As the days turned into a week, the school routine became more intense, with everyone focusing on their studies. The looming exams, scheduled for the second week of the next month, had everyone on edge. Even Kiddy and his friends, who usually found time to relax and joke around, were spending more hours buried in their textbooks.
One afternoon, during a short break between classes, Kiddy, Ammy, Mando, Sam, and Lily gathered near their usual spot in the schoolyard. The looming exams, scheduled for the second week of the next month, had everyone focused and a bit stressed.
"We're all going to need to buckle down for these exams," Ammy said, her usual mix of humor and seriousness in her voice. "I mean, I don't want to be stuck in the library all day, but we can't mess this up."
Kiddy nodded, feeling the pressure too. "I was thinking the same thing. How about we do a group study session? We can help each other out with the stuff we're struggling with."
Mando perked up at the suggestion. "That sounds like a good idea. I could definitely use some help with math," he admitted, a sheepish grin on his face.
Sam, always easygoing, added, "And I could use some backup with science. Ammy, you're our go-to for that."
Ammy smirked. "I'll try not to overwhelm you with my genius," she teased, earning a few laughs from the group.
Lily, who had been quietly listening, nodded in agreement. "I think it's a great idea. Studying together will make it less stressful."
Kiddy quickly took charge of organizing the plan. "How about we meet up at my place this weekend? We can go over everything together, and I'll make sure we've got snacks to keep us going."
Everyone agreed, feeling a little more at ease with a plan in place. The idea of studying together, rather than tackling it all alone, made the challenge seem less daunting. Plus, they knew that being together would help keep the mood light, even with all the hard work ahead.
