Chapter 93 - It's You!

Upon hearing the loud ringing of the guard's bell Livelli, Z'oelo took the chance to check up on the problem.

Since it was only three rings, this meant that there was limited danger to the society and only the lower ranked guards should approach.

After beating his father due to the unexpected arrival of his own Livelli who turned out to be Muni, Z'oelo was under a lot more pressure because of his disappointing weapon.

He did not care at all though.

So what if he was not groomed to be the perfect swordsman!

He would have bludgeoned his father to death if he had not been appeased by the appearance of a close companion.

While it was a detriment in the eyes of his father, because he was effectively overtaken his father held some level of pride in his son's advancements.

Z'oelo cared not the feelings of his demented father and stuck to long conversations with Muni through their partnership.

It turned out that after you got to know him, he was not so bad of a guy and mainly just misunderstood.

Muni cherished her new relationship as he was the only one she could have contact with.

"What's the commotion," she communicated.

"Don't know. I'm headed to check it out now."

He quickly arrived at the gates of the community where the guards had summoned their Livelli in preparation.

"Is that...," Muni began.

On the other side of the gates, four figures stood on the side while wondering what their next move would be.

Almost immediately, the eyes of the child in front met Z'oelo's own.

"It's you!"

Null yelled and pointed at the new arrival.

All of the guards turned to the son of their powerful leader and watched as the child launched himself to him.

There was no need for his purple propulsion as his cultivated body held untold strength in his tiny vessel.

As he reached Z'oelo from above, the aura that was usually milky white in color glowed a nice cerulean.

When Z'oelo summoned his metal bat to meet him, the color of the aura then glowed amaranth purple.

"Why are you here," Z'oelo screamed.

His fantasy of living under the name of the Sword Clan's leader, The Sword Sovereign and peacefully growing alongside Muni was ruined with the arrival of this clown.

"We're here to go on a journey across the cosmos! And you're coming with Zylo!"

"It's Z'oelo now punk. Why the hell do you look like that anyways! It's freaky!"

"Don't tell me that when you've got four arms," Null gritted his teeth, "Last time I checked you weren't like that either."

"Whatever Null. Just get the hell out of here with your scrawny ass."

Muni chimed in clear disagreement.

Seeing him pause like that, Null was struck with another wave of refreshment from Ego's doing.

Present on the metal bat was a tiny fairy-like person in the form of the purple-haired Muni.

"Is that Muni? No wonder I felt another presence in my aura."

Z'oelo and Muni were taken aback by that statement.

"You can see her?" "He can see me!?"

The two were confused as only the two in the relationship were able to see their true form.

"I happen to be reborn the same as you, only I have powers beyond your— or even my own— imagination."

"What does that even mean? Why did all of this have to happen to me?"

During their conversation, the guards were looking amongst themselves wondering just who their young master had befriended while being confined to the Shetavi civilization.

They all stood down and allowed the rest of the crew inside seeing as they posed no threat.

"Fate cares not for the feelings of mere mortals, unfortunately," Barter's Ruler told Z'oelo.

"These are the rest of the crew. The tall one is Barter's Ruler, the pink baldy is Theef, and the pretty boy there is Klein, formerly known as Colten."

Z'oelo eyed the crew.

"Formerly known. So, you must have died with me and Muni then."

"Yeah. I wish I would have gotten a build like yours though."

It was safe to say that Z'oelo's body was ripped in his new form; the years of training helped alongside his bloodline's natural physique.

The Shetavi were born to be warriors after all.

Imeni were more suited to casting and manipulation.

They discussed a lot more along the way to Z'oelo's home where his mother welcomed them as friends from beyond.

Resilient both in mind and body they were.

"So, some guy was behind the destruction of our home planet and ended up sacrificing your little girlfriend to a cosmic being just to force you on a journey to find It."

The entirety of the background of the journey being simplified like that just brought everything to an odd understanding.

"Hmm," Null surmised, "Well, it's something along those lines."

"That's rough I guess. I had a hard time wondering about what I would do in this place anyways."

Z'oelo was not like Klein in that he cared little for what he was born to in this life.

What he had in this life was the same unfortunately for him.

His father was abusive and his mother was reluctant to act in defense of her only son.

It would be best for all of them if he just left and allowed them to restart with another offspring.

After all, when it came to his LIvelli, Z'oelo had a simple bat that had no other purpose than to bash in a brutish manner.

That was not to say that he had no fighting ability other than that.

His swordsmanship was still ingrained in his body and he had learned many footwork to be able to be on his father's level.

As a sort of ritual as well, Null desired to imbue him with some of the pure spiritual energy to allow him to become his strongest self.

"Oh wait. I haven't been able to properly use the dark blue energy to transmit the energy."

Speaking of which, Null wished to gain control over the cosmic structure once more to properly use his emotion based energies.

What came in response to this was Ego's natural dodgy temperament that manifested in the form of another power bestowal.

Just like when he was given the ability to manipulate, Null was granted the ability to manifest an item from the spirit of Ego.

It was a multi-sided dice that had uneven sides and cryptic images on each side that who knew the meaning of.

"What exactly am I supposed to do with this?"

Null really wanted to know what Ego was up to with the hidden actions they performed with the cosmic structure at their disposal.
