He unrolled the Scroll labelled Wind Release Jutsus. He has decided to apply all these in training today before going to his apartment.
The scroll detailed how this nature transformation allowed a shinobi to generate and control the currents of wind through chakra manipulation. The manual then elaborated on this elemental affinity.
"Wind Release is said to be strong against Lightning Release" He recalled, "And weak against Fire Release."
Of course, it's also depends on the destructive power and chakra used while performing Jutsu. If power behind Wind Release Jutsu is too high than Fire Release, it can easily be overwhelmed by Fūton.
With Water Release, the scroll explained, possessed a neutral interaction with Wind, their effects often cancelling each other out or resulting in unpredictable atmospheric changes.
Lightning Release, however, could be amplified by Wind, its speed and reach increased exponentially when carried by a strong current.
"I remember in the movie 'Will of Fire', a Kekkei Genkai was introduced which includes Lightning and Wind Natures" He recalls, "It was called 'Swift Release' and that increases speed of User."
Though Wind Nature has Kekkei Genkai with other transformation as well, like with Fire Nature it makes Scorch Release, with Earth Nature it makes Magnet Release, and with Water Nature it makes Ice Release.
"I don't think that I possess other affinities aside from Wind Release." He contemplate, "But learning other Nature Releases is possible though creating Kekkei Genkai is a distant dream."
Every Shinobi can learn and use different elemental nature Jutsu, without having affinity in them but learning them can be a very long process, especially if one didn't have affinity for them. That's the reason why most shinobi's can at most use one or two Nature Releases.
His attention then shifted to the Jutsus presented in the scroll, starting from E-rank. "Was there ever any elemental Jutsu of E-rank in anime" He baffled and start to recall anything from his memories.
"Nah! There's no E-rank elemental Jutsu that I can recall from my past life memory." He felt that there many things anime didn't able to explore even after showing over 700 episodes and many movies.
"There's only a few elemental D-rank Jutsus which mostly includes Clone technique."
However, because of being focused on these Naruto forget about Kurama who starting to process his words. 'Anime... Past Life...' Kurama mumbled 'So that's your secret, huh!'
Even though he was not speaking in loud voice, especially because of Anbu and Root at his surveillance but Kurama can still hear him clearly.
Unaware of this, he remained focused on the scroll, there are presented two E-rank Wind Style Jutsus : Gental Breeze and Dust Cloud Technique.
First was; Wind Release: Gentle Breeze (Fūton: Bifu)
• The instructions showed some hand signs – Tiger, then Snake, gotta hold 'em just right. It explained how you breathe in, get your chakra all focused in your chest and throat, and then just puff it out as a soft little breeze but with subtly enhanced gust of air with a chakra signature.
Second is; Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique (Fūton: Jinen no Jutsu)
• Different hand signs this time: Boar, then Dog, and then a quick clap. The scroll said this one was about grabbing the air around you and using a blast of wind chakra to kick up any loose dirt and make a little dust cloud. Good for making a quick getaway or surprising someone, apparently.
"Pretty basic I suppose, well everything here is all basic!" He said and then flipped the scroll, his eyes landing on the next set of Jutsu, labeled with D-rank above them and a slightly more intricate set of symbols.
Wind Release: Slashing Gale (Fūton: Kirisaki Shippū)
"Ooh, 'Slashing Gale' sounds a bit more hardcore," he murmured, his finger tracing the kanji. The scroll explained that this was a step up from just making a breeze. It involved focusing a good chunk of wind chakra and then blasting it out as a concentrated gust.
The key difference, it said, was the focus and the amount of chakra poured into it, making the wind sharp enough to actually cut things – like thick leaves, ropes, and maybe even scratch someone if they weren't careful.
The hand seals were listed: Tiger, then Snake, followed by Ram. The instructions emphasized the feeling of drawing in air, infusing it with chakra until it vibrated with cutting force, and then releasing it in a swift, aimed burst.
It warned about the need for more precise chakra control to avoid just creating a messy gust of wind.
He ran through the hand signs for once, trying to visualize the wind chakra becoming sharp and focused. "So, not just pushing air, but making it like an invisible blade", he mused. That make it way more useful than just a gentle breeze.
Below the Slashing Gale, another technique was described, which Naruto already expected.
Wind Release: Wind Clone Technique (Fūton: Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu)
His eyebrows shot up. "A wind clone? I already expecting this one!" The scroll detailed how this jutsu allowed the user to create a tangible copy of themselves made entirely of wind chakra.
Unlike shadow clones, these wind clones were apparently more fragile and couldn't hold complex forms for very long or deal heavy physical damage.
However, the scroll highlighted their advantages. Wind clones were incredibly fast and could be used for scouting, diversions, or even quick, light attacks to distract an opponent. They could also dissipate into a gust of wind, making them difficult to fully destroy with blunt force.
The hand seals were Cross, then Bird, then Monkey. The instructions mentioned the need for a significant amount of chakra and precise control to shape and maintain the wind clone. It also noted that the user couldn't be too far from their wind clone or it might dissipate immediately.
He stared at the description, imagining a translucent, swirling version of himself flitting around. Not much complicated and with little focus a clone of him appeared.
From outside, it looks like normal Clone but from inside it is full of Wind Nature. A grin spreading across his face "This scroll is definitely quite interesting." He didn't expected to learn few useful Jutsus from this scroll.
Afterwards he thought of taking Fuinjutsu Sealing Scroll with him but was unsure if he can. So, he ask the same chunin who helped him.
And it turned out, all he really needed to do was give his ninja registration number to take out whatever he needed, he took scroll of manual on basic fuinjutsu.
He was gonna go home after that, but he thought better of it and went towards Training ground.

At training ground fifty, Naruto stood and try out all Jutsu he learnt today, starting with Gentle Breeze.
Despite perfect chakra control, he need to use hand signs once to understand the chakra flow of technique.
He made hand signs and focused his chakra in his chest and throat, and then an enhanced gust of wind blow out and releasing a chakra infused air.
"Not bad!" Naruto nodded.
Next, he moved on to the Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique. Boar, then Dog, followed by a sharp clap. He gathered a small amount of chakra, focusing on the air around his feet where loose soil and dried leaves lay scattered.
With the final clap, he expelled the chakra-infused wind downwards. A small, swirling cloud of dust erupted, momentarily obscuring his lower legs. He noted the potential for disorientation of this technique.
He repeated it once again, experimenting with the amount of chakra and the force of the clap to see how the size and density of the dust cloud varied.
The more chakra he infused, the larger cloud gets in size and density and can obscuring him completely.
"Despite being E-rank, there usefulness is good!" He nodded approvingly them move towards D-rank one.
Wind Release: Slashing Gale. Tiger, Snake, Ram. This felt different, requiring a more concentrated effort, though not much difficult for him
He visualized the wind chakra becoming sharp, like an invisible blade. With a focused exhale, he thrust his hand forward. A distinct gust of wind shot out, slicing through the air with a noticeable hiss. A few stray leaves caught in its path were torn apart.
His eyes widened slightly. Definitely more power there. He practiced aiming the gust, trying to hit specific points on a nearby trees. It required more precision than the gentler E-rank techniques.
Stood before a sturdy-looking tree, its bark thick and gnarled, he use Slashing gale with more chakra infused, "Let's use one-tail worth chakra here!"
"Wind Release: Slashing Gale!"
Unleashing the enhanced Slashing Gale, an invisible blade of wind slammed into the tree. It struck the tree not with a crack, but with an earth-shattering.
BOOM!
The tree didn't just splinter or gouge. It ERUPTED in a violent explosion of wood, bark, and leaves, as if struck by a force far exceeding any A-rank jutsu, where the tree had stood, there was now a gaping crater.
"Wow!" Naruto watched, astonished by the destructive power of a mere D-rank Jutsu with enhanced with one-tail worth chakra of kurama.
'More Chakra I infused, it's destructive power increase even more.' He thought.
'Now that I think, my system is actually can make me overpowered if It really make my chakra reserves surpassing that if Ten-tails.'
From the moment, system tell him that he can just use kurama's chakra only while preserving his, from that time he was in Chakra battery mode.
"Even a mere D-rank Jutsu can show power equivalent to S-rank."
Root Anbu's monitering him were left utterly dumbfounded, they themselves can't comprehend, how a low level Jutsu showcase that level of destructive power.
Naruto on the other side, can't stop grinning after understanding the real benefit of having Limitless chakra.
"Once I surpass that level, even all those Otsutsuki's combined can't be a match for me, hehe!"
"Stop grinning like idiot, Brat!" Kurama grumbled upon seeing Naruto grinning.
Naruto listened, and wash off his grin and said, "Only body flicker left to try out!"
He focused his chakra, channeling it through his body, visualizing the burst of energy that would propel his. The key was the sudden acceleration, moving faster than the eye could track, often using a nearby element like leaves or mist as a visual distraction, though here in the open training ground, it would be pure speed.
On his first try, his movement was smoother, faster, a momentary blur across the training ground.
"Great! It feels like I just teleported!" Naruto surprised at his speed. "No wonder shisui able to make this simple technique into invincible one."
He then take out Fuinjutsu scroll, upon Opening, he again get a headache from all this manual instructions in it.
"Hm!"
Naruto shocked, at the below of these instructions, the scroll outright had instructions with the diagrams for creating storage seals and explosive seals.
"I... I need to get a paper and an ink first!"
