Heads up: This is fiction. The worldbuilding might be based on the reality but I left many important things to avoid convoluting this already convoluted novel.

Ixcahua Dzipakna Itotzin Ocuil Tizoc, or, for short IDIOT, was about to–
"Stop calling me that!" Ixcahua growled and sat up.
He rubbed his forehead as his mind was still blank.
He opened his eyes and surveyed his foreign surroundings.
"Where am I?"
Suddenly, he was struck with memories that clearly did not belong to him.
He almost fainted but his mental resilience was top-notch. He was able to stay awake while integrating the memories that played on his mind like a film.
"Eric Fernandez? An avid gamer? A college student?" He mumbled.
"But I'm not–"
The battle of IDIOT and the three martial peak masters materialized on his mind.
His eyes lit up.
"So, that's why someone called me Idiot?!
Who was it?! I will kill him!"
Ixcahua was turning his head left and right, seemingly searching for the hated person. It dawned on him he was in a different place.
"Am I in the future? Or in a completely different world?"
His heart skipped a beat. He panickingly searched every nook and crook of his staff, but to no avail.
He exclaimed, "Yeobui!"
{The System has completely integrated to the host!

Ixcahua, or better now called, Eric, frowned. He was familiar with the status the System had shown. Even so, it was the first time he saw it.
"These remarks… It's Yeobui!"
Yeobui was a problematic child of his, he was a headache for being a high-maintenance weapon. Nevertheless, Ixcahua had already treated him as his loving child.
"Yeobui! Where are you?!"
{...}
The System did not reply. Ixcahua was lost for words. He kept shouting his name but to no avail. The System would not respond.
However, suddenly, new memories struck his mind–memories of Yeobui calling his mother to sacrifice his life for Ixcahua to be revived… now reincarnated.
Ixcahua closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and forced a smile.
"I might have some regrets and want to make up for it, huh?! You do know me so well, Yeobui."
His emotion boiled, convincing him to cry. However, Ixcahua does not want to be affected by his emotions, so he restrained himself from weeping.
He smiled.
"Alright. If that is what you want, Yeobui, then I will live for you and my sake. Just like your mother had said, I will revive you."
Ixcahua was silent for a while, pondering, and swept the blanket away.
"I do have regrets… to not contest with the Murim Leader to rule the murim world. I want to make up for it. I want to build an Empire and rule this world."
His eyes flashed with determination.
As though perceiving his desire echoing to the System, the latter's voice reverberated on his mind–it was indeed the voice of Yeobui, yet appearing to be emotionless, aching Ixcahua's heart.
Ixcahua knew that the System seemed to be only acting in a fixed manner, clearly not the Yeobui he knew.
{Mission is initiated!
Mission: If your heart is burning metaphorically, then burn your muscles literally.
Requirements: Do 1,000 push ups, 1,000 sit ups, 1,000 squats, and 15 hours plank.
Rewards: C grade on strength, agility, stamina and durability points.}
Ixcahua snorted and rolled his eyes.
"Are you serious, Yeobui? Aren't you underestimating me? I can finish all of those in a day–No, half a day!"
Just as he was boasting, his eyes accidentally landed on his legs. Both were gaunt, and, as there were no muscles underneath, they barely even have fats.
He was speechless.
"Can these legs even perform 1,000 sit ups? No, shit! If I do that without rest, these legs will catch fire!"
He chuckled.
"It is not like I have not experienced this before. I just went back to start. As always, you really are heartless, Yeobui. But, knowing you, I can still finish the mission in 24 hours, right? You know me so well, after all."
Ixcahua sat up and surveyed his surroundings once more. The room was cluttered–papers, unwashed clothes, and unknown items that Ixcahua was yet to be familiar with were all over the place.
Worst of all, there was a lot of used tissue beside the keyboard.
Ixcahua glanced at Eric's personal computer and shook his head.
According to his memories, Eric would instantly sit in front of his personal computer as soon as he woke up and before going to bed. However, he was not Eric now, so he instantly discarded the urge to play games.
He stood up and dazedly swept his eyes on the mess. In the end, he decided to clean the room first before going to exercise.
There was no way he would exercise while beside him was five days of unwashed clothes. Ixcahua was, after all, a neat freak person, despite being born in a poor environment.
Fifteen minutes passed, and he was satisfied after tidying the mess. He decided to wash the clothes tomorrow or whenever he was finished to perform exercise.
Ixcahua enjoyed his current environment and was about to perform an exercise. However, he was taken aback by the sudden appearance of a thick energy, sweeping towards him.
His eyes lit up.
"Qi!"
Qi was an energy used by the martial arts in the murim world to enhance their physique and transcend through the mortal limits, able to fly on the sky without external support.
Ixcahua was familiar with the energy that suddenly swept towards him, but he was confused.
"That was too much! If it was not for my mental resilience, I might have become corrupted. Wait!"
His eyes widened.
If he remembered correctly, the world Eric was in only had ordinary humans. With the sudden appearance of the thick Qi, much more concentrated than his Murim world, most of the ordinary humans would be corrupted and become mindless, attacking others.
Worst, those corrupted humans would feed on humans' brains.
"Ah~!" A terrified feminine scream echoed outside of his room.
Ixcahua's heart skipped a beat and his face turned ugly.
The world he was in might not be as ordinary as he thought…
