Ryuya used the Rooster Charm's ability to silently float into the basement. When he reached the basement, he was greeted by a spacious room.
The basement was quite large, with flickering candlelight illuminating dozens of slender iron pillars, forming prison cages. Inside one of the cages was a young girl, constantly hitting the iron chains binding two other people with her small fists.
Her fists were covered in blood, but her eyes were filled with determination.
"Sister, hurry and escape."
"As long as you can escape, we'll be so happy!"
"Yeah, sister, being your sisters is the luckiest thing in our lives!"
"Sister, don't worry about us, just escape!"
Hearing her sisters' words, the girl clenched her small fists even tighter.
"I will never abandon you. Even if I die, I will save you! I swear it in the name of Boa Hancock!"
One of the traditions of Amazon Lily was that once you swore in your own name, you had to keep your word. If you failed, you would face the curse of Amazon Lily.
Ryuya didn't know if it was true, but it confirmed the identity of the three sisters.
He coughed, a sudden sound echoing in the basement, startling the three sisters. Hancock immediately turned around, assuming a fighting stance, her eyes wary of Ryuya.
But her stance was clearly untrained, looking rather comical.
"Who are you?"
Hancock looked at the cloaked man in front of her, her heart pounding with anxiety. Her intuition told her that this man was very dangerous!
Ryuya didn't answer her, but simply walked towards Hancock and her sisters. With each step, the sound of his footsteps echoed through the basement prison, as if stepping on Boa Hancock's heartstrings.
Cold sweat unknowingly dripped down her forehead. Hancock furrowed her brows and said to Ryuya, "Don't come any closer, or I won't be polite!"
But Hancock's aura couldn't threaten Ryuya at all. Instead, it made him feel quite endearing.
Standing before Hancock, Ryuya looked down at her.
The other two sisters, bound by chains, saw this scene and became anxious, urging Hancock, "Sister, run! Don't worry about us!"
"As long as you can escape, that's all that matters!"
"Sister, we don't need your help. Leave this place!"
"Just do whatever you have to do to us!"
Just as they were displaying their sisterly love, Ryuya's aura suddenly exploded. The terrifying spiritual pressure, like Haki, even a slight leak was enough to silence the two sisters instantly.
Hancock was shocked: What kind of aura is this? It's so powerful!
Looking at Hancock, Ryuya's voice drifted into the ears of the three sisters. "You should know that the Holy Land Mary Geoise is in chaos right now. Why don't you escape while you have the chance? Even if you abandon your sisters, as long as you can survive, wouldn't that be enough?"
This was the cruel reality that Ryuya had witnessed along the way. If Fisher Tiger hadn't been willing to sacrifice his life to protect him, Ryuya wouldn't have saved his life. It was a case of good karma.
Hearing Ryuya's words, Hancock furrowed her brows and said seriously, "Because they're my sisters. We were captured together, and if we escape, we escape together. I will never leave my sisters in this hell!"
Is this place hell in your eyes?
Ryuya's eyes were hidden by the shadows of his cloak, preventing Hancock from seeing his expression.
The atmosphere was a little stagnant.
Just then, Ryuya slowly drew Ryujin Jakka, the hum of the sword echoing through the prison.
Hancock's pupils contracted. "What are you doing? I won't let you hurt my sisters!"
But Hancock's movements were too slow. Without even looking, Ryuya swung his sword down without hesitation.
"No!!!"
Hancock's scream echoed through the basement.
But there was only a "BOOM" as the Seastone chains snapped in two under Ryuya's strike.
Hancock stared at the scene, tears welling up in her eyes. She had been terrified! She thought Ryuya was going to...
Fortunately, Ryuya had only cut the Seastone chains.
The two sisters, instantly freed, rushed to Hancock's side. But by now, the three Boa sisters had lowered their guard slightly.
Just then, Ryuya slowly squatted down and, with a force that Hancock couldn't resist, lifted her clothes.
"Wh, what are you doing?"
Hancock's voice trembled. She felt panicked, because there was something on her back that she hated.
Ryuya's eyes, hidden beneath his cloak, flashed with a hint of gray, his hatred for the Celestial Dragons growing.
Gently touching the scar on Hancock's back, Ryuya said with pity, "It hurts, doesn't it?"
Ryuya's voice was soft, so soft that it warmed Hancock's heart, like a warm current flowing through her.
"It doesn't hurt anymore. Don't, don't look."
Hancock turned her back to Ryuya, her small fists clenched tightly, betraying her inner turmoil. The mark on her back was the mark she hated most! If she could, she would hide this secret in her heart forever! But this secret was now exposed to Ryuya, how could she not be ashamed?
"Do you want to change the mark?"
"What?"
Hancock didn't understand what Ryuya meant.
"This mark doesn't suit your aura, it's too ugly. I'll change it for you. What kind of mark do you want? Don't worry, it won't hurt."
Hancock was stunned. She didn't know how she felt. It was as if a little deer was running around in her chest. For the first time, she felt that the man in front of her was very gentle.
"I, I don't know."
"If that's the case, I'll cover this mark with a phoenix. It's one of the totems of my country, a symbol of strength, pride, and holiness, and it also represents rebirth!"
Hancock nodded vigorously. If she could, she would also want to use another mark to cover the mark on her back.
Ryujin Jakka spewed flames, and under Ryuya's control, a phoenix rising from the ashes was quickly sketched, floating in the air. As Ryuya continuously controlled the temperature, the mark instantly "swallowed" the Celestial Dragon's hoof on Hancock's back, transforming into a mark that Ryuya had specially designed for Hancock.
Hancock's sisters, seeing this, unconsciously exclaimed, "It's, it's beautiful."
