We were excited, we were happy, we were greedy. But they dampened our excitement in mere moments. They just came and declared that they had removed the veil that kept us in darkness all these time. The Veil that kept us blind to the nature of our universe and beyond. They declared themselves saviors of humanity, claiming they had grant us salvation from an evil force. They declared that from now on Earth belonged to them, and humanity was to serve them. Because we were beneath their existence. To put it simply, Earth was annexed by the Skadi Civilization. But the treatment we got from were far worse than slaves. But we couldn't do a damn thing against them like the weak and pathetic creatures we were. But all hope wasn't lost. After the Unveiling, our world gave birth to something supernatural, something mysterious. Dream Dungeons began to emerge in many places across the world, as if begining a new age. Through these Dream Dungeons, our consciousness could travel to other higher supernatural worlds. From those worlds, we could hunt for magical treasures, arcane scriptures, and paths to grow stronger. Humanity had finally gained hope. Hope to become stronger, and to one day break free from the Skadi's oppression. However, at the same time, it seemed the Skadis had been waiting for their emergence while lurking in the shadows. This became clear when they seized control over the dungeons overnight. And we could only watch helplessly, as even our most powerful weapons were useless against the Skadi's overwhelming supernatural powers. Then the era of farming began. They started using humans as mere tools to harvest the valuables within the Dream Dungeons. All the important treasures, resources, and artifacts gained through hard work, went straight into their hands, leaving humanity with nothing but scraps. It marked the beginning of cruel extortion and utter unfairness. Until someone took upon the task of World Liberation, one who was determined to free the oppressed world, not as a hero but as a Tyrannical Dominator. And that individual was none other than me.
