In his previous life, Kawasaki had been an ordinary high school student in the 21st century.
He loved life, adored anime like Naruto and Bleach, and had a particular fondness for swimming—especially when accompanied by beautiful women.
A few years back, he had made a promise with his older aunt: they'd hit the beach together for a summer swim.
But fate had other plans.
A tsunami struck out of nowhere. He went missing, presumed dead.
When Kawasaki finally opened his eyes again, he found himself somewhere both unfamiliar and strangely familiar.
The Naruto universe.
And not just that—he'd become a member of the Uchiha clan.
Well, if you can't go back, might as well move forward. Kawasaki quickly realized he had no choice but to adapt and survive in this world.
Years passed. Slowly but surely, he worked his way up through the clan ranks.
Now, at last, he'd earned a spot as an acting elder of the Uchiha.
Ding!
A bright, clear chime echoed in his mind. Kawasaki's eyes lit up.
> [Ding! God-Tier Lottery System successfully loaded.]
[Initial Mission: Prevent Uchiha Shisui from being killed.]
[Reward: Mangekyō Sharingan ocular power.]
[Beginner's Gift Pack has been delivered. Host may open at any time.]
Hustling through the clan compound, Kawasaki moved swiftly while checking the shimmering system interface before him.
That's it?
What a stingy starter pack!
Still, he couldn't complain too much. In this world, staying alive was the name of the game—and any advantage helped.
Even so, his mind was already calculating the present state of the Uchiha.
It had been over four years since the Nine-Tails incident.
During that time, suspicion toward the Uchiha within the village had only grown. They were increasingly restricted, increasingly watched.
The Police Force—traditionally manned by Uchiha—had become a thankless position. Their proud clan members were constantly at odds with other villagers. Complaints flew in like snowflakes in winter—relentless and countless.
And that wasn't even the worst of it.
The biggest problem was Shisui—the clan's strongest shinobi.
Konoha had already gotten its claws into him. Chances were, Danzo had taken his eyes.
Yet even knowing this, Shisui hadn't fought back. In the name of peace, he had chosen to end his own life—naively believing it would prevent civil war.
A tragic miscalculation.
With Shisui gone, all the weight had fallen on Itachi's shoulders.
That pressure would eventually break him.
In just two years, Itachi would raise his blade against the entire clan.
Kawasaki clenched his fists. In his eyes, the clan head, Uchiha Fugaku, had failed spectacularly.
He let emotions run the clan. He never made any decisive moves. And thanks to Tobirama's decades-old political strategy, the Uchiha had become the village's scapegoat.
Becoming Hokage was a pipe dream. The other clans would never trust them enough to vote them in.
All that effort to seize power? Wasted.
And after the Nine-Tails attack, things only worsened. Surveillance, suppression, discrimination—everywhere, every day.
But the Uchiha were proud. They wouldn't bow.
Their loyalty was absolute, their tempers, unyielding.
At this point, the conflict between Konoha and the Uchiha had reached a boiling point—and Fugaku was losing control.
If the timeline still held, Shisui should already be caught in the middle of Danzo's assassination plot.
If Kawasaki couldn't save him, his own life was likely forfeit.
Besides the Hokage faction, even Obito wouldn't let another Uchiha survive.
Escape would be the only path left.

Kawasaki stepped into the clan shrine, only to find it in chaos.
The Four Elders stood around Fugaku, who sat silently with his eyes closed.
"The complaints to the Police Force have skyrocketed," one elder said solemnly. "The major clans are turning against us."
"If this keeps up, our relationship with Konoha will only worsen."
This particular elder was a moderate. Handling civilian and village complaints was his domain—and he had a right to be concerned.
Still, Fugaku remained silent.
Then, another elder, the third, spoke up with a smirk. "So what if it gets worse?"
"Since the Nine-Tails incident, we've been treated like criminals. Do you think that surveillance tower outside our district was built for aesthetics?"
"It's time to act, Fugaku!"
The fourth elder snapped, "Uchiha Takuya! Are you trying to incite rebellion?!"
Takuya sneered. "Rebellion? The village was founded by the Uchiha and Senju. And now? Not one of us is on the Elder Council. What do we have left besides the Police Force?!"
The crowd stirred. More voices joined in.
"He's right!"
"We need representation! We need real power!"
"Clan Head! Give us the order!"
The fourth elder looked around, panicking. His biggest supporter—Shisui—wasn't even here today.
Fugaku still said nothing.
Then, all at once, his eyes snapped open. Everyone turned toward the shrine entrance.
Kawasaki had arrived.
No turning back now.
He forced himself forward as every eye in the room locked onto him.
Fugaku spoke calmly, "Kawasaki. You're an acting elder now. I want your opinion."
Opinion? Kawasaki scoffed internally.
"There's no time for opinions! Shisui's life is on the line—and you're sitting here debating politics?!"
Fugaku's pupils contracted.
"You're certain?"
"There's no time to explain!" Kawasaki barked. "Kai, Kotō, Yuta—you're with me!"
He turned to a kunoichi nearby. "Izumi, too! We'll need a medic."
Each of them had a personal connection with Shisui. They didn't hesitate—they leapt to their feet and followed him out.
Fugaku sat motionless, face grim.
The elder council fell into stunned silence.
Even the fourth elder didn't argue.
Life or death came before politics.
Finally, Fugaku stood. His voice cut through the room like steel.
"Uchiha Takuya!"
The third elder flinched. Fugaku had never called him by name before.
When a clan head used your full name, it meant one thing: leadership had begun.
"Yes, Clan Head!"
"Gather every Uchiha shinobi. Prepare for combat."
Takuya's face darkened.
The storm had begun.
---
Near the Naka River…
SPLASH!
A limp body hit the water, blood spreading like ink beneath the surface.
Uchiha Shisui had lost consciousness.
The cold shocked his system for a moment, and he stirred faintly.
But the injuries were too deep. Hope had already abandoned him.
Still, in his final thoughts, he clung to one truth: the clan must live on.
Would his death change anything?
Would Itachi carry the burden?
His vision faded.
His body sank.
"Over here! Elder! Shisui's in the water!"
A shout rang out. Two Uchiha plunged into the river and hauled him to shore.
"His eyes! They're gone!"
Kawasaki expected as much. "Izumi—get over here. Do whatever it takes. Keep him alive."
Uchiha Izumi, childhood friend of Itachi and friend to Shisui, dropped to her knees and began healing immediately.
The sight of his body stunned her.
Shisui—the clan's prodigy—reduced to this?
Eyes stolen, body shattered… and it happened in the middle of Konoha?
They had no time to call in the medics. But Kawasaki remembered that Izumi had medical training. She was their best shot.
Under her skilled hands, Shisui's vitals began to stabilize.

The tide was turning.
And Kawasaki knew this was just the beginning.
