Chapter 2 - Supreme Infinity System: Three Overpowered Cheats!

[Ding!]

[The Supreme Infinity System has awakened!]

A bright blue screen appeared in front of Ayren, floating gently in the air like a hologram. The letters were glowing, bold, and clear.

Ayren's eyes widened in disbelief. He didn't blink. He didn't move. His breath was caught in his throat.

"What… what is this?" he whispered.

He looked around the small wooden room he had woken up in earlier. Everything was quiet, too quiet.

The cool moonlight that entered through the cracks in the wooden walls didn't feel real anymore. His hands trembled slightly as he reached out to touch the screen. His fingers passed through it like mist.

Is this a dream?

The screen flickered once, then again.

[No. This is not a dream.]

Ayren's heart skipped a beat.

The words changed again.

[Your memory is incomplete. Restoring your memory will help you understand more.]

Ayren frowned. "Incomplete? What do you mean? What memory?"

[You were not born in this world. Your original memories are locked. It is better to restore them now.]

There was a pause.

Ayren swallowed hard and nodded slowly. "Then… do it. Restore my memory."

[Ding! Initiating Memory Restoration Process…]

Suddenly, Ayren felt a sharp jolt in his mind. Like lightning struck the center of his brain.

His vision blurred. The room disappeared.

A flood of images rushed into his mind all at once.

He saw a blue sky above towering skyscrapers… the sounds of cars… laughter… voices calling his name.

He saw himself holding a game controller, reading webnovels late into the night, watching anime with snacks piled around him, browsing forums, arguing about his favorite characters… and then—

A terrible, rumbling sound.

Darkness.

He saw buildings collapsing into each other. A swirling mass of nothingness devouring everything.

People screaming.

And then… silence.

Ayren's eyes widened as he gasped and fell to his knees, clutching his head.

After a few seconds, his breathing slowed. His eyes were filled with confusion, then pain, and finally—understanding.

"…I remember," he muttered.

Seventeen years. He had lived seventeen years on Earth. A normal life… until everything disappeared.

Ayren clenched his fists.

"I… I died. My universe collapsed."

The system responded again, its tone calm and neutral.

[Correct. You perished when your universe collapsed. But I saved your soul. I brought you here.]

Ayren looked up at the screen. "You saved me? Why? How?"

[After the collapse, I found your soul drifting in the void. It was compatible with me. I preserved your memories and helped you reincarnate in this world. However, the world's will rejected me.]

Ayren blinked. "Rejected you?"

[Yes. I am not part of this world. I am an anomaly. The laws of this world resisted me. I had to hide and slowly assimilate your soul before I could awaken fully.]

[Now that your soul is stable and your memory restored, I am fully active.]

Ayren sat there in silence, his mind racing.

This world… it's not Earth. It's a new place, a new beginning. But why me? Why this world?

He looked back at the screen, his eyes calm now. "Alright. I understand. So… what now?"

[This world is not as simple as it seems.]

Ayren raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

[Classified.]

Ayren frowned. "Classified? Are you kidding me? You just dumped all this on me and now you won't explain?"

[Classified.]

"No matter what I ask?"

[Correct.]

"Tch…"

Ayren let out a sigh. He rubbed his face and leaned against the wall behind him.

Still, now that his memories were back, things made more sense. He was Ayren. He had once been a human on Earth. He loved games, webnovels, anime… and now he was living in a world that looked just like the ones he had read about.

He wasn't confused anymore. If anything, he was excited.

"I've seen this kind of thing in novels all the time…" he muttered. "A system, a second life, a strange world…"

He sat up straighter and looked at the screen again.

"Alright then. Tell me. What are you exactly? What's your origin, your purpose, your functions?"

The screen glowed again.

[Origin: I am a condensed artifact from the Infinite Multiverse.]

Ayren tilted his head. "Condensed artifact?"

[Correct. I was not created by any god or system. I came into existence naturally, born from the chaos and energy between universes.]

Ayren's eyes sparkled with interest.

[Eventually, I gained awareness. But as an anomaly, I was constantly corroded by the laws of reality. To survive, I had to fuse with a soul whose signature matched mine perfectly.]

[That soul was yours.]

Ayren felt a chill run down his spine. "So… I saved you too, in a way."

[Correct.]

Ayren smirked. "And your purpose?"

[Imprinted into my core since the moment of my birth. To help my master dominate the world they are in.]

Ayren blinked.

"That… sounds insane."

[It is my nature.]

Ayren nodded slowly. "Fine then. And what about your functions?"

[Aside from the basic Status Page which allows you to view your stats in any form or detail you prefer, I have three main functions.]

[Omniscience. Omnitalent. Omni-Chamber.]

Ayren's eyes narrowed. "Those names sound way too powerful."

[They are.]

[Omniscience allows you to know anything you wish. History, magic, people, weaknesses, knowledge, and more. So long as the price is paid.]

Ayren blinked. "Price?"

[Yes. These functions are not free. You must give something of value in exchange.]

Ayren nodded slowly.

[Omnitalent allows you to acquire any trait, skill, talent, ability, or even bloodline you desire. You may become a master in anything in an instant. Again, for a price.]

Ayren felt his heart beating faster. "That's… beyond broken."

[Correct.]

[Lastly, the Omni-Chamber. A perfect pocket dimension.]

[Time can be dilated to an infinite degree inside it. One second outside can be one year inside.]

Ayren's jaw dropped.

[The chamber can generate training environments, sparring partners, simulations, or learning areas depending on your needs. You may practice, study, or experiment within it freely.]

Ayren stared at the screen, stunned.

This wasn't just a cheat.

This was a dream come true.

A webnovel reader's fantasy turned real.

Ayren took a deep breath and asked, "So I can become strong quickly?"

[Yes.]

Ayren's heart was racing now.

Omniscience?

Omnitalent?

Omni-Chamber?

That was beyond broken.

It was ridiculous.

It was… amazing.

"Wait… is it really that easy? Just like that?" he asked.

[Access to these functions requires Infinity Points.]

"Infinity Points?"

[Infinity Points (IP) are the energy currency required to use the system's functions.]

[They are generated by converting items of material value.]

Ayren's brows furrowed. "Only material value?"

[Yes. Only real, tangible items with true value can be converted.]

[Once converted, they become Infinity Points.]

[Each function in the system has a set IP cost.]

Ayren looked down at his hands.

He didn't have anything right now. Not even a coin in this new world.

But he didn't feel discouraged.

This… made sense.

If something like Omnitalent could give him any skill in the world, it couldn't be free. That would be too easy. Too unrealistic, even for a cheat.

He chuckled softly. "Alright. That's fair."

He rubbed his chin. "So I can gather things… items of value. Offer them to you. And you'll turn them into IP. With that, I can buy anything the system offers."

[Correct.]

Ayren sat down and took a deep breath.

This was insane.

This was surreal.

But it was also real.

He remembered his old life. All those nights lying in bed, thinking, "If only I had a system like in the novels."

Now he did.

Now it was real.

And it was more powerful than anything he had ever read.

"…Heh."

He smiled.

His life on Earth was over.

But his new life had just begun.

And this time…

He wasn't going to be average.

He wasn't going to be weak.

He was going to rise.

Even if he had to start from nothing.

Even if he had no power, no wealth, and no allies.

He had something no one else in this world had.

The Supreme Infinity System.

And that… was enough.
