With my coat folded over my arm, I stepped forward and greeted the king as I had yesterday, kneeling on one knee.
King Leontius spoke first.
"I heard about your situation from Hero Ramon. It seems you'll be staying here for a while. So, did you get a good sleep?"
"Yeah… I feel refreshed," I replied, rubbing my eyes slightly.
Noticing the coat I was holding, the king commented, "It looks like you'll need a few things to get by."
He gestured toward one of the knights, giving a quiet order that I couldn't quite catch. Still half-asleep, I didn't think much of it.
Before anyone arrived, the king looked at me and said, "Since you'll be here for some time, let's properly introduce ourselves. I am Leontius Armenia, King of the Kingdom of Armenia."
… This king is **way** too energetic for this early in the morning.
I managed a small smile and responded, "I'm Alve Westberg from Earth."
Not long after, the doors opened, and a woman stepped into the room.
She was striking—tall, confident, and commanding, with sharp eyes that seemed to pierce through everything they looked at. Medals adorned her coat, and two swords rested at her waist.
Before I could say anything, the king smirked and said, "Don't get too mesmerized, child. She's the Grand Marshal of this kingdom—Seraphina Armanis."
I stood up, looking at her. She was indeed beautiful, but that wasn't what caught my attention. It was the **way** she carried herself—like someone who had seen countless battles and came out victorious every time.
King Leontius continued, "Since she's on break, she'll be the one showing you around the capital and helping you get accustomed to life here."
Then, with a casual wave of his hand, the king turned and left the throne room.
… Just like that?
I suppose he's busy. Makes sense.
I turned to Seraphina and greeted her properly. "Good morning. Thanks for the help in advance."
She ruffled my hair slightly and chuckled. "Well, would you look at that—a mature and polite kid. Knows how to respect his elders."
…Yes, everyone in this world is **way** too energetic in the morning. I can't keep up.
She motioned for me to follow. "Come on. I know where to start."
_Sigh._ "Alright," I muttered, trailing after her.

### **A Tour of the Capital**
Walking beside her, I observed the city. It was lively—merchants setting up their stalls, adventurers chatting outside a guildhall, and knights patrolling the streets.
Our first stop was an clothing store.
"You can get good-quality clothes here," Seraphina said. "Even I buy from this place."
"I see…" I replied, glancing at the displayed outfits.
After a moment, I hesitated before speaking.
"Miss Seraphina… Hmm… Can I just call you Miss Sera? It's easier to say."
She stopped and looked down at me, narrowing her eyes slightly.
"So, you're one of **those** people who like to shorten names or give nicknames…" she muttered.
… **One of those?** What's wrong with short names? They're just more convenient.
She sighed and finally relented. "Alright, you can call me that. Now, let's move on to the next place."
