Chapter 1 - A broken heart

Never had I realized that this day was bestowed on my dear husband, a powerful Emperor to be betrayed to his fellow soldiers that he had built through his hard work.

He was such a gentle person to me, my everything, my love. He was strict to his empire, especially soldiers at their training but after all, it was just for their safety. He was one of the greatest people I had known, actually—He is the definition of the greatest and the one who holds wisdom. If I had known to myself that a few soldiers HATED him that led him into this heart wrenching scene that stood in front of me.

Those few soldiers had claimed of him trying to break the empire into corruption and every other possible rumor that broke my husband's spirit.

His name was gentle and bright like himself, He was Aurelian Caelum Solare. A deep meaning to his name if you had thought long of it. Aurelian as golden as his heart, Caelum as sky, the expense of his love, Solare as sun never letting the dark touch the empire even if it means by leading to dying.

My love, Aurelian, was currently making his last words. "And to My dear Belladira.. my sweet love, Belladira." He voiced out with his gentle tone, his eyes going straight into my soul. As if to give me one gentle look while memorising my features.

I trembled in fear, fear of losing HIM. My greatest love, my everything, my soulmate. He was held back by the soldiers, I saw the desperation in his eyes of how he wanted to hug me close. To at least have one more intimate touch with me. Our final moment.

When I saw the desperation in his eyes, the only thing that I had thinked of was running into his arms. With no hesitation, I found myself going through him. Pushing away all of the soldiers with my body.

I finally had reached him, My Aurelian. Still held back by the soldiers. "Just.. let me hold her once again.." He commanded, the soldiers had a bit of hesitation but they let him go.

He ran towards me as soon he was released by them, his arms wrapping me so tightly as my body trembled in fear of him dying.

"My love.. my Belladira.. look at me.. please." He expressed, desperate to see my eyes looking at his once again for this very last moment. I obeyed at his request as my eyes filled with overflowing tears looking at his, his hands cupping my cheek as he caressed. An intimate moment just for us.

"Aurelian, please.. just say the word! I can destroy this world just for us! For you!" I cried out into a mumble in his ears as my tears kept flowing nonstop.

"No no.. Belladira, you can't.. I don't want your kind soul to bestow a sacrifice that could ruin you." His voice reached out as his touch was gentle like a bird, as if he was afraid to hurt me.

"But you're going to die! I can't live without you! You're the one thing that's been keeping me alive till this day! If you just die.. God only knows what I'll do." My voice trembles, my arms holding him as if afraid he's going to vanish when eventually he will soon.

"Belladira! Listen to me! Please! I don't want you to break yourself because of me and the innocents cannot die... live with love!" His voice reached out, as he pulled me into a passionate deep kiss and I didn't hold back.

As time went by quickly, the soldiers broke us up apart. "That's enough." They say as they held Aurelian back, the soldiers were dragging me back to where my place was. The throne. As soon as I went back to the throne, I stood up but..

He soon died with his head being beheaded into the blades as I fell into my knees, that's when I had decided to make the world blaze into flames.

Two decades pass by.

I was known as a tyrant, an emotionless being. A warfreak.

Today was the day of another war that I had yet to accomplish, the civilians feared me, the soldiers feared me. Everybody feared me. The queen that they used to see as a kind hearted angel that never once would harm their empire had turned into the opposite.

I was currently on the battlefield, my grip hardened on my bloody sword. My glare piercing at the soul of my enemy standing in front of me with his smug smirk as his eyebrows furrowed. "It's time for you to end your foolish being OF A FREAK!" He screamed as he began running towards me in the bloody battlefield, I was zoned out at the memory of my husband, My Aurelian.

That's when I realized that I've been stabbed in the chest with my enemy's bloody sword, his smug smirk becoming more evil as he kept stabbing me relieved of the victory. "I knew I would get you one day, you bloody tyrant!" He raged, stabbing me in the chest seven hundred times while his goblins came running to the empire. Screams echoed the place as the goblins colonized the place.

My body layed down at the ground as I began to close my eyes, the seven minutes of memories of me and him had begun to play. Our beloved time together although we spended seven years together, the actual years that we bonded was only four years. The two years were us being distant and busy with the works of our empire. My last wish was that we could've spended more moments together alone, just us being peaceful and quiet.

As the memories finished flowing through my death, I found myself through a dark empty space. A huge void, a raspy voice echoed the void. "Belladira Eleni Vindicta, you came sooner." It had me freaked out and suspicious As I looked around the void.

I found myself beginning to walk in a straight line, the raspy voice continuing to talk. "You have no chance to redeem yourself, although there's one condition!" it made me suspicious but curious as I voiced out "What condition?" My curiosity piqued. "You will have to limit your mana to a certain point, the different levels of the magic can affect how many mana It takes for you to use." The raspy voice clarified before speaking up once again, "For each day you can only consume two thousand mana points but for each time you level up I will increase your mana points by five hundred, do you agree?" It described.

"If I do, where will it lead me into this void?" I asked, my magic was valuable. Why should I risk it? I asked myself if I did in fact agree to its deal.

"I'll make you reincarnate when you were young again," While the raspy voice was about to continue, I cut him off. "Can I request a every specific moment?" The voice was as if.. surprised. "Oh? How odd, another person also has requested the very same thing to my partner. Well, I suppose.. sure." It claimed.

"I'll agree to your deal, I need you to reincarnate me back to where me and my husband first met." I responded, my face stoic and filled with worry on what I'll say again if I did reincarnate at that very moment.

The raspy voice let out a soft and taunting chuckle that echoed in the void, "Well well, I suppose I can't decline to that.. very well then." It acknowledged with a bit of hesitation. "Off you go then, our contract has already been made." It announced.

I saw a white portal appear in front of me, seeing the very moment when me and my husband had first met. I hesitated but came forward to the portal.
