiar is a group of crossed hammers above a volcano, this symbol is found on several decorations in the room.
Tamamo-no-Mae she is sitting gracefully in an armchair. She is holding on her a blue bag that contains the two jewel cases with the magic mirrors inside.
The Goddess Hestia sits next to the fox priestess, but she does not have her usual appearance.
First of all, Goddess Hestia does not walk barefoot as she usually does, instead she wears white ballet slippers with blue bows.
When they have the two girls in love, they climbed the floors of the tower, passed through countless shops, many exclusively for Adventurers, but there are shops for normal tastes.
Tamamo-no-Mae having received a sum of money from her Goshujin-sama (Saver), decided to spend some to improve Hestia's image.
A goddess with nice shoes is more respected than a barefoot goddess.
A couple more changes to Hestia's appearance, this time not good, are the presence of the Saver and Shielder pets.
The blue-eyed female Raven has decided to sit on Hestia's head. Fou, the small dog/squirrel has decided to treat Hestia's chest like a sort of pouch.
New shoes, a little animal between her breasts and a crow on her head that might look like a strange hat if she stands still.
'I'm happy that my Familia has grown, Bell won't have to go to the Dungeon alone anymore, and our financial situation is about to improve. But people still give me strange looks and whispers!' Hestia thinks, sure that her reputation has taken a sudden turn for the worse.
"The Tower of Babel here is quite a nice place, full of shops and activities." Tamamo-no-Mae said, starting a discussion with Hestia, wanting to kill time and get to know the Goddess of the Hearth better.
'There is a Tower of Babel in the world of Servants too.' Hestia thinks, surprised by this discovery.
"I'll have to take my Goshujin-sama to do some shopping here in the next few days, it could be the start of a nice date." Tamamo-no-Mae said, continuing to speak.
"If we can make this sale, could I do something similar with Bell?" Hestia asks, wanting to know Tamamo-no-Mae's opinion.
The Goddess dressed in white and blue in Tenkai is famous for being one of the Three Virgin Goddesses, along with Athena and Artemis.
Hestia being a Virgin Goddess has never touched a man or gone on a date or had a romantic relationship.
When she went down to Genkai, Hestia experienced many emotions and new experiences, love being one of them.
Bell has unknowingly conquered Hestia's heart, unfortunately for the Goddess of the Hearth, Bell is her first love, her first of everything.
Hestia has no idea how to behave with a man, she often gets carried away by the emotions of the moment and rarely gets what she wants from Bell.
Now that Hestia has a woman in her Familia, a woman who seems to know her stuff, she wants to learn a thing or two from her.
"From what I've learned, there are two kinds of dates: the ones you go on while walking and the ones you plan down to the last millimeter." Tamamo-no-Mae said, having been on both dates.
"Which of the two methods is better?" Hestia asks, wanting to know how she should proceed with Bell, improvise or plan?
"Both methods have their pros and cons. Improvising relies heavily on luck, planning takes time and effort, but a sudden change can destroy everything you've planned." Said Tamamo-no-Mae, having seen more than one of her plans ruined by rain or an unexpected encounter or a newly discovered corpse nearby.
"I prefer a middle ground, I choose the places I want to visit and go there with my Goshujin-sama, and hope it works out." Tamamo-no-Mae said, with a small smile as she recalled some of her successful dates.
"When I get a chance, I'll ask Bell to go with me to a more affordable store, buy something nice, then we'll go get something to eat together." Hestia said, having a simple guideline in her head.
Hestia regrets not paying more attention to Aphrodite's advice.
But now he can make up for it with Tamamo-no-Mae.
"It seems like a decent plan to me, I hope it will be successful in your love affair with Bell." Said Tamamo-no-Mae, wishing the best for the Goddess of the Hearth and her First Child.
"I'm curious to get to know Saver and the others better, you are all such unique children." Hestia said, genuinely wanting to understand her new children better.
After all, she is the Goddess of the Hearth, a place where family gathers, and being a good "mom" is in Hestia's nature... when she isn't influenced by her love for Bell.
"Speaking of romantic encounters. Saver, what's he like on your dates?" Hestia asks, starting what will be the first of many discussions between the women in love.
"I'm a little embarrassed, but my Goshujin-sama treats his dates with the logistics and attention of an armed conflict or a spy operation." Tamamo-no-Mae said, knowing that her love takes things seriously, too seriously.
"Why am I not surprised? I have only known Saver for a day, but I can tell he is a hard-working child, with his own quirks... in a good way." Hestia said, not wanting to offend the Fox Priestess's love.
Tamamo-no-Mae, instead of putting on an expression of anger or disdain at Hestia's words, instead smiles amusedly.
"I'm not angry, I know that my Goshujin-sama is an eccentric man with a few screws loose, but I love him anyway." Tamamo-no-Mae said, putting on the expression that only a woman in love can have.
"The love of my life is a serious, dedicated, courageous, bold, ambitious individual, these are his strengths and weaknesses. He can never stand still, he must always push himself further, when he reaches a turning point, he barely celebrates, instead he charges forward stronger than before." Said the Fox Priestess, speaking of the qualities and flaws of her Master.
"My Goshujin-sama is excellent when it comes to establishing a position of power, managing an organization, or waging war. With the Familia Hestia at its head, it will become powerful and influential, it is not a question of if, but when." Said Tamamo-no-Mae, confident that Hestia's situation will improve without any problems with Saver as Captain.
"But I sense there's a but." Hestia murmurs, detecting a slight negative note in Tamamo-no-Mae's voice.
"My Goshujin-sama's talent in war and magic does not make him a very active or dominant lover, when it comes to love he is rather passive or reactive than active." Tamamo-no-Mae said with a bittersweet expression, speaking of the difficulties of having Saver as a "husband".
"No one is perfect." Hestia said, exploring a new type of conversation. Before, Hestia had heard her divine friends talking about the good and bad of their children. But joining in the conversation of a "wife" complaining about her "husband's" difficulties was new to Hestia.
"I am often the one to make the first move or give away our notes or intimate moments. It is difficult to get my Goshujin-sama out of his laboratory or office or training room. Besides, if I don't corner him, I get nothing more than kisses and caresses." Tamamo-no-Mae said, letting her repressed feelings carry her away.
'This conversation is getting a little too intimate.' Hestia thinks, her cheeks red, realizing what Tamamo-no-Mae is insinuating.
"There must be something good about him if you love him despite his flaws?" Hestia asks, preferring to hear the good part of Caster's story with Saver.
"My Goshujin-sama is a workaholic. But he tries to find a free moment in his schedule for me, sometimes it's a few hours, other times a part of the day." Tamamo-no-Mae said softly, bringing back the happiest and most... vivid memories.
"When there is an important date or it is one of her affectionate periods, things take a turn out of the ordinary." The Fox Priestess said with a big smile on her face, while her hand unconsciously marries her lap.
'Affectionate times? What? Saver some kind of animal with its own mating season?' Hestia thinks with a raised eyebrow, having no idea she's almost guessed right.
"Goshujin-sama, he puts his brains and resources at the service of love, he organizes unforgettable dates, very expensive gifts, luxury restaurants, private events, he keeps me awake all night and focuses exclusively on me!" Tamamo-no-Mae exclaims with joy, while her tail swings rapidly left and right.
"My Goshujin-sama can make amends when he wants to. He can make up for his passive/retroactive participation and almost make me turn a blind eye to his polygamous tendencies with a dreamy day and an endless night." Tamamo-no-Mae said with her eyes shining, placing her hands on her face which turns slightly red and her fox-like features rise.
Hestia remains silent and watches this strange phenomenon, her face says: "What is Tamamo-no-Mae remembering to be so happy?"
The Fox Priestess remains lost for a few minutes in her little world of memories and dreams for the future.
"If I want to add another happy chapter to my love story, I must make a big deal with Hephaestus. The greater my success, the greater my reward!" Tamamo-no-Mae exclaims, returning to reality, finding the sale of the magical items to Hephaestus as an opportunity to score points with her Goshujin-sama.
'Caster she's definitely motivated.' Hestia thinks, appreciating Tamamo-no-Mae's enthusiasm.
"Hestia, should I know something about the goddess Hephaestus?" Tamamo-no-Mae asks, wanting to get a word in edgewise from the Goddess of the Hearth.
"Hephaestus and I have been female friends since we both lived in Tenkai, we've known each other for ages, literally. The church we live in was gifted to me by her." Hestia said, starting to talk about her female friend, Hephaestus.
As the minutes passed, Tamamo-no-Mae's expression of a girl hopelessly in love slowly receded, giving way to a calm and friendly expression, but her eyes shine with the intelligence of a court lady.
Although, the Fox Priestess almost always behaves like a Waifu in love with her Goshujin-sama, she is a woman with great social intelligence, in her first life at the court of the Emperor of Japan, she knows her stuff.
'Hestia is a friendly and kind-hearted goddess, but unable to take care of herself for several reasons. Hephaestus, threw her into that abandoned church in the hopes of raising her into a more capable and pro-active woman.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, learning a lot from the tales of the Goddess of the Hearth.
'Better a poor goddess in love with another man than a rich and capable goddess who falls prey to Goshujin-sama's charms.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, realizing that Hestia will not be one of her many rivals for the love of the Last Master of Chaldea.
"Last thing you need to know, Caster. Don't ask Hephaestus about his eye patch, it's a sensitive subject for her." Hestia said, ending her tale.
'I'm no expert on Second True Magic or how a Planeswalker's Spark works, but my Goshujin-sama is right when he says that some things are universal constants. My world's Hephaestus was deformed, it seems that this world's Hephaestus has his own little deformity.' The Fox Priestess thinks, making her own conjectures.
"Understandable, I will be careful not to offend a future business partner of my Goshujin-sama and a close female friend of yours, Hestia." Tamamo-no-Mae said, not wanting to harm anyone except her rivals in love.
The proverb, All's fair in love and war is well known in Tamamo-no-Mae.
A few seconds later, a rather beautiful woman entered the waiting room to speak with the Little Goddess and the Fox Priestess.
This person is Tsubaki Collbrande, she is the Captain of the Hephaestus Familia
Tsubaki has brown skin, long black hair, red eyes, and wears an eyepatch, similar to her Goddess Hephaestus. However, her eyepatch covers over the opposite eye, her left eye.
She has a well-endowed chest which she keeps in a sarashi, and wears a red hakama and sandals.
Due to her falna and the anti-aging effect, she looks like a woman in her late twenties instead of her actual age
"Goddess Hestia and Lady Renard, Goddess Hephaestus is now available, you may receive them." Tsubaki said, motioning for the two love-struck women to follow her.
'I hope Hephaestus is kind to me, when it comes to business, I heard he doesn't make concessions to friends.' The Goddess of the Hearth thinks, trying not to show her anxiety.
'My rival witches are left behind on Earth-2126, in this strange world my only worries are Mash and my rival Servants. Mash doesn't have the courage to make a move on my Goshujin-sama.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, considering the knight girl a minor threat at the moment.
'I am the first one summoned by Goshujin-sama, I have a head start of a few weeks or even a month, before other Heroic Spirits are summoned, I must take advantage of the situation.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, having a clear path with her Goshujin-sama, not having to fear any other suitors.
With this final thought Tamamo-no-Mae chases Tsubaki Collbrande towards the office of the Goddess of the Forge, Hephaestus.
XXX
Hestia, Tamamo-no-Mae and Tsubaki arrived in a well-made office, with walls full of top-notch weapons on display and a desk full of important documents.
"Hello, Hestia, just happy to see you, how are you?" Hephaestus asks, in a friendly voice.
The Goddess of the Forge is happy with the arrival of her female friend who gives her an excuse to take a break from office work.
'Hephaestus is a beautiful woman, if she is half as good as her Earth counterpart I will have to stop her from interacting too much with my Goshujin-sama.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, slightly paranoid about all women who are attractive and compatible with her "husband's" tastes.
'Why in the name of Olympus is there a raven on Hestia's head and a tiny puppy in her chest?' Have I been working too hard and am I hallucinating?' Hephaestus thinks, before rubbing his good eye with his shirt sleeve.
"Hello, Hephy!" Hestia exclaims, using her affectionate nickname for her goddess friend.
'No, the two animals are still on Hestia. What happened?' Hephaestus thinks, deciding to pretend nothing happened for the moment.
"Can I ask you something?" Hestia asks, not knowing how to start a sale, especially to her best female friend.
The red-haired Goddess frowns, much of her friendly aura fading.
"I don't have the money to lend you." Hephaestus declares, with a serious expression, taking out of a desk drawer... a hammer.
The Goddess of the Hearth hides behind the Fox Priestess in fear, trembling with fear, having never seen this side of Hephaestus before.
Tamamo-no-Mae, seeing that the friendship between the two Goddesses is in danger of being ruined by hammer blows, cannot help but think of something:
'Maybe it's not too late to break the pact with Hestia? Goshujin-sama can use Medea's Class Card and solve everything with Rule Breaker.' The Fox Priestess thinks, losing some faith in the Goddess of the Hearth.
'If we separate from Hestia, we can pretend to be a new Familia, a Servant with a high level of Goddess can take the role of Goddess from Tenkai. I could do it myself, but by doing so I cannot enter the Dungeon and you will leave my Goshujin-sama exposed to the advances of other women.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks for a moment who would be more suitable to take on the role of Goddess of Saver's Familia.
'Ishtar and Ereshkigal are out of the question, both goddesses are interested in my Goshujin-sama, especially Ereshkigal. Ishtar is undecided because of her attraction to EMIYA, but there is still a danger. Quetzalcoatl, it could work, she loves my Goshujin-sama like a brother and not like a man.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, having solved a problem of a possible plan B.
"Caster, help me!" Hestia screams loudly, begging for the Fox-girl's help.
"Hephaestus, you can stop messing around with that hammer, Hestia didn't come here to ask for money." Tamamo-no-Mae said, realizing immediately that the hammer was just for show. Clearly, Hestia has driven the Goddess of the Forge crazy with requests for small favors and small loans.
"Even good friends have a limit to their patience." Hephaestus said, putting the small hammer back in its place.
"This is the worst prank you've ever played in your entire life!" Hestia exclaims loudly, coming out from behind Tamamo-no-Mae.
The Little Goddess realizes that she has taken advantage of Hephaestus' generosity once or twice in the past, but she surely does not deserve such a scare.
"Hestia, who is the lady accompanying you?" Hephaestus asks, having never seen this beautiful Fox-girl interact with his female friend.
"I am Caster, the wife of the newest chapter of the Hestia Familia." Tamamo-no-Mae declares proudly, taking a step forward.
The Kitsune wants to make her position within the Hestia Familia known throughout the city, so she will have local opinion on her side in the near future.
"Hestia, your Familia has new members? Congratulations!" Hephaestus said, happy that his female friend had made progress.
"You have three children now. Little Bell and a married couple." Hephaestus said, assuming that Hestia only recruited two people into her Familia.
"Actually, I have 4 new members: Saver, Shielder, Lancer and Caster." Hestia said, listing the names of her new children.
"Four members at once, what have you done?" Hephaestus asks with a raised eyebrow, sure there must be a story behind this new influx of members.
A small, poor, and unknown Familia like Hestia's does not easily gain members, especially in such large numbers.
"Plus, the four of them have weird names." Tsubaki comments, finally saying a word.
"My husband, my colleagues, and I have decided to use code names for the duration of our stay in the city, so that when we leave there is less risk of attracting trouble after us." Tamamo-no-Mae explains the reason for their unusual names.
"Tsubaki, please go and bring some tea and some ideas, I think we have a lot to talk about." The Goddess of the Forge said, with a small smile, confident that she won't have to deal with paperwork for a while.
"Caster and company joined my Familia because of my Bell, my first son is the best!" Hestia declares, not hiding her love for the young adventurer.
"Hestia is wrong, everything happened by the will of my Goshujin-sama, he is unique and without equal." Tamamo-no-Mae said, puffing out her chest and placing her hands under her breasts, making them appear larger.
The Goddess of the Hearth shifts her gaze, trying not to stare at the beautiful Fox Priestess.
'It seems Hestia has found herself a little girl who is just like her in terms of romance.' Hephaestus thinks, seeing with his good eye a certain similarity in the mannerisms of the two women in love.
XXX
After fifteen minutes of Tamamo-no-Mae telling everything with Hestia's occasional assistant.
"Bell was almost killed by a Minotaur that was in the upper floors, at the last second Saver and Shielder, saved him." Said Hephaestus, giving a little summary of the first part of the story.
Hestia nods her head, happy that Tamamo-no-Mae told the story so she wouldn't have to lie to her female friend.
"Bell kindly asked Caster's husband and female friend to join her family, and they both agreed." Hephaestus continues to summarize the second part of the tale.
"I was surprised to see Bell, who brings two strangers to our home. After an awkward moment, a quick conversation they joined my Familia. "Hestia said, confident that her life will be more complicated but happier with the Heroic Spirits and their Master in her home.
"An awkward moment?" Hephaestus asks, raising an eyebrow.
"My Goshujin-sama is a man with an effeminate appearance, he is often mistaken for a woman, but I don't mind." Tamamo-no-Mae said with a mischievous smile, having no preference whether her Goshujin-sama is a man or a woman.
"Anyway, Hestia believed that Bell brought two beautiful women to her home, then imagine what happened." Tamamo-no-Mae explains, glancing at the Little Goddess.
Hestia blushes with embarrassment remembering what happened last night.
"Finally, this morning Lancer and Caster showed up, who joined your Familia because they are loyal to this Saver. It is in the future, more of Saver's companions will come to join your Familia." Hephaestus concludes the third and final part of the summary.
"After much difficulty I hit the jackpot." Hestia said with a big smile.
"Hestia we are not here to brag to your female friend, we have a problem to solve." Tamamo-no-Mae said, reminding Hestia why they are in Hephaestus' office.
"I am the happiest Goddess in the world with the influx of new members to my Familia, but there is a downside. We are now 3 men, 3 women and 3 pets in a small basement." Hestia said, regretfully.
The Little Goddess can no longer sleep with Bell, not to mention the thousand difficulties she will have to face.
'So that's why there's a raven and a tiny dog on Hestia?' Hephaestus thinks with relief.
The Goddess of the Forge thought for a moment that Hestia might have done something stupid like becoming an animal babysitter.
"Hestia, we are a family of blacksmiths and craftsmen, we do not deal with expansions or renovations of buildings. But I know some families who can take on such a project." Hephaestus said, wanting to give a little helping hand to his goddess friend.
"I didn't mean to ask for help in this matter." Hestia said, shifting her gaze to Tamamo-no-Mae's bag containing the magic mirrors she is to sell.
"I'm not going to buy you a new house or do a free renovation. You have a family of 5 now, small, but if they are careful and committed they can make enough money for a new house." Hephaestus said, trying to push Hestia in the right direction.
"Knowing my Goshujin-sama, it will be difficult to find a house that suits his tastes, probably built a house from scratch." Tamamo-no-Mae comments, crossing her arms.
"I came to you to sell you something." Hestia said, trying to keep her expression serious and composed. Something almost impossible with a raven on her head.
"A sale that's not your style, that must be your new children's idea." Hephaestus said, slightly intrigued by Hestia's proposal.
"Saver has taken his role as family captain seriously," Hestia said, with some degree of pride.
"My Goshujin-sama wants to find a more comfortable and intimate arrangement for me and the other members of the Hestia Familia, the quicker this happens the better." Tamamo-no-Mae said, wanting to do serious stuff with her love, something difficult to do in a crowded basement.
"Wouldn't it be easier to book a hotel room for one night?" Tsubaki asks, adding two cents to the discussion.
Hestia and Hephaestus blush slightly, understanding what Caster wants to do with Saver.
"My Goshujin-sama is a complicated person with an equally complicated sense of pride. He has no problem making love in the bushes or in a cave, but he refuses to book a hotel room for a single night, considering it vulgar and unworthy. He prefers to buy an apartment and give me the keys so I can have my own space and a love nest that we don't have to share with anyone else." Said Tamamo-no-Mae, knowing her Master's tastes very well, even if they are unusual.
The blushes of the two Goddesses increased, clearly not used to hearing such speeches.
Hestia is a Virgin Goddess, while Hephaestus is a Goddess who is rather insecure in her appearance due to her deformed eyes, making her as inexperienced in love as Hestia or maybe worse because she has never fallen in love with anyone.
"Buying an apartment just to have sex, someone is rich." Tsubaki comments, slightly amused by her Goddesses' reaction.
"I neither confirm nor deny your statements about the economic or social situation of my Goshujin-sama." Tamamo-no-Mae said, in a serious and professional voice, giving an answer worthy of a politician's wife.
"What do you want to sell me?" Hephaestus asks, drawing attention to himself, not wanting to hear any more details about Caster's personal life.
Tamamo-no-Mae rises from her chair, opens her bag and places the three jewelry boxes on Hephaestus' desk.
The two jewel boxes on the left and right are unmastered and do not work, while the jewel box on the right recognizes Hestia as its current owner.
"My Goshujin-sama is ready to sell two rare and valuable items from his vast collection." Tamamo-no-Mae said, beginning her introduction.
'Goshujin-sama, Hestia and I are going to show Hephaestus how the magic mirrors work, you must tell Bell to prepare to receive a call from Hestia.' Tamamo-no-Mae communicates with her Master via their Master-Servant mental connection.
The Fox Priestess signals the Hearth Goddess to take action.
Hestia opens the lid of the jewelry box in the center, then claps her hands, and shards of glass fly out of the jewelry box, clustering together to form a diamond-shaped mirror.
"Here is a demonstration of what we want to sell you Goddess Hephaestus, magic mirrors that allow audiovisual communication over great distances." Tamamo-no-Mae said, with a tender smile, hoping that her beauty would drive up the price.
"A magic mirror capable of long-distance communication, this is an extremely rare magical item to possess!" Tsubaki exclaims, moving closer to get a better look at the magic mirror.
"I didn't expect you to see something like this in me." Hephaestus said surprised to see such a magical object in his possession that obeys Hestia's commands.
"What did you expect me to sell you a special Jagamarukun or a huge, oddly shaped potato?" Hestia asks in a teasing voice.
Hephaestus remains silent and pretends to observe the magic mirror very carefully.
'Hestia's reputation is really low.' Tamamo-no-Mae thinks, recognizing what Hephaestus is doing.
"Hestia, your new son, Saver, where did he get such rare and precious magical objects?" Hephaestus asks in a serious voice.
"I don't know. I honestly don't know. Saver, last night he told me a little about himself and some of the things he did, but he didn't tell me everything. I didn't know he had such magical items in his luggage until lunch." Hestia said in a sincere voice, knowing little about Saver, Shielder and the others.
"My Goshujin-sama is a free spirit, he rarely stays in one place for long, he often travels from place to place, he always finds ways to obtain unique souvenirs for his collection, I rarely participate in his purchases. I only know that he obtained these magic mirrors about seven years ago in an antique shop during his studies at Nevermore Academy." Tamamo-no-Mae said, not telling any lies to the Goddess of the Forge.
"Having such a magical item is such a serious thing? I mean, I understand that it must be rare and it resembles one of our abilities to use the Arcanum, but it's just a magical item like the others, right?" Hestia asks, not knowing the true value of magical mirrors.
"I would be willing to pay fifty million Valis just for a single magic mirror." Hephaestus said, roughly giving the price of the magic mirror.
Hearing the value of such a sum of money Hestia almost faints, Tamamo-no-Mae just has time to grab Hestia and save her from falling.
Carmen decides to flap her wings and change her support from Hestia's head to the back of the chair. Fuo has also left the sinking ship, placing himself on top of Hephaestus's mountain of documents.
'If this little puppy destroys these documents I will add a million Valis.' Hephaestus thinks with a little sly smile.
"Fifty million Valis." Hestia mutters, clearly shocked at the thought of having so much money in her hands.
"Magic mirrors work well when used in pairs, I am a generous woman, I am willing to sell you two magic mirrors for Seventy-five million Valis, I will give you a small discount because you are a friend of Hestia." Tamamo-no-Mae said, wanting in one fell swoop enough to immediately get one of the very expensive apartments they saw this morning.
"Seventy-five million Valis!" Hestia exclaims loudly, very close to fainting.
"Hestia before you pass out again, you must at least show Hephaestus that the magic mirror works." Tamamo-no-Mae said, moving Hestia in front of the mirror.
"Mister Mirror, allow me to speak to my Bell one last time." Hestia said softly, starting to see the room turning.
On the surface of the mirror appears the image of Bell... a Bell Cranel covered in blood.
This was the final nail in Hestia's coffin.
The Goddess of the Hearth has fainted again.
"I have a feeling this is going to become a habit," comments Saver, who appears next to Bell in the mirror's surface.
"Caster, why did the Goddess Hestia faint!?" Bell asks in a worried voice.
"Maybe because you're soaked in killer ant blood." Saver comments, his voice monotonous.
"Did something happen to the Goddess Hestia!?" Shielder asks, pushing himself closer to Saver. The surface of the magic mirror now has live images of Bell Cranel, Saver, and Shielder.
"The magic mirror works and it looks like the Hestia Familia has gained some pretty wealthy members." Tsubaki said, looking carefully at the pictures of Saver and Shielder's equipment.
"Goshujin-sama, I am going to sell the magic mirrors for Seventy-five million Valis, we can afford a proper apartment and be part of an unforgettable night." Tamamo-no-Mae said, having in mind to fulfill his wish.
"You've done well, Caster. You have my word that you will receive your reward tonight." Saver said in a monotone, treating the impending carnal encounter as a necessary matter.
"Senpai, shouldn't we use the profits from the sales to promote the Hestia Clan!?" asks the knight girl, her cheeks red.
'Hestia you have got some interesting children.' Hephaestus thinks, sure that his female friend's life is going to get quite hectic.
Continues ...
