Synopsis
Lee and Seran were ordinary—twice. Once in a modern world, where they lived full lives. Again, in a peaceful rural village, reincarnated with no powers, no blessings, and no purpose. Then they stole the artifact meant for the Chosen One. Now they’re glitched into a divine system, hunted by gods who don’t tolerate errors, and forced to grind levels just to survive the world they were never meant to influence. No prophecies. No overpowered cheats. Just two sarcastic misfits trying to survive dungeon crawls, dodge holy wrath, and figure out why the hell squirrels have health bars. They weren’t supposed to matter—but fate made a mistake.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 0- Gods

The Gods of Old, New, and Never before seen.

The world was crumbling, and there wasn't a hero who could save it. Ten robed figures stood in tower that was built like a temple. The obsidian bricks had a shine of gloss on them, like a mirror made of brick. Each floor was built to represent one of the figures. Every entrance into each platform felt like entering a new world never before seen before. The last floor, floor eleven had been torn from the tower, the shattered bricks jagged and circled the now roof top.

"To think, everything we built, thrown away like garbage."

"Oh hush, do you really think we cant fix this?"

"Fix it! Your insane with that shit!"

"Silence!" A voice finally boomed, cutting off the three figures arguing.

There was a long silence in the air, four of the other figures stood away from the others, they just simply watched the chaos unfold. The ground was splitting open in the distance, hell and brimstone was raining down crashing into the villages as the echoes of souls and humanity was eradicated in doing so.

"This is what fate has brought." A hushed, but deep voice said. His head turned towards the other hooded three near him. "Remember, we were outvoted, this is the path they set up. This is the outcome that comes from it." A woman's voice said in return to the deep voice.

Sitting on the edge of the tower the third voice spoke, it was a male voice but it was a little bit squeaker, it sounded like someone who would have cracked a joke instead of something somber. "This isn't fair. Id rather roll the dice and let the pieces fall where they are. Maybe then the smell of blood wouldn't be so thick today." The three were quiet for a moment.

"Its not that simple. Failure leads to greatness, greatness leads to change." The fourth girl said, her voice more mature, the sound of screams filled the red and black twisted skies. Blood splattered at the base of the tower, the sounds of screams grew louder calling them cowards as they died.

"What are you four doing?" A voice said approaching the small group off on their own while the other four argued about fixing it still. He was lean, tall, and he walked with a calmness too him. Behind him was a silent figure who hadn't spoken, hadn't spoken for an eternity at this point. "We are just LAUGHING!" The male squeaking voice shouted giving off a soft cackle, the pain behind each laugh.

"I know today was a sad day, but its destiny." The man said, he reached his hand out towards them. "We are about to start the purge. Lets go." His voice had a soft command too it, one that made everyone began gathering. Slowly they began interlocking there fingers, there hooded heads looking up towards the skies.

"HaHa! Let us shine!"

"Oh hush."

"What a waste of time."

"To new beginnings."

"To growth."

"To forging new paths."

"To creating new identities."

"...."

"To Ordained Justice, and destiny."

"....To a good joke."

Light erupted from them, each word spoke, each hand grabbed. The tower lit up like a beacon as the skies split open and the heavens began to scream. The light exploding splitting time and space open and wrapping around them, 'To a good joke.' The one hooded figure thought, slowly spitting a broken dice from his mouth hitting the ground and rolled. No one noticed, no one cared, but he could see it.

'Three, Unpredictability, or destiny breaking its pattern.' Was his final thoughts as the beam erupted causing a blast through space and time. A ripple effect through the galaxies like a black hole tearing through the universe until everything went completely dark. All that remained was a soft ticking noise throughout sp

ace and time. 'Find us' echoed in the darkness.
