From that point on, everything changed. Pauline started waking Zoe up at 6 a.m. with wild ideas for content.
"Today, we record a walking meditation," she said, pacing the hallway in velvet slippers. "But I'll do it while wearing these traditional Maasai beads. It's cultural. It's grounding. It's fabulous."
Zoe, filming with a scarf over her head and a coffee cup glued to her hand, nodded slowly. "Can we meditate in silence though?"
Pauline gasped. "Silence? When the ancestors have given me a voice?"
That afternoon, they recorded a guided breathing session that involved Pauline yelling "INHALE YOUR PURPOSE!" into a conch shell.
Sir Squawksalot, perched nearby, squawked, "EXHALE YOUR DEMONS!"
