Walking to the north wall of the training grounds Alexander faced the pastel-white exterior surface of the wall,
Placing his palm on a random location a subtle clicking noise resonated from behind.
Swoosh!
A narrow cubical extended forward its sides were limited in length and its depth was just enough for a weapon with a long shaft
With his trident forced into his grasp Alexander unraveled the bloodied bandages which prevented the Trident's accidental exit during his training.
With the trident in hand, Alex placed its long slim body into the narrow cubicle. Before pressing it in.
Weapon training was concluded for the day,
Met with a white interface from the wall Alexander swiped his finger on the glassy surface choosing a specific icon.
Immediately a dispenser filled with a clear viscous substance appeared.
Placing his hands under the dispenser.
A small drop of the clear liquid fell enveloping his hands in a thin layer of the substance.
The wounds which developed from the training slowly scabbed over as the healing factor within the hands increased in speed, the flaps of skin slowly decayed before being replayed with a thin layer of skin, the scab eventually smoothened leaving in its place darkened skin rather than the original wounds.
His hands were healed due to the clear gelatinous recovery liquid.
Clenching his hands Alexander left the training grounds.
Exiting the room Alexander was met with a long stretch of complex narrow hallways.
The Hawthorn residence; from the building exterior it would seem to be a tall building crowded between two other similar but distinct structures,
this would be a false pretense
Thought it is to be considered when a person enters the house they would be met with a mundane bland interior with a monotonic pattern, that was merely the living and social quarters.
The building's complete structure inhabited numerous rooms each contained with uniquely developed complex machinery each with the purpose of optimal training.
One had to remember that Evelyn was not just some random roundabout Extra, but rather an extremely powerful individual with a vast amount of militant merit during her time within the Polemian empire while being in the Path-maker realm, and as such she has access to an exorbitant number of connections hence giving her access to a numerous amount of high-end training equipment.
Of course, it would only be rational for Alexander to make use of such a bountiful gift.
Walking along the narrow corridors a pale white luminescent light bore its existence across the sprawled halls.
The walls had a flawless metallic gleam, partaken with the numerous number of white steel doors that plated a distance of twenty or so feet apart.
For an unknown amount of time, Alexander walked along the halls,
During this time he had time to ponder the past six months of his current life, and two since his weapon selection.
Evelyn had long since left Alexander to his own devices.
She left not due to disappointment for the reason she believed her constant presence was nothing more than a barrier serving as a variable stifling formation of Alexander's initial.
The beginnings of transmigration were filled with nothing but dread and fear,
He still had the same mentality he had when he was on Earth, but this wasn't Earth but rather the merciless world of Atheria.
He had to get stronger!
The inevitability of death always creaked its way into his mind.
Was he supposed to adapt?
Morals?
This place lacked such nomenclature.
So, was he supposed to just change?
Or adapt while holding his old mindset?
With a slight knowledge of the plot, Alexander tended to recount the series of events which lay ahead and he was petrified.
During his first night, Alex remembered dreading every second the night was sleepless, denial and angst toiled his mind.
But, as such Alex loathed the idea of squandering his time, so rather than dreading for an undesired future Alexander wrote in a journal entailing all the future events which were to come from serviced from his memory.
The closest of which would take place in three and a half years,
'Lux partakes in the Institution of the Stars's entrance exam after several years of relentless rigorous training,"
"With his system advancing his stature and total power were relatively effortless nevertheless, Lux was able to instantly able to form an initial after paying several digital credits with the system currency, thus with his unwavering persistence he advanced from a 'Fledgling' breaking into the realm of the second realm or more commonly known as the 'Fellow'.
Lux's formed Initial which was relatively common and one which plagued countless individuals,
He desired to become the strongest. Helping the community was of course a dim thought that crossed his mind and he would of course pursue this idea after his power increased' Alexander attempted to recall the specific details of this event.
'Ughh, why was this event so important to the novel's beginning again?'
'Damn it, … ahh yes now I recall, thank you me,'
Continuing his pondering he continued to reminisce about the novel's beginning.
'A large-scale invasion burdens the Polemian empire causing most of the empire forces to concentrate on that location, the optimal solution at the time, as the Sun Stone empire specializes in magic and Alchemy, '
'The Institute of Star's entrance exam as a result of this abrupt event, changes its entrance exam into that of which wear they would send examinees into lower-tiered confrontations, of course, this was by choice of the examine'
And it wasn't a coincidence this happened either, as many of the regime's corrupt members sided with the Sun Stone Empire after receiving a hefty sum, the intention for this was to erase future prospects of the Polemina empire.
If it yielded success then they would have essentially fucked over the empire.
Those who survived this dreadful incursion would of course be accepted into the academy '
Eventually, Alexander was met with his desired location.
Viewed in front of him was a vaguely colored chrome door that had an ascent of white stained across the exterior.
"I haven't fully understood my initial, but to have such lofty goals holds me no purpose," Alexander paused before continuing "Becoming the strongest is a fool's dream, it's a childish delusion " Alexander snarled.
"Even Lux died, and he had the assistance of a system, why would I have the gall to believe I can grasp such an 'Initial', I need one which suits me,"
"But I just can't seem to grasp what I am,"
With a sigh, Alexander reached out toward the door pressing his palm on the checkered blue screen.
Click,
The door unlocked allowing Alexander entry.
