Chapter 2 - Chapter 1

— Two Years Later —

Two years have passed since the Rift appeared.

Since then, the world has changed.

Humans capable of fighting are now known as Slayers, ranked from G (weakest) to SSS (strongest).

To train them, the government created a special university.

It's like Hogwarts meets boot camp… with MMORPG difficulty.

And me?

I just enrolled at the Slayer University.

Today's my first day.

And honestly… I'm really hoping to get a girlfriend.

---

[On Stage – Entrance Ceremony]

University President:

— Welcome, students.

As you know, two years ago, the Void Rift tore open the sky and unleashed chaos upon our world. But with it… came the Talkine.

— This energy source allowed humanity to access and manipulate mana.

Yet, only 80% of people are naturally compatible. Of the remaining 20%, just 9% ever awaken it through effort.

— Your duty is to protect humanity. Train well. Survive. Lead.

(Applause.)

---

[Later – Ability Testing Room]

Instructor:

— Time for your personal aptitude test.

Touch the crystal — it will scan your elemental affinity and measure your mana pool.

— You'll then be assigned a class from rank F to SS.

We currently do not train SSS class individuals… for obvious reasons.

---

[Students line up – rising tension]

— No. 1: Adlene Igris – Fire, 2500 mana.

— No. 77: Keldis Yeger – Darkness, 7000.

(Whispers: "Rare element!")

— No. 85: Milim Stigner – Lightning, 7900.

(Whispers: "She's beautiful AND cracked!")

— No. 95: Douriel Kinés – Dual Element: Light + Earth, 10,000.

(Whispers: "Two elements?! Is that even possible?!")

Instructor (thinking): This generation… might break records.

---

[No. 99: Diopha Hitari]

Diopha:

— Finally, my turn. Just place my hand, right?

Instructor:

— Correct. No mana input needed. (thinking) He already controls his flow? Huh...

(Diopha touches the crystal — a blinding light explodes from it.)

Instructor:

— Primary element: Wind.

(Whispers: "Lame. Just wind?")

— Correction: Wind, Lightning, Light, Darkness, and a minor affinity with Fire.

Mana pool: 30,000

(Dead silence.)

---

[Mental Interface – Game Core System View]

[Game Core – Personal Interface]

— Synchronization with Zenkai Shin: 17%

— Inherited Skills: LOCKED (body protection active)

— Passive Skills Active:

• Advanced Stat Analysis

• Automatic Skill Pre-theft (allies and enemies – undetectable)

Diopha (thinking): Already knew that. The system showed me from the start.

They don't have "Analysis" like me. No clue what I really am…

---

Student:

— Wait… is that Artemis?

Another Student:

— That face… that hair… that zero-athletic body — it's totally him!

---

[Douriel walks in – casual slap on the head]

Douriel:

— Yo! What's up, Diopha?!

Diopha:

— Who the hell—!?

Douriel:

— Chill, man. It's me. Douriel.

Diopha:

— Huh? Wait... the meatball thief from childhood?!

Douriel:

— Finally, he remembers!

(They laugh it off.)

---

[Milim joins the group]

Milim:

— Hey, guys. Long time no see.

Diopha (thinking): A girl's talking to me?! Okay, focus. Play it cool.

Douriel:

— Hey Milim! Been a while!

Diopha:

— You know her?

Douriel:

— Bro, she's our childhood friend. Milim. The tsundere with the huge—

Diopha:

— No way… her oppai shrank!

(SMACK – Milim punches him across the head.)

Milim:

— It's just the uniform, baka! Don't make me kill you!

---

[Scene shift – approaching Simulation Room]

Diopha (thinking):

So I've got a sealed overpowered system, a class full of weirdos, and a tsundere ready to punch me into another timeline.

Yeah… this is definitely the start of my story.
