Time-Line: 1st June 2005
Over 20 days has passed since MC summoned her first Hunters.
Author Note: I saw that this fic needs 2,300 more words to fill out 15k Word Count for ranking, so at the end I decided to post this one chapter more, then I will not post for couple days.

Kosu Ikari is sitting on the table beside me, reading something on her own book while I'm checking [System].
It's still incredible and sometimes I just keep wondering if 'I'm just imagining all this and i'm actually in Coma'. From reincarnation, gender change, to System. All of it.
You might be asking what I'm checking, well I'm checking the [Shop], weapon section precisely.
I want to check all cool weapons I can, from swords to spears and etc!
There is search option too, similar to 'Search-Bar' just one click on it and you will be able to find 'any weapon if it exist in [System]'s database that is'.
But I'm currently looking over cheaper weapons. I don't want to torture myself if I search for weapons out of my 'Wallet's maximum'.
One thing is game, another thing is life.
I glanced at small cube with 'gold' symbol and number on the right side of it, it shows how much Gold I currently have.
I cast a glance towards it and I have [Gold: 12,000]
I rubbed my chin. 'The Quests I got till now are all similar like the last one 'Eliminate that number' of Devils, then 'people'.
5/10 always goes around, or even 'Capture that number of Devils' etc.
It's always elimination or capture, that's easy for my Hunters to accomplish right now but well. I'm not really complaining, but if we could somehow speed up...
But now 'my' entire Hunter group needs to calm down from all of their Bounty Hunting, even 'prey' [Stray Devils] need time to repopulate in our city.
Or they might attract too much attention this early on!
Imagine Grayfia suddenly and randomly showing up at my House doors because she sensed a High-Class being Magical Presence and it's coming from a Human.
Or Azazel randomly walks into Kuoh and notice Satan-Class Human Magical Signature so he decides to 'research' a bit before leaving for his 'curiosity'.
I don't want Azazel or Grayfia on my doors! I don't need them knocking on them!
Yet.
Anyway..
"E-Rank weapons are trash." I said, it was obvious. I continued scrolling through numerous number of weapons. I can't wait to once buy my own.
My preferred choice of weapon would be something like spear or lance. I would prefer to 'attack' from safer distance, not close one with sword, nor one that requires my aim like Bow.
Kosu Ikari beside me didn't turn her head to look at me, she simply agreed. " That's why they are E-Rank."
SUCH MAGNIFICENT INTELLIGENCE! I couldn't help but applaud her for it.

This is the exact Katana I got from Starter Pack, and I brought two more of these for Kosu Ikari and Mizu Kage respectively.
Easy weapons to buy once Goto Ryuji eliminated four Low-Class Devils.
Apparently Gold I earn when Devil is eliminated.
Low-Class Devil = 25 Gold
Mid-Class Devil = 100 Gold
Mind you, this is all for now since they did not kill anything higher than Mid-Class, yet. But we'll see in future.
Four time higher reward for Mid-Class Devil, I suppose it's okay. It's one thing if you summon a living character to fight for you and kill for you, it would cost much more, and it's different when one character is eliminated and thus turned into Gold. Two different worlds of rarity and currency I suppose.

'But at least there are a lot more of Low-Class Stray Devils than you can think. Currently three of my Hunters and only ones I summoned till now are staying at their apartment.' I took a sip of apple juice as I continued scrolling through weapons. E-Rank Weapons precisely . " I didn't knew that Goto-San's torturing methods were so amazing." I commented, trying to lighten the tense atmosphere between us.
It seems it worked, since Kosu-San's lips slightly turned upwards, into a small smile?
Kosu Ikari beside me nodded abruptly. " Indeed! I didn't expect Goto-San to be so amazing! And his reply 'a man needs to be adequate at everything if they want to survive ' was amazing too!" Her eyes practically turned into stars as she spoke.
Is she a fangirl of his?
I almost deadpanned at that, Japanese people are really glazing him. Too much in my opinion, while he is certainly above 99% of Hunters, there are still Hunters stronger than him, all Ruler's Vessels for example, that one guy from Germany, Sung Jin-Woo and similar.
But comparing him into even top 1000 in Solo Leveling is 'cough' massacre. Poor dude is not making it past 10,000 too.

Hmm? I rubbed my chin while looking at First D-Rank Weapon. It's many times better than Katana that does not even have [attack] effect, but it's also more pricier. Well who cares, I got 12,000 Gold. One D-Rank sword won't kill me for 350 Gold, would it?
'I'll buy one for Goto Ryuji, for now.' I thought before clicking on the weapon once more. One options showed in 'another screen form' as it opened after I clicked on sword for second time.

I clicked once more and my currency at the top corner dropped from 12k Gold to 11,650 Gold.
I hummed, It's in my Inventory now, I'll give it to Kosu-San to deliver it to Goto-San later.
I began scrolling more, before I did not scroll through [System]'s shop. You know why? Because I did not have money, so I didn't want to scroll and gloat in pain because I didn't have currency, but now? Yeah, I'm gonna scroll and I will inspect weapons that I can buy. The moment I see something beyond my currency, I will stop since that's when my 'torture' would start.
You know the 'Curiosity killed the cat' .
I want to surprise myself later on, after all.
But then, a screen popped up in my view. It's a notification for a new quest.

This is new quest, before it would always be around Devils or something. But now it's exercise? Ok, I will walk 500 small baby steps and earn 25 Gold.
I shrugged my shoulders, I'll do it later. There is no need for hurry since there is no 'Time Limit' anyway nor punishment.
While 25 Gold is little and not worthy mentioning, the quest exist to help me 'exorcise' and to give me a motivation but not force me for it. I Like that, and slowly as I get older, quests themselves would improve and get harder, and slowly become possible to accomplish.
It wouldn't be possible to give a quest like running 10km to me right now! Damn it, I was a man before but now I have a body of a little child! It's literally impossible! I'm not a little Devil child that may not have Human physique and unlimited stamina to run around!
I need to take care of myself and my health first.
But nevertheless, I closed that screen and focused back on scrolling weapons.
A bit more scrolling and found something interesting.

It looks like a medieval Long-sword with golden handle and green blade with something engraved on it? Maybe a name of someone like it's past wielder or something like that.
But my eyes almost popped up. If a jump from E-Rank to D-Rank weapons was big, then jump from D-Rank to C-Rank was even bigger,
Then jump from C-Rank to B-Rank will be humongous too. B-Rank weapons would be in tens of thousands of Gold then.
I rubbed my nose as my face scrunched up. This is a bit worrying if anything.
It makes sense honestly. There was big jump from [Kasaka's Venom Fang] to [Knight's Killer] too. Each tier of weapons is way stronger than last.
Think of them as two separate worlds, like [Demon King's Dagger's] had 200+ Attack Power and were S-Rank, yet [Demon King's Longsword] had attack power of 300+ and was also S-Rank, the strength between those two weapons were different like worlds, yet both were in S-Rank. I forgot their exact numbers, how would I remember them, please! I read Solo Leveling like 5 years ago! When I was alive!
Then you got [Kamish's Wrath] with 1,500 Attack Power, and if I remember it correctly, [System] did not give them rank, they are above S-Rank then.
I continued scrolling, looking at various weapons.
From one handed axes, to two handed axes. Short Axes, war-hammers.
And daggers.
My eyes widened.

A small smirk glazed my lips.
This is great!
From what I know, I can certainly buy as many variants of the same weapon as I want and I have Gold for.

'Then [Demon King's Daggers], [Demon King's Longsword] and [Kamish's Wrath] may exist too.' I thought with glee, wouldn't that be awesome! Imagine giving those weapons to National-Level Hunters I summon!
[Kamish's Wrath] should be in capable hands with Liu Zhigang, that dude uses two short swords as showed in Jeju Island Arc.
'And what about Antares Daggers?' I thought, that weapon would undoubtedly be the strongest. That guy is too strong, if [Kamish's Wrath] had Attack+ 1,500 then Antares' Daggers or whatever they are called may as well have 10,000 when he is in complete different dimension compared to Kamish..
A deep breath, I breathed deep and slowly. I need to calm down myself, It's not a time to day dream about such things, let's first get one Nationa-Level Hunter then we'll dream about such splendid weapons.
But Kosu Ikari noticed my expression.
"Why does Morgan-Sama breathe like that?" She questioned as she leaned further into my view.
I sheepishly rubbed my head.
" I got a little excited..Tehe!" I took the glass filled with apple juice to drink.
A teasing smile on her lips!
"Oh, Morgan-Sama~ You are still a child, you need to be better age if you want to get a boyfriend, it's still too early~!"
I spat the apple juice I was drinking.
"Ah! That's not what I was talking about!" I complained, my flushed and embarrassed face showing.
But..

This woman might be a dead of me one day...
I completely ignored her, she is good person, but I don't want to give her more ammunition to use against me.
"Tsk!" I let out a 'tsk', causing her to giggle even more.
But never the less, I moved my attention back to weapons.
I kept scrolling till I found first B-Rank Weapon.
My heart almost bleed at results.

Without further ado, I immediately closed the [Weapon] section.
I clenched my heart in pain..
'19,000!? Maybe I should save up..' I shock my head immediately, I need more Hunters. I need more people to stretch themselves over the Japan. And for that I'll need more of them.
I immediately opened [Summoning-Center] and followed by going into [Ticket-Shop]

The difference between them is one, Random Tickets may give you a random Hunter of the chosen Rank from all over the planet. It would be problematic to summon someone who only speaks Italian into Japan..
But nevertheless, I'm curious about both options so I will check them.

And another window/SCREEN appeared in my vision, showing ranks and the prices for them.

I almost whistled.
I barely managed to contain my curiosity in these last 20 days or so. You can't blame me but..
And it paid off.
I'll suppose that [Class is changeable] means that once I create my own faction I could make my own ranking system in this world probably.
I can see, E-Ranks and D-Ranks are pretty close by price, one is barely above Human level while other one is definitely supernatural so price makes sense why are they close.
But guessing from A-Rank Tickets that weaker A-Ranks like Kim Chul will be High-Class, peak High-Class while strongest A-Ranks like Mizu Kage will be Ultimate-Class.
That's how it works probably.
'Makes sense, like Woo Jin-Chul was leagues above other A-Ranks we have seen till now. But not enough for S-Rank unfortunately.
B-Ranks are probably 'decent' High-Class or low- High-Class
And as expected for S-Rank Tickets. One f##king million. But then again, you can hit a jackpot or lose.
It's like gacha, the more you bet, the better your chances are [Or you think so~!]
On one hand you can get someone who is barely making 'error' on Mana Reading device and it's Low-Ultimate-Class, or you can get someone like Goto Ryuji who is Mid-Satan-Class. It's gambling.
I will obviously take it.
I played Fate Grand Order before, and I think I will be lucky..
And then you get National-Level tickets. I know that out of five 'confirmed' National-Level Hunters that four are 'Ruler's' Vessels, and one is a healer. And since 'bare minimum' for National-Level is Satan-Class, I suppose that the Healer guy is Satan-Class. According to [Satan-Class/Super Devil-Class] written on the end of ticket that is.
'Then [System] how many Hunters can I get from National-Level Ticket? Is it confirmed five or all those that were Ruler's Vessels or had power comparable to Ruler's Vessels?' I asked [System] in thought, I can call [System] in two ways, one is with words from outside by my mouth or in my mind with a raising question.
And screen appeared in my vision.

Ok, I will go with the flow then..
'Let's see who I know that is Ruler's Vessel. Thomas Andre, Liu Zhigang, Christopher Reed, Go Gun-Hee. Sung Il-Hwan, a guy from Brazil and a guy from India. 7 of them. Then we add Sung Jin-Woo since he is semi-Ruler's vessel since Ashborn was one. Eight Ruler's Vessels with Sung Jin-Woo and let's add Healer who is not Ruler's Vessel. That would make 9 potential National-Level Hunters of which Healer and Go Gun-Hee are weakest.
But the catch is, Healer actually 'has' status of National-Level Hunter while Go Gun-Hee even doesn't have the status nor is he as strong as other Ruler Vessels or even close to them due to his old frail body.
And since Go Gun-Hee is old and can't fight anymore properly he is weakest and doesn't make sense to be in National-Level Ticket, but what if he is summoned younger like Goto Ryuji was?
I took another sip from the apple juice.
'Then can you tell me what rank Norma Selner was?' She is a must addition in a years to come by, she can upgrade Hunters with guaranteed increase of 20-30% and sometimes it can exceeds that. With her in my Hunter legion, she would be able to turn a Hunter like Goto Ryuji from Mid-Satan into High-Satan Class with that 'Upgrade' of hers.
A truly 'OP' ability, but it would only prove it'self worthy on those 'That barely need a little push' to enter Satan-Class zone or those who are already in that zone and Above.
'And most importantly, National-Level Hunter who received her 'Upgrade' were only Thomas Andre and Christopher Reed obviously, so imagine if Liu Zhigang receives it too? And other National-Level Hunters, they would be number one priority.

For now, my Hunters will calm down for a week, they eliminated too many Stray Devils in Kuoh, and some stories already spread about 'Black Ninjas' from Kuoh to other Supernatural communities in Japan, at least from 'Devilnet' source of information that is.
Did I mention that 'Devilnet' is literally supernatural version of internet?
Yes indeed, I managed to convince both Goto Ryuji and Mizu Kage wear Ninja outfits, all black to hide their identities
"Devilnet is sure useful tool thought." I said it to Kuso Ikari, Devilnet is like Supernatural's side of the internet. It's like internet but separate one, and how do you gain access to it?
Easy, just buy specialized Router from Supernatural Markets. 'The Magical Wifi' from that 'Router' would allow you to access 'Supernatural Sites' which normal wifi would not have been able to access usually.
Despite this being 2005, it's way advanced compared to my 'Earth', it's like 2020 from Earth with prices and technologies.
Devilnet was the reason why Goto Ryuji and Mizu Kage were able to successfully hunt Stray Devils, there are multiple Bounty Sites explaining informations about target, how much money they give for them and where to meet up with clients to present 'proofs'
