After some bit of talking and tidying up the their new home, Bell and Aurelius decided on leaving for the guild to register themselves as adventurers.
"We're going now lady Hestia." Bell said waving his hands towards Hestia.
"Be careful you two! safe journey to the guild!"
"Oh and make sure not to wonder off into the dungeon first thing after you register yourself as adventurers okay?! I'm talking about you Bell!" Hestia said worried about her little child.
"Don't worry goddess! I'll make sure to drag his ass back to you if he does!" Aurelius reassures Hestia that everything's going to be A-OK.
"Okay then! see you after sun down you two!" Hestia said. Waving furiously upon her two children.
They both then left the church to head towards the guild.
*sigh* "There they go. I hope nothing happens to them." Hestia said worried towards her two children going onto somewhere unknown.
"I wonder if this is how Haphaestus feels for her first children." Hestia said in wonder about her friend.
"Well, they have their duties to accomplish now! I too need to start going to work as well. those potato croquettes aren't going to sell themselves!" Hestia said as she went into the church, happily humming a tune, to ready herself for work.
Meanwhile over at Bell and Aurelius, they leisurely converse with each other as they walk.
"Do you think that the guild is gonna have a lot of people there mister?" Bell said getting his opinion on how crowded the guild is.
"Considering it's already past afternoon, I reckon that there is gonna be many people there." Aurelius answered.
"Why you ask?" Aurelius ask.
"Well, it would be a shame really if there are many people at the guild when we arrive. It may delay our time registering because of it." Bell said feeling down upon such prospect.
"HAHAHAHA, impatient to enter the dungeon now are we?" Aurelius said with a mischievous smile.
"A-Ah n-no! not really! I just wanted to finish registering as fast as possible so that we could take a look around the city more. That's all!" Bell said as to hide his eagerness.
"HAHAHA yeah sure kid. Sure. Whatever you say."
They continue to walk as they talk about other menial things.
as they walk, people took glances towards the duo.
especially towards Aurelius.
"Woah, do you see how massive that guy is?!" A middle aged man wearing light armor said.
"Yeah I do! He's gigantic!" A demi human man, with dog ears wearing leather clothes said.
"Do you think he's from a strong familia?" An elf mage said.
"I mean he got to be in one!" The middle age man spoke again answering the elf mage.
Aurelius kept on receiving such comments as they walk.
Eventually, they arrived at the guild.
"We finally arrived." Bell said.
"Yup and it looks like there's not as many people as we thought there would be." Aurelius happily said.
They then entered the guild and went straight towards receptionist.
Upon reaching, they meet up with an elf male, with purple hair and is wearing glasses, writing something on his table.
"Um, hello?" Aurelius called the receptionist.
"hmm?" the elf utters upon the person approaching him.
He then looked up from his desk.
"?!"
What he saw is a giant looming over him.
beside him a white haired boy who barely reached half the height of the giant.
"H-Hello there sir! What can I do to help this early evening?" the elf stuttered a bit on his words upon witnessing the man in front of him.
"We are here wanting to register as adventurers." Aurelius said.
"Huh?" The elf utter in confusion.
'Wait, register? I thought he is helping the boy register.' The elf thought.
'But now that I think about it, I never saw this guy here before.'
The elf thought, thinking how such a guy could be so big of size in the first place.
"Hello, receptionist to earth? Hello." Aurelius said as he waves his hands in front of the receptionists eyes.
"Wha-?!" The elf, now awaken from his daze, proceeded to accept the giants' request.
"A-Ah yes. Please wait a moment as I get the documents needed for register." The elf said.
"Is there a lot of papers that we need to sign?" Aurelius ask.
"No not really. Just a couple pieces. It won't take long." The elf answered.
They then waited for a couple of moments. The elf then returns with 24 pieces of papers.
"Here you go both of you. Each one of you would get 12 pieces to sign. I've already arranged it in order, so divide the papers by two." the elf explained.
Aurelius then took the papers from the elf and proceeded to divide all 24 pieces by half on which the other 12 is given to Bell.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I'll call in an adviser for you two while you signed the papers. You can sit over there in that area to sign." The elf said.
The both of them looked to where the elf is pointing. A long table situated at the window, with pen and quill ready for use anytime.
Both Bell and Aurelius then head towards the said area while the elf headed off towards the back of the guilds' workforce, possibly calling for the advisor that he is talking about.
They then start signing the papers.
As they were about done with their signing, a feminine voice called out to them.
"Ahem." The female voice utters.
The two of them then redirected they're attention towards the source.
What they saw was an elf girl, with a bob style brunette hair along with green eyes. She also is wearing glasses.
"Hello there. I am Eina Tulle. I have been assigned to the both of you as your advisors."
The elf said, with a slight bow, introducing herself towards her two newly attend adventurers.
"Hi there Ms. Eina, I am Bell Cranel of the Hestia Familia." Bell said excitingly.
"Aurelius. Hestia Familia." Aurelius bluntly answered.
"Well it is nice to meet you too. Are the both of you done with your documents?" Eina ask.
"Almost, we're down to our last two papers." Aurelius said.
"Very well then. After you are done, please go towards those stairs right there. I will be waiting for you on the second floor." Eina said as she pointed towards the stairs beside the receptionist counter on the far left.
""Understood"" Bell and Aurelius said.
They both then continued signing the remaining last two papers.
After signing, both of them proceeded to head towards the said stairs where the elf is located on the second floor.
After reaching the floor, they immediately saw the elf half way through the hallway. The hallway it self is full of doors that are probably connected to offices of some sort.
Eina waved at them, signaling them to notice her.
"Mr. Aurelius. Mr. Cranel. Over this way." Eina said as she opened the door to let both her employees to enter first.
Both men then head towards Eina, which then proceeds to enter the room.
Well, much to the hassle of the giant, needing to tuck his head low so it doesn't banged against the wall.
After entering, they saw that the office is of descent size. Not to big nor it is small. Just the right living space to work in.
"Alright now gentlemen, take your seats." Eina said as she points towards their chairs.
The both of them took their seats.
"Now that you have done your signings, it is time to move on to the next step of this register." Eina said.
"And that would be?" Bell ask.
Eina then started to bend down, reaching for something.
"Hup!" Eina uttered.
She then brought up books, more specifically, 10 stacked books.
"A bit of lesson regarding the dungeon." She said with a smile.
Bell then widened as he witness the absurd amount of books in front of him.
"U-Um, d-do we need to read all t-this?" Bell ask with stuttering words.
"Indeed you are. Knowledge upon something that you do not know is extremely valuable after all. Especially if it involves death." Eina stated.
"C-Can't we just, you know, understand the basic principles? this seems like too much..." Bell said while sweat dropped from his forehead.
"I do not take death as answer, Mr. Cranel! A dead adventurer under my watch is unacceptable!" Eina said, stilling her resolve upon the foolish rabbit.
Bell then looked towards Aurelius, a stream of tears falling from his eyes as if asking to find another way to escape from this fate.
Aurelius sighs, ignoring the rabbits' antics.
"So, I'm guessing that there will be some sort of test that we need to past first with this set up?" Aurelius ask.
"Correct Mr. Aurelius." Eina answered. "This test in question will be the deciding factor for both of you to become fully fledge adventurers."
Eina then hasten her posture. A look of determination dawns her face.
"I will be teaching you the fundamentals and facts about the dungeon and its inhabitants. You will be given a test that will last an hour after you are ready to take it."
"Do I make myself clear?" Eina ask.
"Crystal clear ma'am" Aurelius said.
"....yes T-T...." Bell answered with a slump posture.
"Excellent, let us begin."
Needless to say, the study session was cramped to the bone. Bell was practically half dead taking in that many information at once, but still doing pretty well. Aurelius on the hand wasn't as mentally tired. He took every information seriously because he knows that relying on what he already knows would not be enough.
With that, hours passed.
"Yeah I think I'm ready to take the test." Aurelius said.
Bell looked at Aurelius with a face that says ".....you're joking right?"
"Are you sure Mister? T-There's no way you're done and ready." Bell asked in disbelief.
"Either I take a week to just finish or I'll do it now." Aurelius answered.
Bell, contemplating either to take the test at a later date or now, did not know what to choose.
Ultimately, he decided to follow the giant beside him.
"I'll take the test also Ms. Eina!" Bell said.
"Are you both sure about this? you can always take it easy and slow to better understand more." Eina said worried about their choices.
"It's fine. Besides, I know more than what you think you knew about me." Aurelius said as he plant his point through.
"Is that so?" Eina said as she narrow her eyes, doubting the giant.
"Very well then, the test will commence now. If you fail to past, you will be given a weeks time to retake the test with me." Eina said
The test starts with both of them are given a limited amount of time to finish.
Bell was looking like he is struggling. With how many scratches that he has that he did on his head, he might ended up bald.
Aurelius was calm in contrast. Although he has some hard questions here and there, he has everything under control.
As they continues to answer questions upon questions, they finally finished.
"It seems like the both of you have finished." Eina said.
Both bell and Aurelius nodded.
"Very well then. I'll be taking your papers and mark them. Either you pass or fail, it would be up to your answers."
Eina then proceeds to take both of their question papers.
The marking took a bit of time, but eventually, Eina finishes it.
"My marking has finally finished and I will proudly say-"
Eina looked at the both men in front of her and said
"- that you both have past" Said Eina with a smile.
"YES! Thank the goddess." Said Bell triumphantly.
Eina then took out silver cards out of a pouch.
"With this, both of you are officially adventurers."

After some time, The both of them started to go back towards their home.
After arriving within the area, they saw Hestia waiting in the dark night in front of the church.
"There you both are! I thought you would wander of into the dungeon already without me knowing." Hestia exclaimed, pouting doing so.
"Well we both decided to take the test today." Aurelius said.
"And? did both of you pass?" Hestia ask curious upon their results.
Aurelius and Bell then took out their adventurers card.
"Yup, we passed with flying colors goddess." Aurelius said, proudly presenting their trophies.
"HAHA, that's my children! come inside now, we celebrate this with delicious potato croquettes!" Hestia said, pride exudes her entire being.
They then went inside, celebrating their success with a feast of fried potato puffs.

The next day came. The light of the sun illuminating through the cracks of their rooms.
"Mister, wake up, it's time for us to go to our first dungeon dive." Bell said.
"Hngh, it's morning already?" Aurelius said.
'Oh man, eating those potato puffs really got me going after not eating at all yesterday.' Aurelius thought.
He then ready himself for the main event of today.
After finishing, he picked his shield up that was put against the since yesterday.
"We'll be going now, lady Hestia." Bell said towards the sleeping little goddess as they walked out of the room and out towards the exit of the church.
they then proceeded heading towards the dungeon, which is directly under the tower of babel.
upon arriving, they went straight inside the tower and towards the entrance of the dungeon.
They then proceeded to go down towards the first level of the dungeon.
"So this is the dungeon huh?" Bell ask, seriousness dawns his senses.
"Yup." Aurelius answered. "Don't let your guard down even for a second kid."
They started to get serious upon the situation that they're in now.
However, out of no where, a screech was heard.
*KRIEEEEEEEK*
"What was that?" Bell ask, alerted by the sound.
They then looked at the source of the sound.
What they saw is a little humanoid entity with pointy ears.
Well, a dozen of them.
*RIEEEEEEEK*
"Goblins" Aurelius said, readying himself for battle.
