Looking at his current stats he uttered.
"What a terrible stats."
"I am just average."
'To reach as same level of Beta combat student, I need atleast 10 in Dexterity, Agility, strength, Stamina.'
He first equipped hoodie jacket and shoes at once, which gave him
+1 inteligent,
+2 agility,
10% speed buff and physical attack resistance.
Not happy with the result he equipped winter gloves giving him +1 boost in each stats.
He shook his head in disappointment and summon chef knife and santoku only getting boost from chef knife

He switched santoku with slicing knife getting a boost,

He paused while thinking something then muttered.
"Let's see if I could get passive stat boosts if I don't touch them properly."
He for the handle of the slicing knife between his teeth and summon Honing steel.

His eyes widened and jaw dropped in surprise, than in shock.
"There is limit to how much buff I can get. I doubted i could become invisible just with passive stat if I Awakened enough gear.
He sighed deeply in disappointment and whispered
"Unfortunately, I cannot."
"But on the other hand, I can at least max out my stats, in anyway possible."
He summoned all of his remaining gear. Honing steel, parring knife and bread knife in one hand their handle is in between his fingers which is making a fist, on his other hand he has santoku and chef knife in same way as in first hand and slicing knife handle in between his jaw.
He now looked at his stats.

Looking at the status window, he muttered "So, my agility and strength are saturated. My actual agility is 4 and i got an +6 buff 1.5 time the original."
"Hmm.." he looked at strength stats.
"Mine strength is 5, and added buff is 7, that's also approximately 1.5 times....."
"..... Or it is exactly 1.5 times. It's just not showing decimals."
He pondered for a moment, then said,
"What if they are not in contact with me."
With that, he left the Santoku knife, looked at his stats.
Warning of 10% attack speed boost was not there.
"So they should remain in contact."
He checked by putting the Santoku knife in his pocket, but it didn't work. Then he attached the knife between his waist and pants such that it was touching his skin, and this time it worked.
"So they just need to remain contact with me."
He thought for a while and furrowed.
"What! But it works perfectly well on winter gloves, it is because it also Awakened..?."
He shrugged.
"Maybe"
He sighed.
"Ah yeah, there is one more thing I want to check."
He dismissed all his knife and then summon Santoku first and then summon all other gears.
His eyes widened as he saw his stats were same as before dismissing, but this time he had 10% attack speed buff.
"Wohoo..." He whistled.
"So, to get these buff, I just need to summon them first; after that, I can saturate my stats all I want."
"I've got a good idea on how my passive abilities work. Let's see if active abilites also work in same way."
His face grew paler thinking that he had to use durability points, which he really doesn't want to do.
He first check the status durability of gears.

These two gave me a weird sensation when I activated their ability. Meanind they enhance my body not themselves.
"....But slicing knife also isn't especific to itself. I can enhance my overall accuracy by activating it's ability. If it only in my contact unlike Santoku."
"Maybe that's why I don't feel any surge of energy flow inside me."
He checked the status of slicing knife

He hesitated a bit.

"He activated [precision] and grabbed its handle between his jaws and throw two knives one after another with his right hand and both hit the target."
To confirm it wasn't not a fluke, he again heavy-heartedly activated [Precision] same thing repeated.
His knowledge grew about the knife active abilities, costing him 6 durability points.
He had the idea about the ability of Santoku since back in the dungeon when fiting Mini rats it's ability wore off only after completing 30 sec even though he had dismissed it earlier to pick slicing knife.
As he was thinking about the shoes' ability he gaze shifted to honing steel. He pickped it up and looked at its stats.

"Boosting abilities... Hmm, will it be passive, active, or both?" He pondered to himself.
He was not longer willing to waste any more durability points any of his knives but then he remembered his most useless knife.
He summoned Bread knife.

He dismissed everything expect honing steel and bread knife.
He looked at his stats.

Then he sat on the bed, put the pillow at his lap, took the bread knife holding it with only thumb and index finger, and drop the serrated blade on pillow, pulling it with very weak force enough to be stopped by simple resistance of the fabric. Pillow cover only got a scratch.
He repeated this by activating [soft cut] this time, he didn't feel much resistance and felt like cutting a paper.
Now that he knew the performance of the blade without any extra buff, he activated [Blade Resonance].
He looked at the stats. To his surprise, his stats did indeed increase. Saturating strength stat but not doing anything to agility stat.
He again tried to cut pillow without activating [Soft cut]. Result were same as in first try.
Now he activated [Soft cut]. This time, he encountered even less resistance, mistakenly making a long cut on cover.
"Shit!"
Immediately, he removed the blade from cover and checked if the cut get deeper or not.
He still had time to check few more things, such that whether it needed to remain in contact to work and many other details. After few experiments, he found out that this ability was same as [precision].
*Yawn*
Stretching his body, he said,
"I get enough idea about my abilities..."
With emphasis he added,
"Completely on my own, without anyone's or anything's help."
*Yawn*
Lying down in bed, he said in a very lazy voice.
"I am damn tired today."
