Synopsis
Feared by gods. Revered by mortals. Lohan Ardyn, the greatest battle mage to ever walk the tower, was betrayed at the height of his power—not by an enemy, but by Justine, his most beloved student, who ascended to godhood by striking him down. Fifty years later, Lohan awakens… reborn as a powerless, bullied student at the very academy that once trained legends. Stripped of his strength and status, his name lost to time, he begins again in a world that has long moved on. But the gods made one fatal mistake: they didn’t kill his mind. Armed with a mysterious System that lets him copy any skill, ancient knowledge of forbidden magic, and battle instincts honed in countless wars, Lohan sets his sights on one thing—climbing the tower once more. This time, not to rise. But to burn the heavens. And as he draws the attention of Winter, an aloof S-rank prodigy with untouchable power, Lohan must walk a thin line—between vengeance and salvation, between past regrets and the future he never thought he’d have. The gods wanted him erased. Now, they’ll remember why they feared him.

Chapter 1 - Prologue — The Fall of a God

The sky trembled as a thousand divine spears rained down from above. The 100th floor of the Tower—once the sacred peak of mortal ascension—had become a battlefield of gods.

Standing alone among shattered pillars and burning skies was a man in tattered black robes. Blood ran down his face, but his gaze was unshaken.

Hajun Ardyn.

The Godbreaker.

The man who climbed the Tower alone and made the heavens tremble.

"You fear me this much?" he asked, laughing bitterly. "A single mortal made the gods gather like cowards."

High above, divine voices thundered.

"You crossed the line, Hajun."

"You defied balance. Killed too many of us."

"You must die."

Lightning crackled. Space itself fractured. The gods unleashed their wrath.

And at the center of it all stood a figure in divine armor, her golden wings spread, eyes cold and sharp.

Justine.

His brightest disciple. The girl he saved. The one he trusted most.

"You too?" Hajun whispered, voice low, broken.

Justine's reply was as sharp as her sword.

"You taught me everything. Including how to destroy you."

The betrayal burned deeper than any wound.

In his final moments, Hajun didn't scream. He smiled.

Even as divine power consumed him, his voice echoed through the void.

> "Kill me. But know this: I will return. And when I do… not a single one of you will be left standing."

Fifty years later, in a world ruled by guilds, systems, and towers…

A bullied, powerless boy named Lohan Ardyn opens his eyes.

But he hasn't forgotten them.
