Chapter 16 - Chapter 15

"I'm not, I didn't, I don't know."

After hearing El's questioning, Elsa quickly denied everything three times.

Anna, who was standing nearby, was stunned and forgot she was the one being accused.

'Wow, El is amazing. Even Elsa is scared of him.'

Anna looked at the scene in shock and couldn't help but think.

There was nothing she could do.

Elsa, as the older sister, had always been outstanding and perfect. Anna almost thought her older sister was flawless, but she hadn't expected there to be something Elsa was afraid of.

'If that happens again... Heh heh, I'll just ask El for help.'

Anna thought to herself.

Neither Elijah nor Elsa noticed what Anna was thinking.

Meanwhile, the little white cat, Ellie, was in El's hands and looked confused in her small eyes.

She didn't bother with Anna anymore and found a comfortable spot to curl up, snuggling closer to him.

"Then how did you end up here?"

El looked at the somewhat shy Elsa in front of him and smiled.

'It's a pity I can't take a picture of this.'

He imagined what kind of expression grown-up Elsa would have if she saw this photo.

He had already imagined how her calm face would turn pink and then shy when she saw the picture, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of joy.

"I... I... I..."

Elsa stammered for a long time but couldn't get the words out. In the end, she just couldn't explain herself.

El didn't interrupt her. Instead, he smiled and quietly watched. He had to admit that teasing Elsa like this was actually pretty fun.

"I didn't come here by myself, Anna brought me here. I didn't even know she was looking for you."

As Elsa searched for an excuse, she suddenly remembered Anna. Finally, she noticed Anna, whom she had momentarily forgotten due to her own nervousness.

Anna was sitting cross-legged on El's bed, quietly watching Elsa's embarrassment and sneaking a smile.

Seeing this, Elsa felt a little upset.

'Why am I the one being teased by Elijah? Anna's just sitting there watching me, so... hmm!'

At that moment, Anna was sold out.

"Oh? Is that so? Anna!"

Ael calmly watched the situation unfold. Of course, he knew that Anna had this bad idea.

In the past few years, Anna was the only person who had sneaked into his room so late. After all, Anna had been caught a few times.

However, he didn't expect Elsa to sell Anna like this.

"Huh? No, no! I just told her that you're really good at games. Then, tonight, when we were bored and didn't know what to do, Elsa asked me to bring her to your room to see if we could play together."

At this point, Anna also began to play innocent. She'd never admit to anything, especially not knowing what El might be thinking.

If she admitted it, he might scold her or, worse, tell their parents.

She remembered the last time El caught her sneaking in and told her he would say it to their father.

That had been enough to scare her off, and she didn't dare go again. In fact, El had just been teasing her at that time, but he didn't expect her to take it seriously.

That made him a little bored for a while since she stopped coming.

"What!?"

This time, Elsa was surprised. She knew Anna's personality well—she was usually clever and playful, but she rarely lied.

"Oh? Is that so?"

El raised an eyebrow, secretly laughing inside.

"No, no, it's not like that. Anna said your room is really fun, that you know a lot of fun games, and that you even use magic at the end. She wanted to show me, so she dragged me over here."

Seeing El's gaze fall on her, Elsa didn't care anymore and just revealed the original reason they came in the first place.

Elsa smiled smugly at Anna and watched her struggle to come up with a response.

Looking at Elsa's smug expression and then back at El, Anna couldn't help but feel nervous. She didn't know how to respond and couldn't lie because Elsa was telling the truth.

If she denied it, she wouldn't have seen El's magic today, but if she had admitted it, what if he had told their father?

El, on the other hand, was completely relaxed. He gently petted his little white cat, Ellie, and all he had to do was glance back and forth to watch the sisterly drama unfold.

In the end, Anna couldn't think of a good excuse, so she decided to try her usual trick.

She started to cry, her expression pitiful. She knew El wouldn't make a big deal out of it because this trick always worked.

Sure enough, under Anna's gaze, El started to feel a bit guilty.

Seeing that it was working, Anna kept up the pitiful expression and even added a cute cry.

El was almost melted by her cuteness.

Seeing that things were going in Anna's favor, Elsa quickly realized it wasn't looking good for her.

Why should Anna get away with just being cute when she couldn't?

In her mind, Elsa silently grumbled, Anna's trick was simply unbeatable. She had seen Anna use it to get their father to buy her a beautiful toy.

Now, El was falling for it too.

Elsa couldn't stay quiet any longer and quickly spoke up, "Elijah~"
