Chapter 1 - The Celestial Colosseum

The air was electric with anticipation as the three demigods clashed in an eternal tournament, a spectacle that had captivated the imagination of many. The audience was restricted from witnessing the event due to its immense scale and potential danger, and even satellites were repositioned to avoid damage. The battlefield, a vast expanse of a thousand kilometers in both length and width, trembled beneath the feet of the combatants as they unleashed their formidable abilities.

The three demigods, each hailing from a distinct clan, were renowned for their extraordinary abilities. Omnipotence, from the Arkeians, wielded the power to make his thoughts and words a reality. Omniscience, from the Kyrexi, possessed the ability to manipulate any form of matter, thereby rendering even the air his ally. Omnipresence, from the Thrakonians, had the capacity to be present everywhere, granting him a significant advantage in battle.

Historically, the Arkeians, Kyrexi, and Thrakonians had coexisted in peace and harmony, united against universal darkness and striving together to achieve a common desire. Their demigods would unite, harnessing their sacred abilities to attain maximum power and unlock the gates to higher realms. These realms included Aethoria, a world of spiritual growth and development; Elyria, a realm of spiritual illumination; Nyxoria, a realm of spiritual transcendence; and Kaelor, a realm of ultimate spiritual enlightenment.

The primary goal of the demigods was to attain immortality by creating a portal to the realm of Aethora. However, the Earth's realm was devoid of spiritual energy or aura, and demigods who failed to attain maximum power within a century would be sacrificed to a higher deity to replenish the planet's artificial aura.

As the battle raged on for three days, the demigods pushed themselves beyond their limits. Strategies, movements, defenses, and offenses were mere tactics compared to the gods' abilities. The sound waves within the fighting ring were powerful enough to be lethal to mortals, but the demigods protected themselves with immense auras.

Despite their incredible powers, the battle reached a stalemate, with neither side able to gain a decisive advantage. The fight was incomprehensible, with flashes and explosions of light appearing in random positions. It seemed that the tournament would continue for decades, but fate had other plans. On the third day, the tournament came to an abrupt halt, leaving many to wonder what the outcome would have been if it had continued.

The history of the demigods was marked by a deep sense of unity and purpose. Only twelve generations had successfully coexisted and opened the realm of Aethora, a world of lowly spiritual beings. However, over time, unity gave way to self-centered pursuits of power, and the demigods' connection to the divine began to fade. According to legend, only one being had truly existed: The Divine, who created the universes and every spiritual being within them. A connection with the divine was considered a high and remarkable state, one that held the key to ultimate power and immortality.

As the dust settled, the audience held its breath, wondering what the future held for the demigods and the realm of Aethora. Would they find a way to overcome their differences and achieve their goal, or would the pursuit of power continue to drive them apart? Only time would tell.
