A gravesite ch17
"Hey uhhh guys why the actual fuck did we decide to go to the gravesite at night time!?! Why couldn't we wait until morning!!!" Said Liz clearly tired and just wanting to stop walking as they had been walking for what felt like hours at this time. They weren't completely sure wich direction the gravesite was at just as they were about to give up they were walking forward north the whole time noticing the small critters around them and cutting up the cactus to drink the cactus juice with Liz lancer wich she had not even used yet.
Since it was already night time the orange tint in the air turned the outside night time to look more deep in colors and like a rich blue on the ground and the sky a deep dark blue sky filled with stars and a bright moon one so bright that even from where he was from he had never seen the moon so bright and the stars shining so hard. These were thoughts that shinya thought were only to himself but they weren't." Yeah I noticed it too shinya this isn't like were where from the moon is so bright the air is different there's cactuses where were from cactuses are extinct shinya there's stars in the sky shining brighter then the moon back home. I don't know where we're at but this is clearly somewhere we've never seen before." Said July
" hey guys uhhh do you see that in the distance."said Liz loudly as she said it to them as they were behind her as she waved her arms to point to where just up ahead they could see a gravesite. The farther the group went from the starting area the more the terrain deformed and morphed into something clearly not suitable for regular humans only the toughest could survive. Sand Hills so massive you couldn't see the top with sticks and broken rotten trees. Caves with whole ecosystems and a unrecognizable smell, creatures with red and yellow glowing eyes and huge silhouettes. Things that the three of them knew if they got close it could only mean something bad for them a bad ending. Ignoring all these things they made it to the top of the hill with the gravesite.
"Aaahhhh that was so tiring!!!" Said Liz completely out of breath. " yeah.. that was troublesome" said shinya trying to regain his breath with every word. Meanwhile July just took massive deep breaths not trying to show that he struggled climbing up the sand hill. Though nothing they thought could've prepared them for what they saw. It was just a simple gravesite with a rose in front of it and instead of a name it had a riddle." What has 4 legs in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 3 at night?" Said the gravesite the words engraved in it." Oh this is easy the awnser is man." Said July both Liz and shinya just looked at him not surprised his smart ass knew the awnser though shinya did too he just didn't say anything. "Well I mean now what"said shinya
" well it seems there's a pencil and piece of paper we can write the awnser on though it's on top of the gravesite for that reason I'm sure." Said Liz. Am I a dumbass how didn't I notice that thought shinya maybe I just over looked it. "Well I'll write it then and put it back on the top of the gravesite. The grave made out of hard stone completely aged looking like it had been there for decades centuries even mold growing off of it and a roundish style on it. Strangely though to shinya it didn't seem that weird at all more then anything it just felt cold. Like it was extreme cold to the touch like no one had been here to show the person that passed away here any love. "Well it seems nothing happened let's get out of here." Said Liz though before they could do anything a big hole opened from underneath them and took them in complete black darkness.
